going with the og made squad of jiren yamcha and krillin we've been doing a lot of variety teams lately going through a list of characters and just playing them in order but you know i had to skip ahead to jiren dude he was all the way at the top it would have taken so long we'll continue on with the list but yeah right there i will fight like he said i need to get at least one try something oh okay so both of both are similar try something try something okay i just needed one i just needed one let me get one counter let me get a dose i just needed to oh no no opening can i do twice i'll take twice if that's what it takes to get the normal jiren combo again i know people have been telling me to learn the real optimal jiren stuff um just to add in a little more damage there but jiren's just so good right now oh i really wanted the counter like thankfully we do oh get the counter again we're just spinning keyblast if we want we can knock him down into the rock spin get another knock down right there and another hit that's gonna be another hit for jiren whoa the jared speed run right now let's see if our opponent makes any adaptations going into their second character gogeta this is the second highest rank so you know these points are on the line man i am so stoked to be playing jared again all right i don't know if he expected me to counter again oh that was smooth normal key what's the mix counter he's play he's getting very patient with jiren he does not like jiren doing stuff after that counter on the dp he is not the same player uh-oh it's frame one though i could do feeling it right there i was feeling the fighters that was a great performance from the team that's pretty much exactly what we want this team to look like and we are going into the next match with our heads held high great game to that opponent all right we are back against another opponent kid boo too so this is equally scary and now we have to go through the whole jiren conditioning phase again i always the hardest part of playing jiren is you gotta just hope that the game goes right at the beginning uh the conditioning phase is the good part though you gotta oh no oh we got lucky there he did click a button it almost looked like it beat ours let's get the full spin uh love to see that full spin damage grab hey we'll take a grab now we just go back into that normal jared cabo again it's good to be back he's so jiren is top tier right it's not just me jiren really is top tier i think if you don't think he's up there you might be sleeping on him oh nice 2l from gogeta wait a minute gogeta's pretty good himself what is this color too it's kind of nice counter oh i reflected it instead but the cow oh the double rock and then the yamcha says maybe it's just that this team makes jiren really good i'll take a level three right here try to get a bit of that momentum back he was kind of feeling himself hold on let jiren take control wait a minute let me go overhead let me get a grab we are just landing that grab a lot again we uh back in the day when jiren was a you might not believe this if you just started playing fighters recently but jiren used to be one of the worst characters in the game he was just not very good at all and one of the reasons was like he he couldn't combo mid-screen into sliding i easily that is um and his command grub was really slow and i always used to say like oh you know just uh make his command grab faster but really they just made jiren more scary so now the command grab is like once the character gets scarier it doesn't matter if the command grab is slow because people are afraid that's basically the theory behind jiren's balancing the command grab hates a lot more nowadays even though it's still whoa oh some cabin reps are also just built different oh god wow yeah like broly broly's built different broly is truly built different oh my god i'm going to lose he's playing boss monsters this man just tribute summon for this guy i've been playing a lot of yu-gi-oh recently just thought i'd bring that up force that in there all right let's get the yamcha mix can he predict it are we going low cross i think we'll go i do always say always start low so i'm going to start low yeah it didn't really work out but that's fine i don't regret it again just trying to get that conditioning going on krillin keeping him in the that our buttons are beating his the range is better maybe the the frames are a bit more in our for our our way oh poorly timed on the yamcha assist it could have been brutal it could have been but
