going live going live we are live hang on a second there you go well good luck what's going on what's going on everybody we are live on youtube we'll give it a second second or two uh if you guys are watching this on replay just fast forward to the one minute part and we are live on youtube at the thor factory uh with garrett lipowski hello hello i said it right here lee bertowski and garrett is the factory rep for the diesel lineups of um class c diesels uh magnitude omni which is based on the f550 chassis and then the delano well oh sorry beat delano tiburon on the mercedes platform and what we're gonna do is i asked everybody if you haven't joined club art deco on facebook join club art deco it's it's uh it's a facebook group that i do one-on-ones with a lot of people and i asked if we should do a live here at thor or if we should do a video and so what we're doing right now is oh since garrett's here he's going to show us the new omni and the new delano and then later on in a week or two you'll see a video on every motorhome here in the lineup so will if you could do a complete 360. these are all the new thor motor coaches for 2021s we got the gemini all-wheel drive we got the chateau with the new farmhouse look we got the uh sequence and that's all class b uh tolero so it's pretty cool many people are on well 88. 88 people that's what i'm talking about can everybody see us and hear us okay let us know and then garrett i'll let you take it away tell us what's going on new again the omni and magnitude are the same thing same thing just colors so actually a lot of changes to the 2021 model year always gonna start on the chassis because there's a big change on this new ford f550 chassis so on the 2020 model year chassis they actually redesigned the 67 power stroke right now it has 330 horsepower 825 pound-feet of torque so it's up in torque there it was uh 750 torque okay so ends up a good amount of torque there so more power also use a new 10-speed transmission the new transmission there also they redesigned the turbo charger they redesigned the grill so the grill is actually let's take a look take a look so was it a 6p transmission so big thing with this grill is these bars used to be together so they redesigned the turbocharger to get more air going in that engine so what they want to do to maximize the airflow is they separated these bars to allow more air going into that turbocharger which is going to really help everything out but you see you got the headlights up here you do got your fog lights down below you still have your ford bumper underneath it so if you want to put on tow hooks or something throughout on the beach you got all that there nothing to point out is the 4x4 model so now we have three four by fours okay we have the xg32 the sb34 yeah we have a brand new rv34 which is the new bunk model so that's going to be replacing the bb35 okay 4x4 bunk with washer dryer prep really nice basically everything everyone's been wanting dang yeah speaking of uh if you haven't just seen my last video less than a week ago we did a review on the 2021 sp34 you guys should check it out after this live stream somebody's asking is this a true super c it's not on a semi truck chassis it is a true super c i get that question a lot and it is the diesel class c has a big things the motor and the towing capacity so it's an entry level super seat you're not jumping up to that big freightliner chassis it's a more comfortable ride more familiar that's kind of the differences but another thing with this that you don't get on a lot of other super suits you get sports advanced safety features so like the lane assist the automatic emergency braking you get that on the four by four miles so that's a big add-in right there you also have the bh35 the bath and a half that's four by two yeah so something i like to add with super seats a lot of times people want super seas because of the safety because of the chassis but they don't need the super seat they're not towing 10 15 20 000 pounds they just want that so that's where this product comes in this is for people who want that super c diesel but don't need that you know 20 international freightliner chests don't need to and they don't need or want to spend 250 000 these come in at i think the one was like 166 or 169 or maybe 175 i forget what it was but on definitely under 200 000 which is very attractive yeah with the younger buyers getting in the market now you're seeing a lot of younger families going in the super season because of safety because of the ride you apple carplay all that jazz in the actual cab but going around um things you're going to notice you do have 19.5 inch tires with aluminum wheels so big thing to point out there that's a good primo feature you always like to see but up top is you have a one-piece fiberglass front cap so that's going to protect the front side of the motorhome also it's all frameless windows but one thing i want to point out right here is your wing wall it's a fiberglass wing wall it's got a curved design here so airflow you're not getting any wind drag so it's a much better ride um the mirrors are power adjustable and heated and they do fold in and you do get the blinker on the mirror which is a pretty cool feature side view camera is right here so that's integrated with an actual separate led monitor up in the dash so that way you can see your side view cameras in your rear view camera um but other things to point out a lot of storage so you get a double door storage right here you'll notice it's all rotocast plastics so no mold no mildew no rust you can put your muddy boots in here after a day of hiking wash it down when you're done um and get it nice and clean but all of our cargo lights are gonna our cargo bays are gonna have led lighting and everything inside that one thing that's really sharp that you probably probably haven't seen yet is this awning um you changed the lights and you've done it with your phone oh you know high tech yeah man i'm salvation previously we had the led light strip on oh look at that will oh wow it's oh wow that is different