I wish he would’ve shown more of the electrical part at the end, how he setup the relay timing for the solenoids.
I need more of this but the dude only has 12 videos on his channel...
Obviously not the point, but just out of curiosity, I wonder what the efficiency of something like this is compared to a typical electric motor.

Those microswitches are going to be life-time limited without flyback diodes and/or capacitors to limit arcing.
Call me impressed. I'd like to understand why he made the connecting rods with a hand file? Is this something the C&C can't do? Were the parts too small/thin?
For as nice as everything on this is, his coil windings are messy.
Not even joking, the sound actually reminds me of my Subaru! Not the tone obviously, but the texture/ryhthm.
