story to tell you uh we had um uh the reason why we're getting on it this time and not our normal 11 o'clock on thursday time is because we had some doctor's appointments for paul he's trying to get his back fixed or something so we had an mri basically we had appointments from 8 30 to noon and so um we finally got back and got everything that we needed uh he's doing fine um we got some steps to take to alleviate some of his bulging discs right yep found out he has a bulging disc in like his third from the bottom one i don't know what when you call it l3 or something i don't know what they call them but we don't know anyway um yeah folding bulging discs so we're gonna go back in next week and hopefully get some relief from some of that pain but anyway um we wanted to say thank you to encounter i had with a literally i felt like demonic delivery driver and so we're going to kind of tell the whole story paul will pipe in any with any details that i have left out of course he uh he has some inside info from some of the phone conversations we had after the fact but um so anyway we wanted to kind of tell you that story but this is a live q a for resellers so if you have a reseller was crazy what was it monday this was my no monday or tuesday it was monday i think i think it was yes melinda says hi hi y'all hi y'all all right so thank you melinda um so this is our crazy i titled it my demonic delivery driver so i want to kind of preface this whole thing by saying i am not talking about my regular delivery drivers my regular postal carrier is phenomenal my regular ups guy is phenomenal and usually the normal sub for my ups driver is usually great too but monday we had a pickup scheduled from 2 to 3 pm normal time i always have my pickups i usually will schedule it and then put a little note on the thing saying there usually will be a multitude of packages such as 15 or 20. and so usually every monday that's a normal pickup for my ups because a lot of you pay for your fire sale items over the weekend and then they ship monday at about two o'clock well it's about 1 30 and the ups driver comes by he comes in from the opposite way which is unusual it's not the normal way that they drive in but there is a way you can come get come in that way it's just a narrow road and then he starts backing up and it was really kind of odd how he backed up almost like 45 degree angle across my driveway but i didn't really think anything of it i just popped up looked out the window and went oh our ups pickup is here he was about 30 minutes early which was fine i already had all my packages sitting out there i like to i like it when they're actually late because then i can throw a few more on the pile and get your stuff out to you a day sooner but i was like well you know we're doing a bunch of shipping for monday and all that stuff and so no problem as soon as he gets out of the truck we end up with cuss cut swear swear explicitive explicitive cuss cut swear swear and i was like oh my goodness like i looked at paul and i was literally terrified because i was like what is going on and then he like well he didn't see us yet he didn't see us so i'm thinking well he probably doesn't know that we can hear him um and he he starts hollering he was clearly talking about us yeah he said stupid effing idiots put the packages over here so we have a big bay door which is right in front of the driveway and then we usually have our you uh post office pickup and then i do the ups right in front of my window so that it will be separate from the post office pickup literally from the back of the truck to the pile of packages was about five feet and i guess he didn't like that so he was really mad about it so then i was just like i think he's mad you know i turned to paul and i was like i think he's mad because the packages are on this side of the porch and not that side of the porch and paul's like he only has to walk five feet you know like and and he was like is that our normal guy i was like nope this is a new guy i've never seen before he had a hat on and he just keeps just cussing and swearing and cussing um at one point i think he saw me through the window he he threw a package yes yeah like i watched him pick the package up and chuck it inside of the ups truck not set it in the truck chuck it and i'm thinking to myself it's a good thing that i bubble wrap the snot out of my stuff but i really hope it comes fully intact so let me know if you have something that goes broken because it's insured the way that it ships but still um um so anyway so we're thinking well maybe he just doesn't know that we're here and so paul decides like i actually got up from my seat and walked onto the other side of the warehouse because i was afraid he would see me through the window because he literally the way he was behaving terrified me because it just seemed very strange um and he was even hooping and hollering like wow you know while he's cussing and swearing and i'm just like there is something wrong with him you know and it actually legitimately frightened me and i'm not easily scared by much of anything um and so paul was like i'm gonna just check on him and so paul opens the door and i think it surprised the guy that we were in here and we could hear him and paul just says is everything okay and and the guy the guy goes kind of mumbled a little bit uh he said he was listening to his headphones oh he said he was listening to his earbud and he did have an earbud in right uh like one of the like talk bluetooth once and he goes oh sorry i was singing he was not singing he was yelling at us with lots of swear words in between every other word yeah i thought that was going to be the end of it well yeah because paul's like well if he