Welcome to Elif's kitchen, I would like to share the recipe of hünkar beğendi with its wonderful flavour in full consistency. When you are about to remove the meat from the stove, prepare the Beğendi. Add 2 full tablespoons of butter into the pan and melt it 2 tablespoons on it Add flour and roast until the flour smells. Add the roasted aubergine, which we have chopped and prepared in advance, and roast over medium heat for a few minutes by stirring. then add 1 tea glass of cold milk and cook for a few minutes by stirring constantly. Add 100 grams of grated kashar cheese and add half a dessertspoon of salt. Add half a teaspoon of black pepper and continue to cook by stirring on medium continuously until the cheese melts. just cook until the cheese melts Your Beğendi is ready to be served with its wonderful flavour in full consistency. At this stage, our meat was cooked, my meat was cooked on low heat in about 50 minutes. If you do not have time, you can cook the meat in a pressure cooker. Serve both the meat and the beğendi hot Put the "Beğendi" on a serving plate, spread it on the plate and add a few spoonfuls of meat on it. I sprinkled some chopped parsley on it.
