lexus isf installing NOVEL carbon fiber fender ducts

what's going on guys we are back finally finally got her up and running so uh today we're going to be taking off these little fake carbon fiber Fender duct inserts that uh I installed I wrapped and installed a while ago so you can see like the wraps kind of uh coming up right here and uh yeah going to be installing actual carbon fiber um Fender duct inserts still clean all it does is sit in the garage anyways but uh yeah where are the here these are The Replacements these are like the uh ones straight from Modern Japan so these are like the novel I think uh ones but I already have the 3M tape on there so it's big basically just removing the the old ones and then popping these ones on the old heat gun and then just going to go at it should be pretty easy [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] you make that commitment [Music] sorry so I had to pop off this uh Fender right here it's just three 10 mm bolts 1 2 three and uh was able to like just spray some goo on into here and then was able to like pry off the the fender [Music] nice job team some pain in the ass should be pretty easy all righty I have uh just some Degreaser on here to wipe away most of the googon and then I'm going to apply the other [Music] one just going to test fit this one thing's for sure this one is definitely more lighter than the other one that I just took off I think that's good let's go ahead and take off the backing [Music] I need sh so I actually used real 3M tape and uh hopefully be better [Music] [Music] there you have it on the car it looks pretty good compared to the the older one nice and I think it's like lower profile it's a bit thinner so it doesn't stick out as much looks pretty good I've had these for like a year I bought them for another ISF member that sold his car just never like installed it cuz I had the other ones on didn't want to take it off and install it but uh kind of glad I did looks pretty good fitments perfect the the fitment on the other one wasn't that bad either it was just thicker I think here's this side pretty good going to have to give it a quick wash as well but I want to let the uh double-sided tape kind of settle first before I get it wet kind of looks like from far [Music] away not quite sure what I'm going to do with the the old ones either I'm probably going to list them up for sale but if any anybody wants them just uh hit me up not too bad pretty heavy duty but yeah just a super quick video installing those uh novel Fender ducks and uh good chance to have the ISF make an appearance on the the channel again it's uh it's about time it's almost been like a year-ish that I actually had it on the road till next time see you guys later peace [Music]