knows we're here then maybe he'll realize oh crud uh okay you know i'll stop swearing so paul's like can we just you know because he was like i was singing well we knew that was a lie right away because it was not any kind of sort of song and it had to do with the fact that he was mad about packages so um so paul just kindly asked him hey you know could you keep the profanity down you know because we were still working and trying to do things you know could you keep the profanity down and he just kind of looked at him and then paul closed the door and came back inside and then cussing resumed even louder and then he said i'll say whatever the effing i want that's what he said of course he didn't not to my face he would no he wouldn't say it to his face um and so he proceeded to continue to cuss and then he proceeded to pick up the boxes and legitimately chuck them into the truck and i'm like because we had about 20 packages being picked up now just to give you a disclaimer none of the packages were broken open none of the packages seem to have any kind of dents because we do a really good job padding around all the stuff and because of what we shipped we definitely had it a lot extra and paul and i packed the majority of the boxes this last go around anyway so we know that they were packed very very well so we were like what is going on like i literally was afraid to sit down at back of my computer because i'm like now that he knows we're in here like he can see me through the window every time he grabs a package like i was legitimately afraid of him and he just kept cussing and swearing and he kept hooping and hollering i mean he literally sounded like a lunatic yeah like a wild man like a wild man i was like and paul and i are like some kind of demon possessed europeans and i was like what is wrong with him like legitimately we thought that there was something physically wrong with him or that he was high or drunk you know paul's like well i didn't smell alcohol on him but he was surely acting like he was on something so finally he gets the last thing in the truck and we hear him pull the back door down and i'm just like kind of breathing a little bit of a cyber relief he gets into the truck no before that he opens our door oh you're right i forgot about that so yeah he pulls the back door down and i'm like and i'm sitting at my my computer over here and he opens the door like really fast now our other ups driver would knock on the door hey do you have any more packages you know that kind of thing but no he doesn't even knock he just whips the door open he goes you guys got any more stuff you know like yelled at it paul paul's like nope that's all we had because paul's like i am not giving you one more box because we have no idea what you're gonna do with them so he's like nope that's all we have and he was like okay bye boom and slams the door and i'm just like big eyes like like saucers looking at paul and i'm like afraid to talk until he leaves you know then he gets in his truck and before he drives away he yells and then drives out of the neighborhood and i'm like what is wrong with him so both paul and i are just sitting there like well what just happened yeah after he left the door i thought you know what i don't want to get surprised again so i opened the door and stood between him and heather yeah uh just in case but he was getting in his truck at the time but i wrote down his uh truck number plate number yeah uh so that i was pretty sure it was time to call uh and you can keep going so anyway so once he drove away we kind of looked stunned at each other for a while and we were we were a little bit in shock like what just happened like it literally felt like he was insane like he was under demonic possession because i'm like no normal person acts that way like yeah even if you are even if you do swear like a sailor that's one thing you know like i know mechanics do that and if you're you know if you work at a factory sometimes it just you know the language flies and it's a fairly normal thing this was not at all like that this was like explicit disdain disgust yeah direct directed at us right but but like afterwards he called us an idiot like he looked at me through the window and called me an idiot but with profanity preceding the word idiot you know and so like i i was literally i couldn't think straight i couldn't in both of us were just kind of like stunned after it happened so we decided you know what that is no i'm pretty sure that's not what ups wants to have representing their brand you know because we have had our normal guy is amazing amazing he will bend over backwards for you like you name it he'll do it and uh every sub that we've we've had two or three different subs for him like when he's on vacation they're phenomenal every single one of them we've never seen this guy before so finally paul's just like do you think we should call about him well i i was i was gonna think about just saying okay this guy will probably never see again but what did we discover about the packages oh so normally when the epf driver shows up he scans it puts it in the truck scans it puts it in the truck this guy never scanned a single package so the last known information my customers have was label was created at hook on picking in trenton illinois but it never goes anywhere after that if ups never scans the packages when they get picked up from your location then it looks like it's your like my fault then it would look like it was my fault and my biggest fear was he could just go and find a ditch somewhere and chuck them all into the ditch because of us somewhat confronting it it would have been there was probably a way to track it but it would have been a lot a lot trickier