Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
I love him collabing with and now covering every member of the Cyrus-adjacent universe. next I need him to cover Shake It by Metro Station
I bet a duet between him and Orville Peck would sound hot. Their nice warm low voices harmonizing
I do like this, but it's a bit one-note - if he'd varied his vocals a little more that would have elevated everything.
That's What I Want sounded great, though!
this is cuteβ¦ when an artist sings in such a low register i always wait for them to switch up an octave for the final bridge/chorus to give the song a climax. i feel the cover falls kinda flat because he doesnβt do this, but regardless he sounds cute.
Wow, I loved this! I love how it gives the song a whole new narrative coming from him β it could be a bi love triangle, or it could be a case of loving a closeted person. While the OG feels like a lamenting of "how can I compete with a woman like you?", this cover feels like a lamenting of "how can I compete with an entire heteronormative society that's working in your favor?"
Also really smart timing to do this cover right after releasing the That's What I Want music video with similar subject matter.
Sure he could've done a little more vocally, but his voice sounds beautiful here and is likely only going to get better with time.
His come-up was with a country-rap song and don't you forget it.
I would love to hear him embrace a very old school country sound much like this. I can hear tons of potential.
Following in thr steps of Miley we love to see it. He did a nice job but I was waiting to hear him project his voice more
Also hoping for a Noah feature one day uwu
I feel like he should have sung an octave higher it would have made it less one note, but I appreciate the cover!
