horses training down there every day and such a horse lover so I could just stand out here I love it all but what are we in right now this is a detached Tower towers are a hallmark of allergens and design and this one is three stories all clad in limestone the top floor is a well appointed office this ground level is elosha with a wood-burning fireplace for enjoying the view incredible with an office so I could be you could be doing it working away but having a view like this exactly I'll take that any day and down below there's a temperature-controlled wine room and tasting area there's so much more to see let's head inside oh yes please [Music] Julie what is an incredible area stunning this is the great room the beans oh wow if I had a kitchen like this I think I would actually cook everyday it is a professionally designed kitchen furniture grade cabinetry and you'll notice there are three ovens three three dishwashers so Thanksgiving is it's taken care of yes and this is a the indoor outdoor it makes the house even bigger feeling beautiful fruit trees everywhere isn't it beautiful I love the hand carved marble fireplace and like the dining room the living room has its own private outdoor patio feel bomb is so spectacular it had to be a labor of love it was it took the homeowners over three years to build it there are over 100 custom made doors and windows every light fixture is either antique vintage or custom-made for the home everyone nothing bought in a store see no wonder it feel it just feels like there's no other home line nothing like it there isn't that's one of my favorite things about Fairbanks ranch this is a custom development so no two homes are alike and this home and the one next door are a perfect example of that if you like I can take you next door and show you another serving is a good day to me all right perfect let's go [Music] I wanted to show you this home because it's right next door to the Italian villa but a totally different feel absolutely Malheur views and yet they've planted countless pine trees so it almost feels like we're in Lake Arrowhead looking through the pines at the water it's gorgeous I thought that too when we walk up and like it just feels like I got transported to a completely different way exactly you wouldn't think you're in Southern California and it's great you get to live in your own