it would have been his word versus our word at that time right that would have been tough now just just to let you guys know every single one of them um have been scanned they're in transit and most of them are set to be delivered today or tomorrow two of them already have been yeah a few of them all and we've not had any complaints about anything um and so i think yes he was chucking some things in the truck but we had them well boxed and well um secured and you know he was a little bit rough with the packages but i think we still did a good job with the way that we practice on the inside to protect all of the the product but um so after he left we're like i feel like we need to call somebody because i don't want him to be treating anyone else like that like that was my biggest fear is are you going to come across the wrong person who doesn't like that behavior they confront him and you know and is not as nice as us i mean paul's like is there a problem here could you please keep the profanity down that's pretty much the extent of it um you know i mean when he opened the door and closed the door paul kind of stood outside to make sure the guy wasn't going to come back you know paul's a tall dude so you know i think and the guy was much shorter than paul so i think he would have been not smart trying anything and i would have just had heather's got this i would i would have broke out a box cutter the amount of knives we have on the back shelf heather listen here buddy you know um but uh anyway heather do not threaten anyone please do not threaten anyone we do not condone violence we don't condone violence but we do condone self-defense all right oh man so um so we decided we should call somebody because this is really irrational behavior for anybody and we don't want anybody else to be subject to it and the biggest thing for us is we never ever wanted to see that driver again like it it i was more concerned about the packages yeah uh because the fact that he didn't scan them he could they could easily say well they got stolen off your porch which would like no they didn't right so um so anyway so paul called like the 1 800 customer service number and just ended up at basically he could tell in the background it was just a call center yeah it was a huge call center we don't even know um you know it's probably based somewhere you know not even near our location right we wanted to talk to the local people that dispatched him right but we talked and we kind of left all of our information they asked what location he picked up from what time did he pick up from what is our address yada yada so we gave him all that information and paul basically explained the scenario and she was typing away you know i think documenting it all and we thought well that's kind of all we can do i really didn't expect them to ever call me back i asked them to i said hey listen i'd really like to call back on what what's the next step because my packages still haven't been scanned yeah so he specifically asked can you have someone call me back about what you're going to do about this issue because that was our biggest concern yes we wanted to kind of put in a formal complaint about this guy because he was scary um but the other re the main reason was we want to make sure we have documentation that he picked up our packages you know and he has possession of these 20 packages like we printed off every single tracking number yeah that he had picked up i went back and i was like okay these are the ones i know i put out there and so um that was our big thing is we wanted documentation of what happened to our packages so we told the whole story to this lady and shockingly enough yeah i didn't think it was gonna go anywhere yeah about an hour and a half later we got a phone call from the actual dispatch which is about 35 minutes away that actually dispatches our drivers yep and that lady was phenomenal she was great she was like born to do that yes customer service extraordinary she was so apologetic she was just like i am she knew she knew exactly which driver it was oh yes well we even said we're like this is not our normal driver and we gave our normal driver's name and she's like oh yeah he's great we love him and then she's like let me look up and see who did your pickup oh yes we know this driver we know him very well and so they ended up documenting everything that paul kind of rehashed the whole story we basically said hey our biggest thing is we want to make sure that tracking continues on these packages and that they're in good condition and so she was basically going to forward the whole bit of information to his immediate supervisor and not really do anything until the truck got back and we did notice um that about 7 pm that night which is the normal time that our packages normally get scanned at the next location now our normal driver scans them right on our doorstep and then they get scanned as being received in the ups distribution center later that night so i usually get two scans when they get picked up but this one i think that's their normal policy too yeah it is every other ups driver scans him as soon as he puts them on the truck to say hey i have these boxes so um he didn't scan any of them and so that was our biggest worry so finally she forwarded it to her supervisor and then the one thing that paul did say at the end of the conversation was could you please make sure that this gentleman never comes to our location again because to be honest i was afraid of him i was afraid because we had confronted him and maybe if the complaint comes back he'll realize it was us and i literally am worried about bodily harm from this gentleman you know because of his behavior was so strange and so out of