Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
the pruning effort seems enormous. i couldnt quite grasp how and why that helps the system
I want to be honest. I hate videos like this. Lots of pretty words but not much useful information. From a 15 minute video, all I came out with is "pruning is good."
Okay, how do people start this method in an area with "bad" soil? How can this possibility work in northern regions with a winter season? What parts and how much of the plant should be pruned? Can this work on smaller scales, like in a small personal garden?
The idea seems to work very well, which this video seems to be trying to convince. However, there is no practical information here. It's a feel good video.
In any case, I've upvoted because I want to read other people's opinions and ideas. Thanks for posting.
I subscribed to his channel. He has another 15min video, in Spanish, and it is 80% the same as this one, but there is a little bit more detailed information in it. Someone said that at first you must fertilize the soil, and then once things get going, you can then decrease that until it becomes self-sustaining.