okay that's pretty sharp so the lights are actually on the legs itself which is going to light up the campsite a lot better but it's also going to make it better but it is the carefree awning so it doesn't have a motion sensor if you do get large gusts of winds it'll go back in automatically but paint comes standard on this this is your sahara slate you get two three paint options we have the new gray mountain which is a really sharp gray black and white paint skin what's the model again in tip to tip length tip the tick length on this this is the xg32 it's going to come in right around 33 feet which is their smallest super c diesel in the lineup correct uh but everything comes standard on this so you get an outside entertainment center mounted on a swivel so everybody gets a good viewing angle you get a bluetooth soundbar for better quality of sound you also have hydraulic leveling this is your motor right here easy accessible for any over eyes valve stem extenders for the inside tires come standard also you get a fresh water fill here 110 let's charge your phone more storage on the back side this is all passed through storage here so a ton of storage space appliance but nice to see what that has a regulator on it already so you've got the gasket already has a regulator on it yep pop it off on the grill real quick real quick don't call me y'all facebook or uh youtube live how many people we got 220. 220. making progress uh this is uh just a 2021 model right correct um 68.2 pounds of propane um you do get a shuttle tab on there as well on the back side real cool thing about this microglass rear cap that's protect the whole back side of the motorhome but big thing you always want to point out is that whopping 10 000 pound trailer hitch but i can actually the chat vehicle can handle more than that we just put a 10 000 pound uh hitch on the back side so a lot of towing capacity yeah absolutely so i got will oh for those of you don't know i don't want to be on camera today oh okay i'm just missing oh okay well you just said that live say hi will hi and and if jen's watching he is wearing his mask andrea says hi garrett andre oh locked up so backside's locked up over here you're gonna have storage you can have more storage right that's gonna be your wet bay and the second one down double doors opens for your wet bay outside shower all your connections and then more storage up front but around the side here you do have a tankless water heater to draw tankless so on-demand hot water propane exhaust right there um and also your generator exhaust is on the non-camping side but you're not running it's right it's running right now i don't even think you they they probably can't even hear it in the camera that's why they call it the qd the quiet diesel yeah but we do have the jacks down so hydraulic leveling it's a four-point hydraulic leveling system it comes standard on the motorhome so it fully levels the motorhome very efficient but yeah so if you get on the omni one difference between magnitude and omni you get different paint colors and actually the paint scheme on the omni is a little different it kind of has like a tattoo aggressive styling on the side which is pretty sharp so is this not on the magnitude well then i hate it because we don't sell omni so i don't like it no it's good but yeah awning toppers come standard uh but let's check out that interior new interior for 2021. oh we're here live at thor factory and we're starting in three two one interior-wise so we really changed it up completely so this is a completely different interior what you're going to notice is all the cabinetry went from a high gloss to a satin finish so it's kind of more than matte look no high shine yes biggest notice that noticed that in the review last time exactly biggest comments i was getting was they wanted more modern cabinetry so did it right there the trim around the slide outs all new new countertop coloring so it's actually lightened up countertops boom double bowl stainless steel sinks seatbelt tether is an option this is the only option in smoker exactly besides colors seat belts tether that's it but sleeping air up here big thing with this is a very low bunk and very large so a big sleeping area this is removable right here so easier access to the cab and it does have a 500 pound weight capacity up there yeah actually it's really not bad that's nice i mean good head space you got your window right here very nice got a nice curtain to block it off too and then what comes standard on the xg32 is you do get deeper seating and you can get a leatherette sleeper sofa there if you don't want the theater seating but that's kind of more popular right now blackout curtains and the sunshades come on the living area but dual 13.5 ac comes standard you get nice pantry space or storage space right when you enter right here so uh broom closets everything you got um 100 watt solar panel also is new for 2021 model years you get a 100 watt solar panel standard 10 amp solar controller uh multiplex controls controls the entire motor home you can do it like your cell phone like i showed you on the outside there but here's your inverter controls so one thing with your inverter 1800 watt inverter but really the big thing with this is allows you to run the refrigerator without having the generator going um so bathroom area right here really large bathroom you got to do the prime pooping oh dang it hey garrett watches the show y'all actually you know what's funny and i will say this so garrett's actually not my rep anymore he was my rep up in the northeast and he still calls me once a month just to check in and talk youtube so i appreciate your good friends always a lot of times see a lot of times when when you move territories and the factory reps aren't your reps anymore they stopped picking up your phone no i was i told my girlfriend you were in town and she was like are you gonna stop talking about them because we always talk about that we got a bromance okay here we go now porcelain nice placement right there garrett i will say this the shower looks horrible but this