[Music] [Music] well welcome in everybody um here to the lawn lover Channel looking forward to um going into detail tonight about Mo Raider um I know a lot of you have been interested in this product as have I um and I've been using it for a couple months now now around my property so I'm really interested to talk to Anna we have Anna who uh with us tonight and we'll bring her on here in a minute uh to discuss all things moater now she's a product manager on on with moater so this is going to get answers right from the source so if you have questions make sure you type them down in the comments box so we can pull them up as we get to them and um go over them so the more questions we get the better live this will be and it's going to be really informal just a discussion so your questions will kind of guide you to discussion and we'll go from there so without further Ado we will bring Anna on here um hello hello hello I can hear you I we were having some video difficulties but as long as we can hear that works um so welcome in Anna I appreciate you being here so we can talk about Mo raater a little more and uh with the audience and answer some questions as we go here thank you so much Justin to bring me in and uh I feel very appreciative that you have to test the model you know for couple months and if I remember exactly actually your first you know local reviewer we worked with in the US and you got the longest time to know test Mor test one until now yeah yeah I remember seeing you guys at the equip Expo in Louisville last October and was very intrigued with the product when I saw it and we kind of just chatted from there and definitely I was super excited when it arrived and now that the grass is growing it's fun to get it out and just test it and uh also just kind of use it out in the yard and showcase what it can do so I guess if you want to start off just talking about a little bit about um how Mo Raider came about kind of the history of it and uh where we're going with it in the future if you want to kind of talk to that a little bit yeah great actually I want to introduce that you know actually when we have more you know my coure team has background in DJI for many years so we got very familiar with the joone technology so when we step into the L care industry we think of how could we apply the joone technology into the L care because we when we you know did a deep research on the what's needs in the local maret what's the penpoint you know from people in their L mowing I heard from many of people that they actually they like they enjoy mowing because it bring them excise it bring them know a sense of achievement and they want to Mo by themselves but the pinpoint as do currently you know like some know tools they are not designed well to let people to use it easily especially for some people with a you know a Health Challenge you know everyone will become old you know one day and actually in China we also have some kind of you know public loans people need to Mo and there are their situation are different from here to what we see you know in other you know countries here the workers you know in this industry are con withit Elder you know they seniors after retirement so you can imagine When You observe them in a very hard summer they need to use push mower to mow the public loans this a lot and that's kind of you know sign which my um our founder you know is he observed this sign and he kind of thinking about applying know the Jo technology know as can say you don't need to push the more anymore with the kind of remote controller it keep you a little bit away from the you know like a dust like the heat you can choose to sitting under the shades or with the chair and you can know uh get rid of some kind of places which create other heart you know to your you know uh Health like bxs and you know we heard from people even they find you know mowing a snake you know in the longer you know so he kind of think maybe he can apply joint technology you know like he bring kind of remote control from the sky to the loone and that's the you know original Source why we think of that our first product could be a remote controlled low mower while there are lots of autonomous choice you know in the markets and that's kind of why we want to design Morita as one yeah that's awesome I like the idea of theote capability for those people who are interested in still mowing their WS but they don't may not have Phil to do so or you have issues safety wise it kind of gives an option um for them as well and that's what kind of intrigued me about it um seeing you guys's growth and and how things have kind of came about and developed since we first met it's been really cool to see the process I know you guys are in the kickstarter phase now um how is the kickstarter going and um when does it end I guess if you want to if you want to speak to that a little bit yes um actually we feel you know rety about our Kickstarter projects it's our first time know to do Kickstarter and the reason we want why we want to do it it's not for funs actually is more for the product Market fit you know we we have done in you know a lot you know Ser um in the local us but we want to see what's the potential for international markets so Kickstart is a very good platform to allow us to meet our supporters like out of us in Australia New Zealand France UK know European and know those countries and the support from them give us new insights you know and did give us you know really Inspire inspiration you know on our future you know Road road map to a larger market and until now we you know we have a nearly 300 supporters and we ra found around uh I think $600,000 USD US Dollars until now and we still have nine no eight days to go it will end around May 1st and we we still you know try to work hard to try to BR the mar want a more audience and to find more earning supporters you know who share you know the seminar value with us and they appreciate the product like we do and we actually heard many beautiful voices from many supporters they actually waiting for this kind of produ for a long time yeah yeah absolutely I like that a lot um we're starting to get a question couple questions in here so I guess we