EARLIER TODAY, CREWS RESPONDED TO A REPORT OF A VEHICLE IN THE GUADALUPE RIVER NEAR TAYLOR. NO ONE WAS IN THE CAR, BUT IT LED TO A RESCUE. >> DURING THAT OPERATION, THERE WAS THREE PEOPLE STRANDED ON AN ISLAND. THEY NEEDED TO BE RESCUED. SO WE LAUNCHED OUR BOATS, GOT THEM OUT OF WATER AND SUCCESSFULLY GOT THEM TO SHORE. >> Reporter: DOWNED TREES ALSO CREATED MAJOR PROBLEMS.