is a prime pooping position everybody knows like i don't like this type of shower um it's just what type of shower the curve this corner radial shower but at the same time it looks a little bigger than normal it is i still don't like it never been a fan it could be the biggest radius shower just not a fan you know but it's a small 32 foot super seat somebody's asking if there's any art deco hi zach this is zach that's art deco all right continue continue continuing on so actually this is new um so we're now switching over to some ge refrigerators residential refrigerator with an ice maker on the inside but nice stainless steel runs off the generator shoreline power or your inverter we got 330 people here 330 we're making ours we're moving on up in the world now on this model being a little shorter you've got a queen bed but it's a walk around bed your usbs on both sides outlets on both sides of the bed and 12 volt but nice decor on the back side of the bed windows on both sides and then you get the nice window on the rear end so that way you get good natural lighting coming on the inside here um but yeah this bed area is going to be a slide out and the bed just comes in flush when the slide so it does not fold up does not fold up everybody knows i like that yeah so that's good what's in that closet space a nice closet area wardrobe space you get one two three four five six seven eight nine ten drawers right over here how's everybody like the matted look in here it's new leave down in the comments below i know garrett will be i prefer this video though yeah leave down comments below let us know if you like the new matted cabinet and if you're wondering what color this is this is regatta the other lighter color is sanibel nice and then more storage behind the tv here is there washer dryer space in there or it's not prepped it's this move is not prepped only the rb 34 will have washer dryer prep okay and it's a combo prep okay um but let's check out the uh let's check it out for all you uh mercedes lovers out there people are liking the matted look good well i mean it has my name in it now what floor plan is this 24 fp so this paint job i call it the pegasus paint the pegasus because to my opinion and this sounds clear right this looks like the wing of the pegasus i know it sounds no it does you know i don't know full body paint and one thing now is we just made full body paint standard on the delano and the tip oh really no more hd max wow well my opinion is um you know when you're in mercedes land uh you're a hundred thousand dollars what's ten thousand more where in class c world sixty thousand to seventy thousand is a big difference so yeah yeah so and you can get basically every option you can imagine on this so this is the new um upgraded mercedes chassis so all the mercedes belts and those will go under that up there um but below one two three don't stand out with all your baggage doors they're all going to be side hinged slam latched and aluminum so everything below the belt line is going to be aluminum here but all roto cast storage compartments led lighting all the bays um come closer people can't hear you as well sorry so rotocast storage compartments like everything we build led lighting and all of our bays you are going to get that legless carefree awning which you can control from your cell phone like i showed you on that super c earlier but all frameless windows you're also going to have going around the back here this unit comes standard with an lp generator you can upgrade to a diesel jet all right all right hang on a second not too loud you're getting real aggressive garrett so you can upgrade to the basil um stabilizer jacks comes standard on the fb but you can upgrade to hydraulic leveling as well but more storage on the backside lp quick next another sharp thing was we changed up from our previous mercedes lines the back end we put in this nice rear bumper over here you do get the 5 000 pound towing capacity led led reverse lighting led brake lighting rear view camera mounted up top fully walkable roof one piece roofing um so easy maintenance up on the roof we want you to get up there do your yearly maintenance check your lap sealant um but on this side of your generator exhaust and your actual chassis exhaust this is gonna be your wet bay we actually using this new design for all of your connections winterizing and it makes it really easy with the labeling of how everything needs to be adjusted to do whatever you need to do so this is actually new with the new model year um this is a nice area to store your sewer hose and then you always get a lot of people why is your outside shower in this area or whatever the reason we put a lot of outside showers in your actual dump station is because you get a gunky hose you can actually turn on the hot water clean off that hose get all the poop and everything off of it so it's nice and clean put it in your nice storage area you're good to go the black tank flush you can control your water pump from out here 30 amp furion connection out here and then going down more along the side here it's a nice little quick easy grocery access golf golf club whatever you got there there's nice storage you got another panel you can access things on the interior but down a little bit more storage that's actually always a cool thing to point out that little blue nozzle right there that valve yeah that's the one-inch freshwater tank drain we started putting that in like 2018 as opposed to the little lemonade nozzles in the past so dumping your tanks is a lot easier here question yes are you guys still doing the uh citation no we discontinued citation siesta and synergy okay milano tibron replaced it that happened open house last fall there you go so this is first full year in production it's doing very well yeah customers are loving it um but you can see one thing i always want to point out is you have a one piece fiberglass front cap that extends from the driver's side wing wall top of the cap to the passenger side wing wall so it's a one full piece and you do get a nice skylight which you'll see