could just talk about that uh Grace wants to know the range of heights that the mo Raider has um I guess I could speak to mine I believe mine goes from one point to correct me if I'm wrong it's an like in the inch range um and I don't mow that low that's why I'm not that familiar with it um but I know it's on there I'm trying to picture in my head but it goes up to 4.1 inches on mine and it's got a few notches in between I think there's a 3.5 so the common ones that I use just because I I mow primarily tall fescue cool season grass is I tend to mow higher um so the 3.5 4.1 is the most common ones I've used on it um it does go lower so um than that if you're mowing other um types of Lawns but it does have nice height adjustment and I like that the um actual mower deck changes height um outside of the actual frame so it's kind of built in if you've seen some of the videos that I've posted um to where the deck adjusts height but the frame stays intact um it just adds to the durability I think in relation to giving it adjustability on height but durability um around every everywhere else so I think that's great that you guys got a nice range of height adjustments um and it really makes it available to a wide uh range of people based on what kind of grass they have what kind of terrain there there is um so I've been pleased with the height adjustments so far on the moider and I have the mo Raider S1 so if you want to talk a little bit about and the differences between the S1 and the the P1 I think those are the two you've launched in Kickstarter correct um actually you mentioned you know last year you know in our Expo you have already seen know the S1 and P1 at the same time at that time P1 is more designed for the commercial you know Landscaping industry and because that's kind of you know labor you know savings and concept is very popular now in the commercial landscape industry because they want to control the labor cost so at that time we want to uh design a more durable and a more efficient autonomous solution for commercial L care you know companies and that's we bring the mor uh the P1 to the Expo which is also a very commercial you know and Expo in I remember it's the largest you know commercial long Expo in the North America and so and the difference between P1 and S1 actually you know we are startup and we found we found two years ago but we put a lot of efforts we work very hard to push forward the products and because of our you know a you know team uh and we try to start with a simple you know design like we we share both S1 and P1 with a seminar you know deck seminar medic no metal design so they have the basic seminar you know the framework but the difference lies in the I think the autonomous you know no how say technology the P1 has a advanced smart we call Smart hat which includes the cameras you know the sensors you know the um um different you know um position know technology inside which help is to uh position well and navigation well so the difference most difference lies in the uh you know smart hats so some people questions that could we upgrade you know the S1 into the P1 definitely there has possibility but it needs actually act engineering skills because it's not like it's ready to go you know as a consumer product which our audience can install easily it's actually need you to and to take some parts away and need to install you know the smart hat so that's requires some skills but I could say definitely there are the know the uh you know potential for upgradation no from one to be one but P1 is currently more designed for commercial you know Lan care you know industry so we are working you know on the you know cost you know um control and a relability test but definitely we finish you know the mechanical design and we test you know the mo function you know a lot for the both versions until now yeah yeah and I think I think I I got those mistake and I did see the P1 in uh Louisville and that was was a pretty awesome mower um I guess I was I was referring to the four-wheel drive versus the two wheel drive um model of what you're running on Kickstarter that was that was my bad but um I currently have the two- wheel drive and it's worked great for me um but there's also the ability of four-wheel drive so I mean if you're if you're interested in the four-wheel drive they definitely have that option as well um for more traction um like I said I've been using it around my yard and it's been working great so far and I've been really pleased with it and I think you just kind of spoke to the uh the fact of the autonomous mower um and the development that needs to be made on that aim more at the commercial side um I think there's several several robotic options in the marketplace I've seen several I've use some um but I think what differentiates you guys is the ability to use the remote and to have control over that um and still be involved in the process for those people who want to be involved but may not necessarily be able to be involved um or want to go out and do it anyway and want something fun to do and make it fun so I could I could say my kids have enjoyed it um mowing the yard they've they've really enjoyed it they are six and four and they've had a blast with it as well helping me do that because they can't can't necessarily drive a mower yet or push a mower so it's been fun from that aspect um just to make it a fun family activity as well uh so green lons here says I think it's great to have a remote but what about camera technology like the DJI drone has to see where the mower is going and what it's doing when it's not visible so I guess you kind of do you want to talk a little bit about that or you want to respond to that question Anna yes uh I think you know it's really a good idea you know and when we discuss about idea of moras one with remote controller we kind of you know in discuss about install you know installing a camera you know on top of the machine which allow people to say even longer you know to observe what's going on you know when maybe it's in a very you know H hot no weather and we also did some demo you know to uh try to know dive into this idea and that's a cool idea we we we can you know have this potential for m