Fun fact: This was actually going to be a whole movie with the proposed X-Men: Origins Magneto film that was suppose to come out that got cancelled.
My choice is the conversation between Bruce and Alfred about how he’s changed in Batman V Superman it would have probably been more interesting following a Bruce Wayne from being a respectable vigilante to the branding monster he becomes in that film.
I would watch a whole movie about Magneto training himself and honing his powers by hunting down and killing Nazis. That would be the absolute shit.

The montage scene from Captain America: The First Avenger feels like it could (should?) be extrapolated into a Disney+ miniseries.
Not a movie but there's like a paragraph in the Red Rising series book Dark Age that could have been entire "parts" of the other books in the series. Don't want to say much more than that, but it was absolutely thrilling to read.
While not a movie, Yoko Taro wrote an entire timeline of stuff that happened after Ending E from Drakengard and before the start of Nier. In fact it’s also where Taro spoiled the twist for Automatic tomato. Even he said he could have written two games from it. One would have been an shooter of fighting salt monsters and the other is a party of replicants and an android fighting Red Eye (the head salt monster) now returned.