the ordinary you know it he just did not seem rational at all so i so i basically we we just requested please could you have him never come to our location again and so yeah they were like for sure that'll never happen and so the next day we had a pickup scheduled from two to three o'clock and six o'clock rolls around now it was the day that it snowed so i know everything was a little bit delayed that day but um our packages didn't get picked up till about 6 30 which is fine with us we were still here working it's not a big deal um but it was a totally different driver i'd never seen even him before but as kind as kind uh i think he was even dispatched out of a different distribution center so the normal route that would have picked us up um wasn't didn't pick us up because i think i don't know if he was still in the job or maybe they fired him right there on the spot and they didn't have a driver for this area um because this was even a different guy i don't think they would have fired them over just our complaint i'm sure there would have to be multiple complaints the way the lady talked to you on the phone yeah she knew exactly who it was she and she she seemed like this is behavior they've seen before out of him right she did not tell me that specifically but the way she was indicating yes they they've had multiple problems with this gentleman so i don't understand why you would send someone out that's definitely going to represent be almost the face of ups to a lot of not just little mom and pops but he he was picking up from a larger company in our in our town yeah um why you would want that because if he got bothered by our system i can imagine what it would be like if he was picking up from an actual not a mom-and-pop business yeah like a big huge one yeah i don't think they'd put up with that very very quickly then again i could be wrong maybe this stuff happens all the time and we're just living in a very sheltered life maybe we just you know the lord's protected us with the the amazing delivery guys we have it's been a while since i've been cussed out it's been a while oh yeah yeah it's been a while since i've legitimately been fearful yeah of anything like not a lot rattles me you could ask paul i don't get rattled by much of anything um and yet that guy rattled me because this guy was kind of kooky aggressive and there's like yeah he had that look in his eye like i don't know what this cat's about to do we even talked all day we're like is he gonna come back and yeah you know be mad at us yeah i i was almost certain not a single one of those packages is ever gonna get anywhere near where it's supposed to go but you know he might have been none the wiser you know maybe the lord protected our packages by just making him oblivious to our frustrations with the scenario but anyway so that is our demonic delivery driver from ups so crazy story yeah was it 7 15 that night uh so he picked up what 1 30 at 7 15 we started noticing the first scans of our package and basically what had happened is his truck finally made it back to the the the distribution center and that's when they finally got scanned which is unusual normally they're scanned right when they're picked up that day and then they get the third scan you know it's label created then scanned when they're picked up and then scanned again when they hit the distribution and that middle one never happened right now i i know that everybody can have a bad day i have no clue what was going on in that man's life well paul opened the door and he was like is everything okay thinking maybe just knowing that people are in here yeah okay concerning scenario i thought yeah i thought he was having a bad day and didn't realize that people were within earshot right so you know he's just you know upset about who knows what and he's just letting his language you know fly and i thought as soon as i walk out on the porch he's gonna clean it up that did not happen it actually amplified yeah well he cleaned it up while i was out there but when i went back inside it just got even more and more so yeah yep so good times that's what uh please know though ups has done has helped us out a number of times already there have been multiple times where um i have i have one package and i'm like i really need to get this out because i'm going out of town or whatever and i actually have you know can contact my ups guy and if he's in the area he'll be like oh yeah i'm gonna be at such and such a business why don't you meet me there and i've handed him back like drove over he's so good and i hand him the package he'll scan it and throw it on the truck for me so good whereas i had already gotten a pickup from him but then i was like oh this person paid and i'm going out of town for two or three days and i don't want to wait to ship their package you know yep yeah so yeah so i mean our normal guys are amazing the post office guy is amazing the ups guys are amazing this guy was on something so yeah we wondered that it i did not smell alcohol i got close enough to smell stuff on his breath didn't smell alcohol i'm like this this guy's he's acting like he's under the influence of something he was very wild looking like when he stared at me through the window it was kind of a crazed yeah it's like you're not all here with me are you yeah you're somewhere else but you're you're not a happy guy right now yeah so he was definitely frustrated all right let's good to see you live uh brandon says we had a ups driver set package down the ground then he ran them over when leaving trust me he got reported now see i could see that as being an accident too because because our normal guy he is always almost like running almost yeah because he's just moving man he's a