Lonavala Part 2 - Exploration trek near Duke's Nose

good morning everybody my name is Jonathan this is Selena and welcome to Jonathan explor so today is day two of our 2-day trip to lanava and right now we are outside actually we are we are at uh our hotel where we staying at Sunrise Hill Resort and uh this is the view from the front deck we have the pool on the other side right behind me and uh it's really a nice uh windy day uh so today's plan is we're going to Trek Duke's SSE which is uh not too far from here it's like around uh 3 or 4 km fromia before that we'll be stopping for uh breakfast we'll be going to Kat Hotel it's a veg restaurant it's a very famous uh chain of restaurants it's like it's it's uh it's present on almost almost all the major highways you'll find Kat so we know the food is of decent standard and quality so we're going there for breakfast so we'll see you next at the hotel see you bye [Music] oh [Music] it's uh 9:22 in the morning actually we plan to leave at uh 8:00 a.m. but we got a little late we woke up a little late and um it's a beautiful day today it's nice and windy today there are no clouds in the sky yesterday there were some clouds in the sky today there are no clouds in the sky at all which means it's going to be pretty hot in the afternoon we won't get Shade that's there uh but I think I think it'll be a good day today we have to buy some snacks on the way on the way to there we have to buy some snacks our food has just come I can see the waiter walking towards us I'm excited thank you thank you so we'll have our food fart we'll eat then we'll leave we'll see you directly at the base of the hill so see [Music] you [Music] [Applause] [Music] down [Music] [Music] me [Music] l [Music] so uh we've reached the base Village of the track and what's the village name sa sa it's called sa village saiii Village and uh it's a very nice Village The Villages are very kind in fact uh we stopped at a shop here and this this lady uh she we ordered V and she didn't even charge us for it I don't know why but she said because you're veg because we are we are a guest that's why she said she's not charging us for it people are that kind over here so very nice place and uh actually we've we've changed our plans a bit uh since we reached very late we won't be climbing Duke's nose because from here it takes 4 hours to climb and 4 hours to get back to the Village 8 hours and if we leave now we'll have to tr back in the dark and uh we didn't carry any head lamps or any gear for that kind of a TR so we'll come back some other day and do the TR for now we'll track one of these other Hills there are many hills around this area one of these other Hills one smaller smaller Hills easy to climb Hill we'll we'll track the hill we'll get a nice view we'll you know be with nature we'll enjoy ourselves and we'll head back to the room after that by the way uh behind me right behind my head that's uh Duke's nose in case you guys are wondering so uh let's start [Music] tracking earlier when I was they very this no strangers they will pay attention see see so we've started our Trek and uh that's the hill we are plan to climb let's see if there's a path if it's safe enough we'll go if it's not safe we'll do another Hill next to it cuz this area is full of Hills there's no shortage of trkking spots over here and The Villages are very kind they let us Park our vehicle over there in front of the shop soell let's continue our walk guys when you come to such places please don't do this please don't do this ruins the beauty ruins the experience for everybody look everywhere else so beautiful look down right next to us beer bottles the weather has actually become better it's become way more cloudier a lot of clouds and there's a lot of shade is there's a path from here also put the bone on [Music] so guys we reached the top of the hill check out the view from you so now we'll head back down and we'll go for lunch see you at a lunch TB see you fresh you like 450 fresh chicken Fri rice chicken fried rice or chicken Manchurian dry dry chicken Manchurian Dr we stopped for lunch at this place called uh Hotel Ken TKA they they advertise fish on the sign board so fish might be good here so we've ordered uh suai Tali for Selena so Tali is basically uh a complete meal package basically so you'll get your rice your chapati Rich vegetable chicken dish whatever dish if it's fish you'll get a fish dish if it's chicken thali you'll get a chicken dish it's mutton thali you'll get one or two mutt dishes like that way it's a complete meal so I've ordered Chinese she she's order uh suai Tali suai is basically King Fish Kingfish thali she likes King Fish because it doesn't have too many bones I don't mind the bones but she doesn't like the bones so we ordered yeah that's one of the only it's the only nothing else that's the only fish she likes what about that other fish with which mom makes which doesn't have bones what is that one that only it's made in a cutlet for my life bang bang bang bang cutlet she likes yeah so we're waiting to try out this new place see how the food is wow looks nice so guys this is Selena's plate that's a piece of uh king fish what what is this Roy Nan only this is Nan type but Roy it n type and tanduri it's cooked in the tand tanduri ROI that's what it's called This is that s some salad salad a this the gravy and some gravy and this is mine I like Chinese food a lot I should have married a Chinese woman now yeah every day I could have eat Chinese food that's a chicken Manchurian I and uh chicken fried [Music] rice I don't want one this will taste I'm full of that has made me full that's a spicy [Music] one so we just got uh done with lunch lunch was excellent the frish was uh very fresh in fact we
