welcome to Victorian RV sales my name is Ben today I'm going to take you through our Lumberjack Series so this is our Lumberjack sarento Now The Lumberjack sarento is a pod as I've said in previous videos the Pod is the latest and greatest this is what everybody's sort of starting to get into because you can go away on a weekend be able to pull up jump in the back and you've got a queen siiz bed in there you've got a smart TV you've got diesel heaters you've got everything that you would need for an off-road and I'll say that very very very um broadly an off-road holiday these are full off-road I've seen them take them through the Gib River Road the unid data track they've done everything with these they've been absolutely everywhere so starting off of the front I'll show you a couple of reasons why this is Offroad you have got a lifetime warranty on the jasse you've got a three-year warranty on the actual box itself and then all of your appliances in there have their own different warranties as well we have got a do35 coupling at the front now what that does is what that's designed to do is give you that flexibility or that maneuverability to be able to go through your creek crossings come out of the gullies um and not roll your car over if this ever does start to get a little bit uh on the on the borderline of being of flipping over we have got our chains so really large chains for the uh for the size of the van we have got here a seven pin just a standard seven pin flat plug we have got a gray Anderson for portable solar now that is or for yeah for portable solar and then we have another one that is for charging your car or charging your battery whilst driving okay so we'll go through that on a on a Handover we have got your standard PA brake they do a side Winder Elco jockey wheel on these now for the the ability to be able to lift it up and maneuver it around and not having to jump over your thing it's a side mounted jockey wheel which is really really cool um you have got most questions we get here you've got hot cold hot and cold water taps at the front so you have got the ability to be able to get hot water at the front of your van plus you've got cold water tap there as well now go through the hot water service as we go around um we have got a 7 lit so diesel tank now that is for our diesel heater um we have got a 20 L Jerry can holder on the side here we've got two 9 kilo gas bottles with a single gas bottle regulator so you just adjust which bottle you want by undoing it and taking it off now the one thing I do want to mention with these is they are using the latest regulation gas bottle so the previous one that used to be a leftand thread that everyone of the always say I could never get it undone because they were weren't the easiest to get off this is a standard it now is a right-and thread and the bottle looks a little bit different it has got a big spindle on the outside that just winds up on it that valve there pushes the valve open ins the bottle which allows gas to open I could open that gas bottle while we stand here and it won't release gas until that's connected to it so the new regulation that is out there we have down the side the big toolbox now I'll get the camera just to come around so this is just a spot where you can put more storage you can have a a generator in there if you wanted to or just loaded up with more things for when you're traveling but a really really big deep um storage compartment and then the opposite side to that is where our fridge will sit so the 95 L fridge which I'll go through shortly as well now this door I have got the keys just around the other side so there's two ways into this van so you got one way on this side and you've got another door on the opposite side so I'll show you that when we get around we have a single step which is spring loaded and you slide that back in there now the one thing I do want touch on as well is the suspension that these guys use that's under here so what we have got is an alpha suspension so it's an alpha trailing arm suspension to be able to do those tracks and those off-road spa places that you'd want to go this suspension will take you there the other thing they use is King Springs and pet shocks so as you can imagine this will come in to Australia and then we actually kid it out with everything that's going to work in the Australian Outback so Australian suspension you've got Australian running gear even when it comes to the brakes the brakes and the and the hubs are actually Australian you can get parts here in Australia so that is a really really really good thing especially when you're on the off-road and if you have something go wrong you want to be able to get walk up to a shelf and get the parts off and keep traveling as you can see under there that off-road suspension and you've got the the hot dip G chassis so this van is capable of going to places and doing things that you would never expect um we have got our 15 amp power in so this is your power Inlet so when you're plugging into 240 your 240 volt 15 amp lead will plug straight into here now um the big question we get a lot of is they've got the old style regulation that used to have the smaller diameter um ring that would fit around that and they actually won't fit so they don't go all the way home so you get a new lead they will now all fit that um so the new lead will actually fit around that little um Dome that's inside so you got to make sure that's all the way home so now we'll go through there's the switches inside so we'll just get around the back here what you'll see there with this arm that we've got this arm is basically there to lock the back door in how the where your spare wheel will go um but what it can be used for as well to sort of block a little bit more of your campsite out as well so you can have it there what I always say to people for safety wise you've got a pin when you lock it just lock it down through through the actual arm so it can't move okay mistake people can make sometimes is go okay well I'll leave it there and I'll put it so it locks the arm so the door can't come back but what it does doesn't stop it from doing was bouncing back onto the side of your van also so when you do it you got three different locking points lock it in that'll stop people from walking through your campsite with our door you'll see here they've got this the the weather strip across the top now as water's rolling down the top what that does is it stops it from water coming running through here while you're standing here cleaning or cooking or doing what you are wanting to do so nice little weather strip that door is really really light very very light and easy to maneuver because they've got the right gas struts to actually hold that door and be able to work inside here plenty of storage so this is all the new cupboards for a series two in the serrento so going through a couple of things you'll see in here we have got our saf switch so there's a safety switch in here if you ever need to if it ever trips or you plug your 240 volt power in and it's unsafe power or an unsafe power source if that trips you'll then go okay why isn't something working you just come in and check that that switch has not uh hasn't tripped we have our projector battery management system now this is the screen so if we try and get the camera to see up in here you can see what we've got is your tanks so how much water tank how much water is in the tanks it tells us your temperature outside so 22 de currently it's 13.1 volts now we've got 110 amp lithium battery so it's a lipo 4 battery 13 volt 13.2 voltage discharge um and we've got currently sitting at this stage it's 999 minutes remaining at 98% now what you'll see here also is that load button and a battery button beside it so if I was to press this little pump button what you'll see then is a little pump switch has just turned on now that little pump switch is turning your pump on in the van as well so the best way to explain this system is this here is your Main's power into your