hard working guy i think he's skinny for a reason because he moves yeah yeah he's uh no the brown company ups does not condone that kind of behavior no i don't think so no in the the lady who called us afterwards to follow up with us was amazing and paul's like if you need in yeah talk to me again please feel free to call me yeah i wasn't even asking i didn't say hey you need to fire the guy just said he represented your company poorly yeah that's what paul was big thing and he's the big thing was he represented your company poorly and please make sure can you follow up on these packages right you know we were willing to give her all the tracking numbers all that stuff and she's like we had about two thousand dollars going out the door that day and i'm like uh we can't really afford yeah a big company can kind of you know handle a funky hit like that we're a lot tighter than that yeah uh suzanne says um uh love your stories one says sorry to hear all of your ups drivers of your ups driver's attitude is not allowed here i can tell you that it's good yeah so well i don't think it's allowed here either out here i just because he has the exception because we've had what now probably another four to five ups drivers pick up our main guys and then various other ones this guy i don't know where he came from always like ridiculously kind we even theorized for a moment was that a real ups driver did some guy just buy an old ups truck and he's going around picking up packages we did worry oh man because i'm like he just didn't act anything like the guy that we're used to susan says surprised you didn't record him even just uh saline would have fixed his fanny um we have we thought about that too i was not quick enough to grab the camera i was literally like in shock that it was happening at all yeah um and yeah i wish i would have recorded it but it probably you know it's probably better that i didn't we um we have cameras set to go up outside to watch where we would even put packages that would have that would have been bad for him yeah i just recorded all of that yeah i just haven't put them up probably would have been our highest youtube video to date recording the ups driver chucking our packages in this vehicle and anyway uh peggy says thank goodness i have nothing but great dealing with ups that's been our our experience till now deborah says oh maybe he didn't take his meds today potentially yeah he was acting like again like he's under the influence of something uh let's see here uh peggy says uh something meds or or not wow janice says if his pupils were pin points that's how you can tell if he's on something boy i cannot remember how his eyes the interactions were so fast with him yeah he was real jittery real real fly like even when i opened the door i was uh he wheeled around pretty quickly like um almost a fight-or-flight response yeah uh and and i didn't come barging he just no paul just opened the door like it would always open the door put in the doorway yeah i didn't even walk on the porch not for a while uh peggy says you should shouldn't have to worry about your packages that's crazy pamela says wow sounds like he was on something uh i think we're probably onto something there yeah and that could be easily checked probably ups could send them to get a drug test i know they've done that even the companies have worked for before even walmart they would send us a drug test occasionally yeah percent renee says so so do you pay to have ups pick up packages good question yes i do um now i get a discount through my shopify website but you can go onto regularups.com and get packages picked up and all you have to do is just put in a few of the tracking numbers and then you can schedule the pickup but usually on regular ups i'll pay anywhere from six to fourteen dollars depending on how many i have picked up and some of the dimensions so um yeah i do okay i mean i normally when i have a ups pickup i have anywhere from 10 to 20 packages at a time picked up so it's always worth it for me to pay them to spend the time driving somewhere yeah let's see pamela says i was gonna say cameras outside would be good as you said that yeah yeah i know it's making me think i need to actually get them up installed they're sitting on the shelves yeah they're sitting on the shelf right now just got to get it done melinda says sounds like math jan says yeah the folks saying math they're probably right worked with a guy at walmart one time that he didn't want to work there anymore and he went around trying to get fired and he wanted it wondered it took him two weeks to get fired and uh finally he had to keep telling off customers and then that's finally a department and not a department manager the store manager finally canned them but um i don't know maybe it was something like that he was going to be a jerk to everybody you could just to see how many people will call and say you have a demonic driver out here just quit your job don't scare people just quit your job cinder daniel says my husband drives trucks and they will call him in the middle of the day to go and take a random drug test sounds like they need to do that yeah it could be rose says did you get my email about the cake decoration set um i have a few emails i've not yet responded to because like i said we were at doctor's appointments from 8 30 in the morning until just now yeah i know we've got a lot of people hopped on late i'm sorry we are late it's my fault not heather's so i had an mri this morning at 8 30. on my back so they found i have a bulging uh disc which is causing a lot of pain so um but uh i think they have a good fix i don't have to have surgery and that's good yeah as far as far as we know now um they think they can get