London’s newest Tiny Home is now available for £12,000 per month ✨

we are back in London today and we've got a rental property to show you this one costs 12 000 pounds per month and the unique thing about this property is the fact that it was actually built from scratch and completed in 2021 we've got some photos of this property before it was actually built just the plot and the transformation is pretty incredible you're not going to believe it shoot inside Jazz yeah let's go come on then we've got two access points this being one of them head on in so here's a look at the front of the property another unique thing about this house in London is we actually have a front garden and it's nice and private with the fence around the edge and how relaxing is this water feature yeah kind of canceling out the city noise around you yeah exactly it gives you that feeling of Tranquility we've got some lovely flowers as well and the property is built to really fit in with the surrounding buildings should we head inside and check it out yeah let's go let's go thank you so now we've entered the property into the front door and Wow first impressions it's pretty stunning nothing screams luxury and opulence like all these splashes of gold and marble around cool feature before we get started this little coat hanger check this out there we go before we carry on Tom shall we whack a quick floor yes let's stick a floor plan up so you guys understand the layout there's also a powder room WC toilet whatever you like upon entrance which is great nice pocket we'll show you some of those in a bit more detail because the bathrooms have been finished to a really high standard through here dining table well decorated isn't it just yeah I love the London napkins yeah it's the little things yes exactly and we've got the two windows it's a dual aspect some sunlight flooding in through here and you're probably already noticing the the light strips all the way around it's actually recessed into the ceiling cool so yeah it's a very open plan layout we've got the kitchen living and dining area talk you through it a little bit more we've got the parquet Oakwood herringbone flooring that we've come to know and love so much in these London House tours a great living area here nice Lounge setup super cozy even though it is open plan it feels nice and separate yeah and we've got the luxury home show up on the TV as per usual so if you're not subscribed already make sure you do that give us a like on this video if you're enjoying it great thing about this property is we have some outdoor spaces like I mentioned we have the garden we also have this Terrace area helicopter going overhead nice good timing triple door so they all slide all the way over we've got a great space here we've got the the sky well just underneath me so the light floods into the bedroom downstairs we've got two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs so no one has to go two flights of stairs to go to bed there's also an electric canopy out there if you wanna make it either shade or rain cover or privacy like jazz says yeah it's great another thing that's electrically controlled like that canopy whose mines you've got all of that luxury convenience that you'd expect to have in these London houses yeah so good I'll probably open that back up because it's nice and bright yes with them open very well designed right yeah so let's go through into this kitchen now you're not sure if appliances through here we've got an oven microwave oven check out these other mitts it's worth noting this comes fully furnished yes that's what I was going to say so we've got the yeah toaster kettle induction hob here is a good word for that yeah I'll give you that we've got the sort of breakfast area I'd say in the middle of the kitchen here we have got a garage just next door so as well as being able to park a vehicle in that vehicle in there there is Storage there so if you didn't want a table in the middle of your kitchen you could quite easily have that out the way because we have the dining table too yeah as well as that what have I missed we've got the sink love these oh so you can give it a good old rinse yeah great feature yes we've also got the integrated wine cooler keeping the strings nice and cold really we have the fridge I'm freezer do you remember the square foot Tom just under 2 000 I think yeah so it's not it's not massive but they've utilized the space very very well yeah I mentioned about the garage being out there there is also a driveway too so there's enough room for two vehicles I have an Audi A3 I managed to get it in the garage so if you had a Fiat 500 you'd very easily get it in there yeah but yeah you can get a decent sized vehicle in there is what I'm trying to say yes we've got the hike Vision Smart Control System all throughout the house you'll see that in the bedrooms as well um and now I think it's probably time Jazz that you take over and we'll go check out the bedrooms yeah the question is up or down uh let's go up up okay ready see you there [Music] okay so we're coming up onto the top floor it's worth noting there's actually like kind of grip pads on the stairs so you don't slip and above we have a skylight so flooding down there with lights you've got the glass balustrates as well but come on in this is the principal Suite now when I first walked in here I was actually so shocked by the size like yeah it's a very large room and a very large