house what you then also have is separate switches inside the house that allows you to turn on and off so we've got pump one and pump two we got a kitchen light which is for in the back here and then there is more light switches inside the van which can be turned on and off as well so this will control the mains and then these will turn individual switches on these two will come with the van now this here is for hot water so hot water into the back of your hot water service which then will plug down into a Nitto fitting so nof fitting spot which we have got down here so we've got your fittings here now these are your hot and cold water fittings so as I say that one goes in here that one goes in here now what that will do is it'll take cold water through into your hot water service and then this will feed the hot water service straight back into the line so you can get hot and cold water throughout your whole van underneath here we have got our solid show so this is our gray water Solage hose if you are in campsites or if you are in any national parks you have a bucket you put that underneath the bucket at least that way then you can catch your gray water when you are in these campsites and places um you'll see over on the opposite side there as well there is another spot where you can have great your hot water service so you can have it in two different locations if you want leftand side or right hand side we have got recovery points being it's a full Offroad you have to have form of recovery points to be able to pull a van out if you ever need to uh one either side and what we have got here is a gas Bay Net point for the kitchen which we'll touch on shortly so battery management system so in here this is where your lithium battery sits so you've got a lithium battery there now there is space if you wanted to add extra batteries to these you can um but that is the lithium battery that is a power lithium which is 110 amp lithium battery we have got our battery management system now the battery management system is projector and you can see here you've got all your fuses now if anything ever trips you will basically be able to see a little red light will show up down the bottom here which will tell you what LIF it what fuse has blown and then you'll be able to Le go back through from there and find out what that was and be able to change that fuse um we also have now being lithium we've actually got a fusable a a we can actually do a um a cut off switch so we can actually do an isolation switch so we have got one in here we isolate this battery when we put it into storage so that isolation here we isolate this battery that will then have no power being drawn off that battery when it is in storage mode so isolate that put it in storage and you are good to go so like I said as you can see heaps and heaps of coverboard space in the back of these this little aial thing you see here that is for the radio that's in inside the vehicle as well so we'll go through that shortly um but very very easy to to pack up and you are then good to go and travel again on your on the on the next uh part of your of your journey when you do pull up there you have got plenty of cooking facilities as well so what we have got is the convenience of being able to set up you've got a two burer gas um a gas stove or cooked up they give you a couple of spare uh peas or flints for for the the uh the unit turn our gas on press the button just like a standard barbecue would that'll light your your uh your flame and Away you go down the back here is talking about our gas hose now that gas hose runs down to that little gas bayonet fitting that is down in there and allows that to plug in so you have got gas straight through your cooktop we wind that back up and slides up under there if you ever wanted to get underneath this to cook or to to uh clean it undo that hold that away nicely that drops down we just clip them back on and we can clean underneath our cooktops bring that back down put that back in place and you'll see we have got another nice little prep area as well for the side of your the side of the um the cooker when you are cooking now when we fold that away and we put it all up and we lock that in undo this now there is a nice little spot there for this which I'll show you in the back of the kitchen we come back down to the kitchen and we just slide that in there like so all right so now what we're going to do is we're going to just quickly just go down the side here we see you have got a outdoor picnic table um also we have got a fridge slide and a 95 L fridge compartment um so you can have your fridge on while you are traveling now the one thing I do say about the fridge use your 12vt operation again what we SP we always talk about these are a fridge that you want to be working on 12vt you don't want them to be trying to use your batteries while they are traveling CU they will chew your batteries really really quickly so when you get your car you your fridge get it cooled to where it should be put it in here and then set it to 12vt operation so it cools or maintains the temperature while you are traveling otherwise you get there and your fridges are dead flat and your batteries are dead flat because they've been trying to cool your fridge the whole way for six hours so um get get them there set them up and then go back to gas or however you want to run your run your fridge so all right now inside the van couple of different things you'll see in here so we have got in the van a smart TV so that is a little 24in smart TV standard in this in this Caravan we have got our DVD player and c and CD player player here so when you are away and you want to use um or play a DVD number one if you're not using the smart TV you plug a DVD in here change this to auxiliary change this to auxiliary and then you play your DVD through here which will show up on your TV all right so that's our TV um and then we have got heaps and heaps and heaps of storage space up in the van so when you look up in here the thing you'll find if I can get the camera up there you'll see there is Storage all the way through right over the top of the back of the kitchen it goes all the way through both both sides so you got heaps and heaps of storage space you've got more storage underneath the uh underneath that on this side so heaps of storage in here now as I spoke before about we we have got a couple of different uh so you got the main switches out the back and then what we have got here is the the the light switches within the house okay so for example we have got the diesel heater we've got rightand light we've got leftand light we've got lights in total we've got the light strip which is the light strip across the top here and we've got fans now this van has got fans in here to be able to extract the air out to try and help circulate and get more air flow also you have got Windows either side so as you can see inside these Vans they're very very compact they do have um everything that you would want to be able to still be able to live in this comfortably for a week two weeks when you are in an off-road space um just quickly come back out okay all right now the last thing I want to talk about is its color so the color this van is is something a little bit unique so we all know our 79 series Land Cruiser and the Sandy Tor we have got the built in a Sandy Tor color now they are a limited edition so there is very very very few of them made I think they were talking the number of about 200 of these ever made um we have we are lucky enough to have a limited number of these available and available for a uh a delivery ASAP so if you are looking for a Sandy torp in a serrento something that can go fully Offroad can take you on your next adventure you need to call us on the number that is listed below you won't be disappointed when you physically see where this van can take you and will take you so thank you very much again for watching my name is Ben at viarv sales um and I hope you enjoy the Lumberjack sento just as much as we do