it corrected with some shots and we'll see how that goes so but anyway uh let's see here so that's why we're so late so if you haven't heard my story i i think i'll rehash it not as good the second time so you'll have to definitely watch after this live stream and go back and check it out because it basically is talking about my demonic delivery driver you know i think heather though could write a book on the weird things that we have got ourselves in in the reselling world whether it be the the demonic ups driver we've had people what call what food and they've eaten most of it and then we want to return it you know we've had yeah i have been contacted i opened this and i didn't like it can i return it yeah no we walmart doesn't let you we've had we've had all sorts of things you know we'll ship things out and then we'll uh usually it's ebay then we'll get a return and it's not the item oh yeah they they replace it with their broken one yeah oh man and then oh i hate that uh we've opened we've opened boxes from liquidation that said they were one thing you open it and it's sometimes it's something completely different one time it was a rock i remember that yes we've opened it and it was a rock there was a rock inside and i thought it probably weighed about equivalent to whatever the item that was supposed to be in it uh what was the one that we opened that we opened an entire case in a honey jar headphones yes honey was on everything honey everywhere it was like oozing out the bottom of the box and this was before we had the warehouse space so it was in our dining room oh it was a mess yeah we did get fully we called the company we got fully refunded for that one but um but yeah it was weird because the box had this much space space in the top of it so whoever had packed it i don't know just the whole load shifted and they compact well i think they were was it a glass bottle i think that's what happened too that it broke it's funny because there were like eight honey jars in there and one of them had broken and i was shocked that the other ones did not uh deborah says if he quits he cannot get unemployment so is that how it goes you can't get unemployment if you quit i don't know so if you meet someone i'm not allowed to quit ministry the lord will just kill me so um i don't know i guess you can't quit ministering one way or another peggy says scared i i uh i would have been yeah bulk says we would totally read that book bulk wholesale so i do have to say seeing bulk on here right now the honey was a bulk box and we were like oh man you know we're going to be out so much money they refunded the scanner is great love you guys yes oh if you bought one of those scanners best scanner we've ever found uh i only sell now i had a bunch of different scanners on there but i actually only meds and then they're going to do a quarter something equivalent to a cortisone shot the easiest way to describe it is like a cortisone shot but it's supposed to um alleviate the bulge in the disc so that the fluid starts flowing back i have a few problems going on with my back but they think that's one of the fixable another thing isn't fixable it's just yay pain for the rest your life decades of spine degeneration is the one that's not yay so one day it'll just my back will naturally fuse you talk to his mom who's in her 60s and she said she doesn't really have pain anymore yeah yeah so yeah small feels like it now if we had 500 000 square feet i would still say the same thing so we are in 720 square feet it's equivalent to probably a two and a half car garage but we built it because that's what we could afford we built it on our own property we also wanted to make it this size so it wasn't a huge eyesore for the neighbors like some big huge industrial thing on a residential property um and we're out we're outside of the city limit so we could really build anything we wanted to but we're still close but still i don't know if i would want to yeah we have to look at it every day so we actually made the front of it the facade is almost identical to our house like same siding same front face um but we also in the 720 square feet it's fully drywalled fully insulated fully heated and cooled and fully electrical so um we made it more than just a garage it's not a shell of a building it's fully insulated just like a house would be has everything a house would have except for plumbing because we can walk 10 steps through our front door for plumbing so um so that's pretty much what we're yeah sorry there's gonna be an earthquake for a moment i have to shift there we go all right let's see here um well speaking of warehouses we looked at one today or drove on the outside of one and called about it it's 8 400 square feet it would have a 400 square foot retail space and an 8 000 square foot backspace very ken to what we th we were kind of dreaming of but uh it's not for sale for rent outrageous well it might not be bad but it's outrageous for us right now it's four grand a month to rent it so it's so it's too steep for us we don't know that we can make four grand just to cover the rent so i think ran into another reseller down there though yeah i'm not too far from the house uh 15 minute drive yep yeah about 15 minutes right off the interstate yep yeah semis could load unload no problem it'd be good but that's a lot of money i think when it comes to any kind of retail space we're looking a little bit more long-term and if we did retail space what we would do is we'd love to move the entire operation to whatever location we moved yeah so we're not splitting our time right ml199 says you have to have tough skin uh and you are somewhat sheltered trust me enjoy your shelter yes i was in the military i've not been