test one but currently why we push forward the you know the the one with the remote controller only as our first version because currently you know we have no idea how people you know how many people will react to the idea with a camera you know on top the mower and we are open open minded to that idea as a future you know maybe acture accessories and even we look forward for people who you know our early users got m one they want and they want to play with it they even will install a camera by themselves and to see what's going on and like I have remember that you Justin you also try to you know play with this idea to install the camera in your you know some of your videos and we also in our uh Facebook with our engineer also you know installed a camera to try to show people what will you know be like that so I want to say we are open to this idea and if this idea is popular maybe we can consider about the next step you know about how to M production it uh Mass produce it in a EAS way yeah no I definitely that's a cool idea um something cool to think about with that capability and I guess I would just I would bounce off with that too um for anybody who's wondering because I've seen several questions in your Facebook group about the range of the remote um and how far it goes I mean I've I've used it it's covered my whole yard I could probably sit down on my patio and mow the entire yard but I like to keep my eye on it because if I can't see it I don't know what it's doing um but if it did have a camera on it I mean the range of the remote is pretty incredible um and very very sensitive it's a great um remote technology a great design and I think that camera technology might open that door to allow somebody who maybe even have a physical limitation that that can't really you know get up off of their deck or whatever and and walk around and follow the thing or has a larger yard that that might open more doors for that as well but I can speak to the range that it's been great for me um I've had it well over a 100 yards from the remote and haven't lost any function or control off of it I mean it's been pretty impressive how well it was designed and and how well that it's responded and um how sensitive and I guess I I'll just pull this up here just to Showcase off of your page um kind of the remote in general and how I'm I'm really pleased with how you guys made it user friendly um I will say that uh the menu is very easy to navigate the buttons are well laid out um great adjustability and functionality but not too confusing that there's so many settings that you need a manual to try to figure it out so I think it's a a well design it fits nice in the hand um it's easy to use kind of like the Drone remote um kind of it's it's pretty much similar to the the layout I would say of the feel of it in my hand to the Drone remote but I really like the overall functionality of it and the layout of the remote I think it's worked great um since I've been using it yes actually yeah I want to show with you a a you know a kind of storage tting and we put a lot of effort into this you know remote controller interation and I remember we interated in different in the parts like for the whole structure design we need to consider about economic you know uh you know Factor like we need to optimize about the shape of the holder to you know also we put a cicon rubber layer and you know between the people's hands with the remote control to make it softer and more adaptable to your hands no and also we layout the keyboard in a way which easier for people to hold some key know buttons or the joy easily so we try to also optimize the like the uh how I say the sensitivity of each button to make it click smoother and to make people control without you know a very hard you know hard press you know to make people react like you know they think the most easiest you know the easiest remote controller could reacts to so we interated this controller I think more than 20 you know virgins on to now awesome yeah I will have to say probably my favorite feature um on the remote is just the adjustability of of features on it um from being able to adjust the blade speed to being able to adjust the speed of the mower so if it's a you know a flat environment and the grass isn't super tall but you want to try to conserve battery you can play with the settings a little bit and try to extend that battery life out longer um I've really liked that functionality that you guys have given the adjustability um of especially being able to control your blade speed that's something that I think is uh a differentiator on this piece of equipment um and also the the autopilot um button with the the straight drive and the turnarounds um I don't use the turnarounds as much but on the longer passes I think that the straight drive makes it nice that it's going to um and you can probably see it here if I zoom in a little bit the straight drive makes it nice to kind of take over taking that straight in a Direction so you don't always have to have your hand on that left joystick making it go forward and try to control the right I found that it's a it's helped me mow straighter um along with the I know we have we've talked um amongst our eles about the stabilization mode but the remote also has a stabilization mode um that will help on this model especially the two- wheel drive model um keep it straighter so and I'll I'll release another video on that but it's definitely helped keep things straighter um and I think overall you guys have put a lot of great features on the remote but kept it userfriendly uh for people to operate um there's not there wasn't a huge learning curve on it so I've been pretty impressed with that um and it's it's been a great thing so far for me at least uh will there be new accessories or will new accessories continue to be released going forward once this goes into full production so do you guys have any plans on releasing new accessories once it goes into production um Yes actually uh if you you know check uh in our uh Kickstarter m page you may say we do we did think that we designed moras one which provides a good platform for a future you know different accessories to be installed with like you know