bed as well yes that's huge you've got huge Windows as well and the Skylight above and it's got the blind you can electronically control as well to close it off we've got plenty of inbuilt storage like I said downstairs there is so much of it there's also behind Tom and I think the agent was saying how there's secret like compartments yeah there's a hidden part of the Wardrobe see if you can find it where is it actually should we let them guess three two one bottom yeah look at that no extra storage great place for a suitcase that's what we like I feel like when we talk about storage time we always talk about suitcases for some reason but yeah so we've got a great size room that herringbone flooring continues up here and here we have the ensuite should we look in this one yeah let's do it we do have comfort cooling upstairs as well and actually downstairs as well I think it's throughout yes um ground floor but this is a look at the bathrooms now Tom and I are a huge fan of these kind of like paneled black frames on the showers I think they look so sleek and it continues through all of the all the bathrooms we've got the dark fittings all the way throughout we even have a little bum wash yeah even the door handles are the same those dark fittings yeah and then you've got the tower radiation you just say bum wash yeah and then you've got plenty of mirror storage oh that's distorted my face yeah storage and more mirrors inside the mirror story the door stops yeah they're all little animals how sweet this is this one we've got a little dog okay they're all coming to this first okay before we start don't use a seal how cute is that anyway we have this second bedroom on this floor now we've got dual aspects you've got three kind of double height Windows throughout here and my favorite part I think I know where this is going I'll stop it though because it's a bit annoying but great utilization of space there with the desk in the corner these are actually Juliet balconies you've got the glass balusters outside looking out to the front of the property like Tom said air Cooling and then plenty of inbuilt storage with mirrors on the front and then we've got the spotlights all the way throughout it's the little details as well if you've noticed yes on the curtains in the other room they were almost like pearls like Coral now we've got these kind of leaves metallic leaves exactly it's all the small things let's poke our head into this bathroom as well like I said very similar style to the other one you've got a nice recess here and I like Tom I really like the inbuilt like kind of um shelves in the shower yes three products yeah I was not in built so it is hanging on but it looks like it's the same yeah it certainly fits doesn't it yeah anyway should we head down to the basement level yeah the bottom draw the rest of the bedroom [Music] okay so now we are on the bottom floor which is technically underground but the special thing about it is we do have a Terrace space first bedroom should we go into this one yeah okay so this is another bedroom that surprised me with its size like yeah quite a unique ceiling as well that looks cool yeah it's like nice angle to it we've got the Skylight that Tom mentioned when he was in the Terrace upstairs just there so lots of light we've also got access out to our Terrace space there which I'm going to show you after you know I like jazz the trunk at the end of the bed it's actually storage so not only does it double up as a little seat to sort of get ready put your shoes on you've got some storage in there some very good storage options throughout here yeah and then we have our bathroom so like I said they're all quite similar themes yeah but they're all great sizes don't fix it because that looks great and this floor feels really cool to stand on as well yeah I love the interior design throughout here it was actually by Julia Palmer so beautiful Tom and I are actually getting our own house very soon so we've been looking around for inspiration this is one of our favorites we've seen some nice pieces for definitely let us know if you want to see a house tour like our own home tour yeah yeah not now the next door stop is a little elephant I think he's my favorite it's yeah storage here now behind Tom we have our utility space which once again is great to have in a house this size you've got the washing machines security Etc and then you've got a nice marble flooring and we've even got an ironing board behind the door and that mirror as well great place for getting changed if you had one of the bedrooms down here check in like your outfit out yeah before you were to go off okay now before we go in show now it's a little polar bear hi but here we have the last bedroom another great size you've got the Comfort cord and this one's got a nice vanity area inbuilt storage nice little thin cupboard oh yeah that's so cute what's actually in there I can't see it oh okay it's just like I was gonna say shoes but I don't think oh okay so yeah it's a nice shelving yeah yeah and then we have our ensuite tucked around in the corner and this is like a Tom was saying they're really nice oh yeah magnetic oh that's cool yeah very sweet but time to show you the Terrace area you can access this from both vegetables yeah and the way this was built was incredible because you've got the space downside that allows all the light to flood into these rooms down here and when you close that door you can't
