Seriously, you'd have to be on drugs to think any of that would work on a police officer.

Serious question, in Australia Cops can and will breathalyze/drug test you at any traffic stop, which seems like a pretty quick and easy way to tell if someone is DUI or not. Why in America do they make you do little tests like walk the line and stuff?