you should kind of picture before just imagine you can install a DP kit which at the back of the m one because he share the simar you know 21 inch blade deck like the traditional mower which you know means if the push mower can can be installed with a strip case the morest one you know can also do that and beside that some people you know want to install a headlights you know they have some need of maybe mowing as a evening so need a better eyesight for themselves and as for some people you know they ask about can you guys you know include the a you know uh with the morus one actually they have potential we we left a a connection called and h65 you know Electronic Connection which allow you know you connect with some electronic you know H wires into the in the bols which can install a kind of control method which control the rotation of the a you know which can be mounted at the side of the you know at the side frame you know bar of the mest one so that's also high potential beside this one some people also ask about could you guys install like a snow remove you know shower in the front or some kind of you know panel you know connector and Al also kind of you know a other like the to you know a cost at the back and I want to say m one is powerful you know to you know to be company with different accessories to do other jobs so that's on our road map you know because like you know people want you know purchase Mor as one you know every year they need one platform which allow them to do different multiple tasks and for us it's also beneficial that we designed a well you know um durable um platform and then in the future we provide people with new accessor then it also build a stronger connection between us and our you know previous know as customers so that's our our plan and but we I think we I think in the next one or two months we first focus on the delivery of the M S1 more first then we will deliver advanced Fe maybe you can say the auto dumping back and also the vume know keys and in the know next step then after we deliver those two you know uh promis Advanced features then we will go to other accessories yeah that's awesome um and you mentioned the auto dumping bag I think that is that's a cool feature as well um that you guys have came up with because if you're going to automate something to be remote control it's nice that you can automate that feature as well to not have to get out and dump it if um you're not able to do so so that's been a nice feature as well um I personally haven't used it but I've seen you guys post content on it and it looks looks really awesome um to to have that option um if you want to speak a little bit to it looks like John has questions on the battery life on the controller I don't know the exact specs um um here I think I could uh answer this question and but I want to you know I want to say currently our remote in our battery can last around eight hours and then you can charge you know the remote controller by you know using you know a USB type c you know you know connection know and you need to charge it around 3 hours so that's you know the battery life for the remote controller yeah yeah I will say from my personal experience I think I've charged it one time since I've been using it now I don't use it for long periods of at a time maybe 20 minutes but each time that I use it um but I will say that the the controller battery for me has Lo lasted um to where I've had to charge it one time um and as far as the actual battery on the mowers do you want to you want to speak to the the battery life on the mower and kind of what differentiates the the battery on the mo Raider um maybe from other uh other pieces of equipment that are similar to it uh yes uh you may observe that we use the nine iron first space you know battery type and we choose that for the reason of the safy and the longevity and we think the mowing happens mostly you know in the summer you know situation and people know worry about the safety of the battery know if it get fir you know under the HS and the um um L iron phosphate material is a Advantage for the stability so it's got more stable performance on the heads and also you know it's recycle life is three times of the normal you know linear you know battery because it's um got W 1500 1, 1500 you know charge and recharge you know cycle and this means that actually it means that when you charge one time then you use up all the know electricity then you charge another time that means one cycle it doesn't mean that okay you charge it then you only use like 20% Then you do recharge that's not a full cycle the full cycle means you use up the full charged you know battery and it provides 1,500 know recycle life and if you calculate it like if you m one acre no long like a maybe uh once a week then this no it's R for our 18 no EMP hour battery it runs uh around two and a quarter hours it means that uh it promise you around like a more than 2,000 you know moing hours from this battery and you can it depends on your moing frequenc if you only mold like a week basic it give you a like a 10 years in know battery life but if you move more frequently then you know the battery can still allow you to move up to four you know or five years so we have no issue to worry about the battery size since we also besides the material size we also kind of have some head dissipation no design at the bottom of our you know uh battery which allow it to do the we have kind of Hol you know at the Sid and uh we allow it to absorb in the heat from the battery and at the you know when you install the battery you know inside the mower at the bottom of the you know beside the B below below the battery it has some fan this fan can allow absorb the winds you know from outside to get into the battery to cool down it you know during the operation this also help to make the battery last longer because you know we we can control the hate dissipation no issues that yeah I think that's great um in relation to the the battery I will say is a really nice battery um it's it's definitely uh made in a way that it doesn't take up a lot of space and it's easy to charge I like how you can charge it um while it's still in the actual unit or it can be