long story short cash flow started going negative we didn't have any money to put in either from reserves or liquid assets so basically we've been running on loans until i can get us back on track we actually even have another tranche coming in in a few days which should keep us afloat for a bit wow it's really not that bad why didn't you tell me you know that i'm a business development expert why would you hire me as your personal assistant when that clearly isn't what you need i wanted your business mind but i couldn't afford to pay for business development so you hired me into a cheaper position with the hopes of still enjoying my business skills [Music] well future city project was supposed to handle all of that and it still will i just need to find out what gladys is up to the man besides there are rumors flying all over the place rumors yeah flying on what rumors about your financial state of your organization apparently it seems you might go boss in a few months so this whole pitch process was really just for face value do we even really stand a chance i i don't know i really need this deal patrick leo you're my guy and i'll tell you the truth if there's anybody best place for this deal is you but the financials of your company they don't put you in a good spot right now you want my advice if i were you i would go for a partnership right now how would i do that the pitch is in a week you have three days to submit your proposal and i've seen some drafts from your competition pardon the interruption allow me to introduce you to miss tardy for laurencia she's the head of our business development department my pleasure study if there's anyone in the whole of africa that can handle this task is this lady right here and she's on my team so no we don't need to i can't be a mother right now what do you mean okay so you know that promotion that i was telling you about yeah it's happening like it's happening happening you didn't tell me nothing but you've been busy you've been distracted and that's not the point see i can't be married or have a child until i'm supervised for at least 18 months you had sex without protection what were you thinking was going to happen well there's always that one percent chance isn't there you sound like you're judging me i'm not i'm not but if you are pregnant it's a baby but i can't keep it i can't does chris have a understand what i'm going through i don't expect you to say that sort of thing to me and listen i don't even you should understand where i'm coming from because you're just as driven as i am no i don't i mean what is it at least me i know exactly what i want what did you just say damn what do you mean by that do you want to be a business analyst a creative writer or an executive assistant is
