This time we'll prepare a pineapple juice, with aloe vera and orange juice; super easy to make, very nutritious, with very few calories and with many benefits for our body. What we are going to need is: pineapple, aloe; this aloe is from my garden. I went and cut a piece and washed it very well; because we are going to use the inside part of the aloe because that's the part that is good for us. And oranges; these oranges are from a nearby tree that a friend gave to me. so we will also be using them. I bought two pineapples; the pineapples are ready when you pull this part here, you notice that it comes out easily; it means that this pineapple is ready to be eaten. This one is a little greener; as you can see, it’s more difficult to pull out the crown So I'm going to use this pineapple first. I bought 2 pineapples because the whole week before I go to work I'm going to be preparing this juice because I want to clean my body and the pineapple is super good for that. The pineapple has enough vitamin C, just like oranges. In addition to that it reduces the instestine inflammation, the aloe too. The pineapple has an enzyme named bromelain; it makes a coat in the intestine. If we have our intestines here, and it is too swollen from everything we eat in the week. The people who work know very well that we do not have enough time to eat we only get 45 to 1 hour and sometimes what we do is go and buy the food as close as we can. We eat flour, fat and spicy food. All these make our intestines swell up. And gradually the mucus begins to wear out. And one of the benefits of pineapple is that it helps to restore the mucus of the intestine; like aloe. And because orange is rich in vitamin c, It helps us not get sick. What I'm going to do is I'm not going to peel the whole pineapple and I will slice the pieces that I need. I'm going to use 2 slices thick enough, and what is left I'm going to reserve. And from here I will be cutting every day in the morning until I finished the 2 pineapples. The peel will help to preserve the pineapple, so I'll put it in the refrigerator, and I will be using it every morning and cutting in off as I'm going to need them. And that's how the pineapple will be as fresh as possible. I'm going to peel off the skin of the pineapple and split into pieces. I'll try removing the center because I don't want to overwork my blender. I'm going to take this piece here. And I will add the pineapple to the blender. I'm going to cut 2 to 3 slices of aloe, I will remove the edges, and carefully removed the peel. This is what we need from the aloe vera and we are going to add it to blender. I do the same with the other pieces. You can add the aloe to your taste, while its not too much, because aloe is laxative, so we don't need to use a lot of it. I already washed 2 oranges. I will cut them, and remove the seeds, and I will directly squeeze them in the blender. You can put them in your refrigerator so that when you make this orange pineapple juice it will cold. I will blend for about 2 minutes until all ingredients are blended. Well folks, we finished this pineapple juice. I put some ice in my glass, I want you to see the consistency of this juice, It smells really yummy! I know that its delicious. And this juice is now ready to be tasted. Well folks, we ended up with our pineapple, orange and aloe vera juice. Its looks delicious. And now the only thing left is to try it. It's delicious!