removed uh to charge it as well so that's some great functionality from as far as the battery goes as well um John also asked if the controller battery dies when I'm mowing while I be able to connect the mower to my phone while finishing mowing so I I would say no to that I mean it's not this doesn't run on any type of cellular technology like maybe some other autonomous robots do I know I've used other ones in the past that do have technology to connect either via Wi-Fi or cellular um this one is straight up from the remote control um that comes with the unit it's operated from that so I would say if your controller battery dies you're going to have to recharge it to get it to drive again um but that said I personally it's wellb built but I I could move it on my own if I needed to by pushing it um so depending on what kind of situation you're in it's not to the point where you know if you can I how much what is the weight on on the S1 an isn't it like 7 70 pounds or I don't remember exactly what it was um but it's yeah I mean it I mean I'm able to I'm able to move it manually if I need to but I'm also able you know I don't have a physical limitation that prevents me from doing so but I will say that this thing does charge pretty fast I know when I charge the controller it charged up pretty fast so you could definitely charge it um it charges on a a standard USBC charger just like celf phones do um and it charges pretty quickly so you could get definitely get it enough juice to get enough power to get get it back to your garage or shed or wherever you store it and then finish it finish charging it the rest of the way um absolutely so yeah I think that overall I mean and I I've recorded content that I have to edit um that I haven't been able to get out yet uh unfortunately but um it it's been it's been a really interesting piece of equipment I never in a million years thought that I would see a remote control operated lawn mower um and I I think it's cool that you guys are opening up an Avenue for people who physically may not be able to mow but want to mow um the opportunity to do so so that's pretty cool in my book um did you find the weight on the mower yet Anna on the S1 oh I said did you find do you did you find the weight on and we have another yes uh I would say the you know like we have a two vergin two model and four model they slightly you know a different because fourwh Jo model have a a two more you know models inside you know for the front wheel and the weight without battery for S1 two whe driven model is around 99 pounds I think in a us you know uh units if we use the international units is around uh 45 kg you know kilograms and for the four-wheel D model uh in the US unit is around 114 um pounds and it's around 52 kilogram so that's the weight for the two models without battery because uh you know like if you in know remote contrer dies you know battery dies actually here you can you know control the wheels you know fre you know which means that you know you you can you know uh close the you know battery of the mower then you can know to it freely and it can help you transport it from one place to another place so I mean when the battery know of the mow you know is closed it won't be you know the motor won't be locked you know then you can you know remove it from one place to another place but we recommend that actually you don't you know use your remote controller until the battery dies it give you know we have a hint you know in the remote control owner which tell you okay how how much know the the battery you know left you know the controller so it gave you time to chart it in time yeah yeah that's that's great that that that there's a built-in feature as well in case you're in a situation like that where you physically have to move it um that that's an option and it doesn't just lock up the wheels so I I have done that before moving it around my garage it does move freely um and it does it does move to where I need it to go now it may be a little more difficult um compared to you know um depending on where you're at but you know if you're in a rough terrain area it might be a little more difficult but it's still possible um from that aspect uh do you guys have any plans on releasing a version of the S1 in the future with a larger deck size like a 30 in deck um any plans to release something larger if if this one works out that's a really good question though last year in the Expo and by the way thank you know Green LS last year in Expo we heard you know we we brought the S1 to the Expo where he talks with a lot of you know commercial people and they actually they prefer a large deck and they Shar with us like have you seen a Tor no push mower with the 30inch blade no deck yes I have I actually have one okay okay you y I'm I'm familiar with it it's called yeah the Toro Time Master yes you know when we visit the local dealers shops and try to build a further relationship you know in different states like Florida California we saw you know there 20 uh 30 inch you know um deck of the Toro Brands and it actually it's you know it's it's not that hard for us to you know try to have a upgraded version of a larger deck but I want to say here we try to you know use 21 inch blades because we think that's a typical you know size both for the commercial and residential and for us our first you know product we try to you know choose a more common you know deck you know and we focus more on the you know verication for the mowing ability of the remote control technology with the more then I think in the future we can know have different kind of you know options like some people even prer you know a smaller you know size of more you know because their yard is not that large and the mar has one with a shoulder can give them the flexibility to more smaller years they don't like they they don't want to you know even 21 inch blades because I also saw in the home ports they are like 17 inch blades you know two 20in blades so for us I think once we verified the whole technology and we can go into different sides of the deck you know to you know have different kind of products models to sue the different needs yeah I think that's a great option to have going forward as