Luke Zocchi’s Home Inspired by Tropical Brutalism

[Music] this incredible home behind me is that of Luke Zaki you might know him better as Chris Hemsworth's personal trainer the home is inspired by tropical brutalism but I won't tell you much more than that I'll let him take us through the house himself let's go check it [Music] out [Music] no I don't want any hello T how are you hell L I'm great how are you thanks you got the AI crew here come in t let me give you a little tour of my home okay mhm I'm ready so this is the lounge room got a little bit of a remilia shrine here basically every W Chris wins I keep so what have you got here I've got the go I've got the loie for best new Talent on the old Home and Away days a congratulations thank you thank you um it's been a great uh pleasure to be I'm not an actor I always wanted building a house I wanted a secret room yeah so we got a little secret room here okay where just got to pull this bookshelf and then do the code twice and have a look go in [Music] there then we're coming into the kitchen and the biggest thing I wanted to do is when I designed this I wanted the kitchen the outdoor entertaining area and the pool all on the one level so that's what we tried to do here and it feels very dark and Moody so I love this Stone did you choose this yourself I did this is a leathered quartz super durable like a bit of a feature of the house when you come in and it all just looks so good with the gum metal of [Music] course how about we come outside to the outdoor deck it's not completely finished yet but the whole theory was you train you come up through here and then it's time to recovery okay let's go down to the bedrooms but on our way to the bedrooms this is like the main feat bathroom tell me about some of the finishes in here they're all handmade tiles from Japan and it's kind of tying in with that raw concrete kind of feel then we come to the the master bedroom keeping that earthy raw texture filled with wrap cuz this is actually flooring that I put on the ceiling and we wrapped it down as almost like a feature wall there which looks really cool okay tar come have a look at my own Suite this is this is the money shot in here okay this is it through the Walnut and then go we got dual Bas here again AI tabs super modern okay I love the tiles in here too you've G with like a light subway tile I've gone for a lighter wall tile to kind of brighten it up and got the double shower there the L out which is really nice you can open up and hear the birds in the morning it's a it's a good place to stud should we go downstairs let's do it this is where the house gets a little darker and [Music] moodier and now we're out into the outdoor area this is like an outdoor gym awes and then full indoor gym so this is kind of like the office y I'd expect nothing less from you I can see a team Choice Award y there's another award I've trained with Steve Smith before so that's his cricket bat he gave to me wow if you come up here I've got another couple of cool things I've got Chris's uh deck chair on Avengers Infinity War worked on Ghostbusters over there so that's another little remember ability of Ghostbusters oh my God standing from here I feel like you can just really appreciate the architecture I love just the design of this home it's so many angles it's dark and Moody but it's in this setting of like Forest it's just super special it's come up so well like you said standing here and look in this part of the house it just feels so cool yeah um yeah I'm really happy with [Music] it would you say this is your forever home it is unless I win the lottery or something um I'm never leaving this place and this is it this is home perfect I wouldn't leave here either thanks for having us L this has been awesome it's been awesome thank you very [Music] much