that sheltered yeah well i mean being in ministry as long as long as we have now at all we've seen a lot but it's true usually it takes a lot for somebody to cuss out the pastor yeah and we're usually around nice people i have had oregon players are the worst they'll cuss you out you don't know oregon players you look at your oregon player and you go what a sweet little old lady nope they have the foul that foul this mouse warehouses and they are like sixteen thousand eight hundred square feet that he's cut in half and so there's eighty four hundred and one eighty four on the other he owns his shop is in the middle one yep and yet the other two that's what he's doing he's renting out so it's the same and uh they're not full though but we did meet another reseller down there but he just primarily does uh amazon he just moves the stock out of that space and that's all he's doing just shipping stuff to amazon all day long let's see uh shira says outside camera i think yep or sharon i'm sorry sure uh melinda says i'm originally from oregon too laugh out loud gotcha awesome all right uh kathleen says i also have pretty bad spinal stenosis ended up with a spinal cord stimulator it does help uh kathleen that's what they were checking with the mri today to see if i had spinal stenosis they were concerned that i did and turns out they're like no you're you're looking good on that front but when they found the herniated disc or the bulging disc they're like okay that's the problem that's causing them that's that's that's causing the more difficult yeah uh frank says question do you stock the hooked on picking inventory there or do you send into amazon first question he's got another question after that yeah we stock it all here the majority of our sales are on hooked on picking they've become that we just make more money on hooked on picking because we don't have to worry about the fees yeah we sell it faster on hooked on picking and so the majority of our stuff is sold on hooked on pick and we do sell a few obscure items on amazon like the you know the the refrigerator filters and things that are very specific um we usually try to send those and of course if we think we can make more money on amazon we we ship it to amazon but we only ship items that are in brand new condition we don't use um and then when we do the fire sales on friday that has taken a lot of items that we would have normally tried to figure out how to put on ebay how to put on amazon instead you know we're able to sell them on the fire sale so which helps us let's see here another question he says with inventory lab what are the platforms do they service other than uh inventory lab probably so i only use it for amazon um but it does track merchant fulfill and it does track amazon fba and so i'm not sure if they service any other platforms it's just super fast to um to list with inventory lab as opposed to listing directly on amazon seller central it is overhead that you have to be concerned about so unless you're putting out at least a couple hundred items to amazon every month it's not really worth it money wise to to utilize it um but it also comes with i think with um scout um researching tool so that actually automatically comes with inventory like yeah camel camel camel some of those things automatically come with inventory lab i don't know what the new upgrades are just because i don't utilize them as probably as much as i should but um but yeah so you get a lot for your money but you got to make sure you're putting out enough amazon stock uh in order for it to be worth it we have dabbled with and there's programs out there that look like they're legit good solid programs trying to teach people how to contact companies the wholesale formula um helium 10 yeah io scout all of those i have actually done videos on my channel about and i've usually got promo codes that will help with that but um you know it's just what works for you uh we have a very unique way of selling with the fire sale and so that's very unique to us and specific to us but obviously not everybody can do that and so you know maybe looking into some of those other programs i have a whole list of word vendor one says you can find an unemployment claim frank says do you ever drop ship from wholesalers no i've looked into it before and we've come to find out that the majority of the drop shipping at least what i've looked into um is you're almost breaking even steven with what you're gonna pay for it as far as shipping it to the customer even if you up charge a little bit the majority of the drop shipping money is usually made on credit card rewards on the back end so um and i've been burned a couple times trying to drop ship where i i have a deal where as soon as someone orders it from me then i ship it directly from their company and the problem is is they've raised their rates and i didn't raise the rates and so yeah then i lose my shirt on some of those so i generally try to stay away from drop shipping the other thing too is um i like to have hands-on on all the product that i actually send to customers because i want to know that it really is in the condition that it it's supposed to be in and when you drop shipped you never ever see it so that's one thing that's a bit concerning i think they consider that old school in a new way we like to we like to touch the item that we're going to ship online yep now it's more work the way we do it but i also have a guarantee that i know exactly what kind of condition it was in when i shipped it right jennifer smith a local company from the texas area yeah they have their own chef and i tell you what yeah it's good stuff if they give sams the customer service they've given us then they're phenomenal because