well um because I typically will use the larger deck just to cut my mowing time down um it saved me a lot of time I used to run a 21in deck and then I upgraded to that um but yeah I mean this is a great allaround size uh 21 in is kind of the standard for um push mowers which this is kind of a comparison to a push mower but it's remote controlled I would say in my opinion um so it's pretty comparable to that um and then we have John here how's the cut quality compared to other robotic lawnmower R views um so I will say what differentiates the mow Raider and from robotic mower robotic mowers that I've used is the actual um blade so the moater is like a standard push mower um it's built really well it's got a solid frame solid deck and it's got a fullsize mower blade on it so um just like most battery mowers um it has the fulls sizee mower blade on it whereas the robotic mowers that I've used have almost they're not full-size mower blades they're almost like I would compare them to razor blades is kind of what they look like and they're a little little different from razor blades um and there's more of them so this thing the moater has definitely the power to drive that single blade so the cut quality off of a real mower blade compared to a bunch of little razor blades that spin around on a plate I think is much better um but compared to the robotic mowers that I've personally used now there may be robotic mowers out there that have a standard mower blade but what from what I've personally used it's it's been the razor blade type blades um what I also like about that as well is I could take that blade off and sharpen it when I need to now robotic mowers you just have to put new blades on there so you can kind of extend the longevity of your Blade with the moater by sharpening it as you would with a standard um Mower and I think with that larger blade you get a little better cut quality too um especially on this like I mentioned earlier it has the ability to change your blade speed so you can go from a slow speed to a higher speed and adjust the RPMs I think there's three different options I usually always run it on the higher RPMs uh with a sharp blade just to increase that quality um because the faster that it's spinning and if your blade is sharp the better cut you're going to get on that grass um and if you followed me before you know that sharp blades and a good cut lead to less issues down the road so I've been really impressed with the cut quality of M Raider its durability and that I can take that blade off and sharpen it like I would a standard push mower um now the robotic mowers I've used have have cut decent um and for that application they've been great however if you're definitely if you're going to plan on mowing thick tall grass or taller grass um mowing different terrains I think this is a great option just given the fact that it's got that full-size blade and if you're going to mow something thick or tall uh weeds or Tall Grass um you're definitely going to want that larger blade in my opinion um so it's going to come down to what you're going to use it for but what I've used it for around a standard lawn this definitely has a really good cut quality in my opinion uh next question here what circumstance will use M Raider rather than a pusher right on so I think think I think as Anna spoke to earlier the kind of the the target I I think of mow Raider in general is kind of giving empowerment to people who may otherwise not be able to mow um but want to so if you want to be involved in the process and not just program the robot to um go around and mow your yard um I think that's one option for it um another option is for um like I said earlier my kids love it so we kind of um like making it a family type of fun day sometimes to play with the moow Raider and mow the yard um whereas otherwise they may not they're not going to be able to push a mower around other circumstances I think that it's great is for mowing um steeper terrain I definitely can handle a slope well um maintain traction is to wear an area that you may not want to push it up a hill or push it along a hill um you don't want to push a mower you know on a on a Terrain that you're not comfortable with I think that's a good use I know we've talked before of people who use them um on slopes around you know ponds um stuff that they don't want to take a regular Zero Turn Mower or a push mower down just because because of the terrain is a little steep or um they just don't want to mess with that so I think it definitely I I think with the remote technology it definitely um has a use not only in the commercial industry but in the um DIY for everyday people like me who just mow their yard um we all live in different places our yards are all different some of us have more challenging terrain or obstacles to deal with um and it it's definitely nice to have the option um if you see you know this might be something that benefits me um to have that option available to you um do you want to add anything to that Anna yes I want to say uh since I send out many different units you know for the local review like in different countries in know in Us in France in Canada Australia no um different countries and also as send the model to different states of us like you know Florida California Washington Kentucky uh Louis Island know your place um and also some other like you know Oregon so we test different tents and I I heard from people that you know like some people living in the farm you know they have you know the place like around the pound you know they have bank and it's not very easy for them to use the ride down to moow around the bank it's a bit dangerous especially there's some Steep inclines and also in the area like the between the roads and The Lawns you know there also some kind of in clients which is not easy for the ride on mower to get into it although it's more efficient you know to mow the farm so in those tangent ter they prefer marital as one solution and also for some people you know they have kind of and M you know Aras they need a strong Offroad ability and they don't want to get into some places which around the so many different you know bares you know those kind of you know places