Kors Cole Haan those are those are as to be expected I am interested in what those are some boots right there keyboard's cool Privia px110 I have no clue if that's worth anything oh it's a Casio okay be just a little Cheapskate but I think 200 bucks would have been fair for a live auction there's only like five or six other guys here so but one you know it just takes one other guy as hungry as you are to drive the price up and that guy apparently was hungry but uh he wound up buying one of the other units here which was for mostly Furniture there's only a couple bags of mystery decent Furniture decent mattresses but bulky stuff I don't want I don't really want to do on that stuff I want the fun stuff I want to I want Treasures guys is the treasures in these boxes right here maybe maybe all right I don't know but I brought with me a table and some totes uh to help aid this process let's dig in guys okay guys yes I put the table right in the middle of the room probably not the best place for it but I want to clear this side out now move the table over there all right so it kind of makes sense oh man this is heavy okay that is uh pretty heavy a little dirty but uh definitely can be eliminate a lot of buyers that's probably an eBay piece because it put in my drive in my live auction and it's like most people not gonna want Cubs on their back but the Cubs fans will another one those Britannia sweatshirts there's some whoa there's some it says current mood extra small spandex pants right there I'm actually gonna put those into the better Market someone may want them there okay it's Hugo Boss hanger that's a Hugo Boss right here that is actually kind of nice pink it's pretty cool why does it look dirty though huh all that go to Stockton who what where it says all of a once again and sweet Wanderer I know a lot of you guys don't like the clothes and you're like I'm bored with clothes I totally get it I probably would be too I just have to go through them closely I know some of you like it is buyer this one says is buyer it's pretty fancy um but you know what guys with a locker like this we got to try to we gotta try to pull value out of the clothes as best we can we gotta recoup our costs okay this little Igloo all right Igloo brand uh cooler nothing in there though that's a nice cool one very nice that should probably be somewhere between five and ten bucks at the market I'd say probably well dang it guys that's it this stuff we've gone through here all right you know what my first uh what I was saying in the beginning I said this should have been like 200 bucks and now that I've gone through it I'm like yeah probably 200 bucks would have been good yeah of course there's way more in profit than that we may even be able to turn a profit on this one it's gonna be tight though it's going to be tight we're gonna have to work hard to sell a lot of stuff at maximum value it's easy to sell stuff cheap you just blow it out and get the cash in your hand but lockers like this if you want to make money you got to slow down uh the Dooney and Burke of course will slow down on that but there's not that much else so like some of the medium stuff will have to slow down and try to maximize profit I don't like doing that with these types of lockers because uh I honestly guys My Philosophy for something like this yeah we could probably slow down put a lot of time into it and make a profit probably double our money however that time can be better spent probably buying the next locker and going through that so like a lot of this stuff will just go to Stockton flea market and just be blowing out for literally dollars right uh literally dollars where maybe we take it to a better Market or go on live auction or go on eBay and get five to ten dollars for I the same items are getting one to two dollars but a locker like this is important not to lose perspective turn the stuff quick speed is very valuable in this business um but you can't go too fast either you got to find that right pace you go too fast you're just blowing your good stuff out for too cheap just for the sake of moving it quickly and um that's where your profit is is in the good stuff this Locker didn't have that much good stuff but um um I don't know uh I shouldn't I shouldn't have gone so high on it but like I also mentioned I pay for convenience this is close to my house probably 15 to 20 minutes away and uh I do I do pay a little bit more for that so I like to be close to home and there's not that many auctions by my house so but based on how little was in this Locker I do think the gal moved out um I don't think she had a truck or a van maybe she rented one but she probably came in here and said I want to get rid of my locker I took the stuff that was most important to her the Dooney Burke person surprise she left but sometimes they do just leave things behind because they're just going through and quickly but I do feel these were the leave behinds this is not the uh full Locker that was originally you know used and stored I think this stuff she basically just let go and we got it paid a little much for it but it's okay we'll flip it we'll sell it we'll try to break even or make some money and uh on to the next one guys well anyways I hope you enjoyed the video anyways it's always fun going through them I do like it I like it's just seeing what
