So, what we're doing here is we've got these bolt holes in the back of the Chuck and they're blind and we need to transfer those holes into this plate. We should be able to braise it. (We take) our little pieces of allen key and face them. Okay so here are our parts. Give them a spray of ... whatever this is. (degreaser). Phosphoric acid. It's important to get the wife's toothbrush looking good again before she gets home! "Stay Silv" (is) very good black flux. (incoherant mumblings) Beautiful! Back to our little fixture here. We've got our newly soldered grub screw. Pretty good not bad! You can see here we've got a 30-degree compound setup so we can get ourselves a nice pointy point there. The last thing we need is to make our little socket wrench here. What we need to do is to bore that out a bit more. There we go. Now that, is our little socket wrench! (nonsense) Okay we've opened up that. Now we're going to take this back to round, because, I want to knurl it! All right! So let's test out our new little tool here. They go in ... like that. These are the three holes we want to transfer Now we use our little wrench here. See by placing that there.. There's about a millimeter. Yeah this is the plate we want to transfer to. yes much better right now we can drill those outs on the mill. Now to extract our screws.
