that he's stepping forward acknowledging that he's safe and at peace but more importantly does not want anyone to carry that burden of feeling that they could have or should have been able to prevent that moment that does that make sense it really does she says you need to know that and I don't want you raising her children what did you try to get her children she says I want cuz she made me feel the emotion that you were raising her children but you tried to was that trying for six months if she passed so no to her it is as if you cared for her children do you understand who is this someone of a young well how do you connect with the number 13 they she died to acknowledge that she knows that you tried to take care of her children it is so important because she says you but you have to understand you're destroying yourself do you understand that we talked about this in my book about her how our energy and the grief and the burdens that we carry fuel illnesses that destroy our own lives recently and it is that you feel that you did not I didn't hold up my end of the bar you did do you and but that is the thing this is the thing she's telling you that you did you did everything that you could nineteen years this year and there's the number thirteen again to acknowledge that you did everything but you have to let go of this because it's destroyed you know letting go it's not letting go of our loved ones it's letting go of the burden and the guilts that you are carrying she says I watch over my boys did they move all over or were they separate over they separated from you for some time many years because she says the important thing is that you are back in connection with them correct you need to get back in connect in connection with them for now now do you understand that she's showing me the key because this is what she's doing she's focusing on all the negative and she can't stop and the guilt is killing you do you understand that and that is not fair for you this is what I talk about what my gift is so much more than me communicating with people that have crossed over your sister is giving what you need today to help you to make tomorrow a little bit easier but the important thing is that you need to take care of yourself do you understand that and I want to talk about the father figure that's back over here could be father or grandfather who's the father he stands right here you have to acknowledge other past also what are you the spirit hog today look you have to understand talked about that in the beginning gee so you have to start taking care of yourself do you understand that because the guilt is not helping you do I trying to do it's just a one time say one time that's a try right you you drop them who has the issues with the