when we go on the inside somebody wants to know if this could be used in winter yeah in florida did you get a furnace yeah you're using it yeah it's one of those things you know as long as it there's so many different variables who's winter canada's winter right it's winter you know yes you can use it in some colder weather some colder weather yeah but you got to keep the furnace on you know a few things when you walk in everyone it kind of just catches your eye the interior whether it's the cabinetry because the old interior it's a euro style cabinetry we actually it's techno form it's an italian company we get it shipped over from italy but it's all soft closed this is the luxury gray which is the darker and there's the miami modern which is your light cabinetry easy clothes but yep that front bunk area or a lot of natural light so no claustrophobic feeling in here but this dinette turns down into a bed you do get nice foot extensions right here so that way you can sit back get your feet up watch tv and then you do get the murphy bed which is on a eurolog should we demonstrate it yeah show them out so let's remove the cushions right here say st camping world's videos we're demonstrating another on the 21 model year we used to have drawers underneath here but we now open it up you got storage underneath the couch so that way you can pull all your bed wear there and then right here yep murphy bed comes right down the aeroloft hold it over hold it down it's magnetic right there and then you get a nice walk-around bed so good sleeping area nice supports underneath you we get inverted outlets on the other side 12 volt 110 usb and then a very large bathroom area which you got to check out gotta check it out hey garrett that when somebody's concerned about that windshield up front yeah is that automatically bonded nothing to be worried about this is actually a pretty decent shower yeah and we did a quest video yesterday that you guys are going to see and this is a plastic toilet part but the reason why is the cargo carrying capacity is already so low on the mercedes platforms doesn't matter who the brand is so they do that to save space but i feel like this is giving me more space than that unit we did yesterday definitely yeah because yesterday was not a prime pooping position no this isn't either because it's not porcelain but it is a good it is a good spot and it's funny because um but you can't sorry what i was going to say but you can swap it out for a porcelain right of course of course but again you always want to be careful with your with the ccc yes you want to get this back up all right we're rolling up like that art deco you put the cushions back you're good to go get a nice good old fan right there so good air flow another fan right there 13.5 btu ac but you can upgrade to a 15 with a heat pump so you can upgrade the air conditioner um large counter space up here so you got a ton of actual counter space you get the two burners right here you get the convection microwave um but a lot of area to work make some food and a lot of beautiful led acts sending around everything as well so um a little side note this is something that we missed in the video that you guys will see in a few weeks uh the i commented after the video was done the tv placement was kind of weird to me but the whole thing is with this yeah i've seen other manufacturers put the tv directly in front but then you'll lose that countertop space so even though it's right here and you do have to turn your head a little bit one every every seating position except that passenger seat can see the tv and then two you do get that awesome countertop area and and the other thing with it is it's about viewage so you can see it from the couch you can see it from the dinette and the actual driver and passenger seats swivel around so if you have the seat swivel you can actually pop out the tv oh you can watch tv from the front cockpit area we're on an airplane but going into the actual chassis area so big things with this is you have the 10.25 inch mbux system gps you can access your owner's manuals from that you got the all the advanced mercedes safety features power adjustable heated seats you get the extensions underneath the seat um you're also going to have um controls on the steering wheel on the left for the instrument panel the right side for the mbux system your rear view camera is not connected to your actual rear view mirror and then you also are going to have you can check your depth levels you can check your oil levels engine filter and also make calls from the steering wheel auto headlights so all the advanced features could you swivel one of the seats somebody's asking big things with our seats it's a 10-step process it is something i actually learned um for one of my sales guys is you get three memories on your seats so your main driver two is your second driver the third setting that's what you want to have it set at for when you want to swivel it so all you have to do is press the three button moves the seat up and then you can swivel it so all you got to do move it forward get the back up and then you'll be able to swivel the seat so now it's not 10 steps memory seat feature always learned a new thing yep that's why we came out here to indian tucker but your multiplex controls are all right here as well so this controls everything on the motor home slides lights ac's also this is how you connect to the mobile app so that way you can do everything from your cell phone and also everything we build has the new winegard connect 2.0 on everything standard and then we have the new warranty which you covered that didn't you oh well no we haven't covered that but and we're not gonna cover the new warranty we're gonna make everybody tune in to the video uh i don't know what the title name's gonna be but we're gonna record it on the gopro now it's gonna be the new changes for 2021 thor's or something like that you guys will see it in a few days and then we will mention all about that brand new warranty you guys aren't going to want to miss it but that's it that's the uh