which you get you know your body know surrounded by you know exposed by those you know a little bit harmful area so they want Mor one to prevent them from the h back you know those kind of you know dangerous in environment so they want to use the as1 so until now that's some you know voice I heard and I kept hearing more you know voice because for some you know right more they they are larger you know they cannot get into the kind of know smaller Gates so they pre no when the when the area prefer for the push mow they want the S1 because that's what allow them more flexibility to control in a distance no so that's some and also for some Aras you know for some right down M you know most of them use the gas powered so some people don't want to play with with noise play with you know the vibration of the mower they want as1 to keep them from that so that's some kind of you know needs when they need S one instead of the right arm Mower and for the push mower I think the comparison is more obvious so I I think there's some actual clarification where I want to ask between the S1 and the right yeah no I definitely agree with all those I mean it's just going to come down to what your needs are and what situation you have um to to decide what kind of equipment you need and I think this has a great ability to fill some of those needs that are difficult to get to with standard equipment like a standard push mower or a standard ride on mower that we're used to here in America um and it's just a nice option to have uh we have a oddl look comment here from All Things Lawn Care it looks like are they asking if these are going to be sold online I guess maybe what happens I guess after your Kickstarter maybe I don't know if they elaborate on that but I guess that might be a good point to point out so what happens after the kickstarter ends I know you're going to ship the the kickstarter backers their units um and then I guess you want to talk to a little bit about what the plans are after that is over and what things look like going forward um actually we we we we definitely Kickstarter is our first step and we try to you know currently we have already you know Ste into the mass production stage even for the last you know week I had a live to keep introduce people about the process of battery production remote control production and about the whole assembly and from this week we try to push more models to be you know produced then we can know achieve our promise of shipping now start to do the shipping and we can ship you know all units to the Bakers you know by the end May and that's our promise and we work hard on that and after Kickstarter ends in May 1st and we first need to work you know focus on the you know ship arrangement of the units for the first Bakers uh first group of Bakers then after we' you know finished all Arrangements there are two things we need to do the first is that like we said we have some Advanced accessories we need to still know drop into the mass production stage and that will be shipped a little bit later so we need to work on that one those as as as well then for the low unit we have so you know we have sold out in K start we will keep you know uh so selling in the our official websit but H the price won't be that you know attractive you know than the kickstarter price because start bers they suffer a kind of risk you know because they you know support us in an earning time so that's kind of you know reward for us to them to allow them to get more earning and also get a better price and but later definitely we will sell it through our official websites and we will have some extra know accessory like the battery people you know feel excited about they want actual battery then we can still know sell sell it through our official websites so that's our near you know H that's our plan for the near future that's awesome and I think you've had a successful Kickstarter and it's going to be really good to see those uh mowers get in people's hands because I think there's some excitement in your Facebook group for people who are excited to get their hands on this and and put it to work um for sure uh another question here is is the unit water safe no I haven't got it wet but um I know batteries don't like water is if it gets wet is the battery compartment water safe I guess or is the product what happens then um so I think you know thank you Grace for this question so I want to say first you know we will have a review video publishing soon and they just show about ability how marus one can move around the PS you know some know Bank area and chose actually for the you know models especially in the four-wheel Jo models it has good traction know ability so we can see first it won't you know falls into the pals hope and and I saw you know the the reviewer try to you know use it in different ways he try to go you know up and downs you know then he try to go the sideway you know Direction both Direction can have a good traction you know without woring it to falling down know into the PS and and that's my first feedback the second feedback is that moras one is a water resistance so it's not water Pro no proof I want to say if you really know put the Morita you know into the deep water like uh your you know swimming pool definitely I cannot promise you know it will function well but like recently we have showed a video how Mor can run in a raining day you know with with the Rings you know on top of it it has no problem to operate in that ring because it waterpr but under a super water pressure you know stat I cannot you know suggest to do that yeah and I guess that would lead me to a the question if you want to talk um what the warranty on the unit um and what a warranty would cover if you want to speak to that a little bit for people yes I want to say currently we promise that the mor one will have the 2E in know warranty and we actually for K start we even promise start we try to provide a 30 days you know return policy for people and I mean if it's you know the machine can function well when they receive it definitely that's our responsibility and we need to take good care of that and also for some you know exchange you know parts we try to provide a good you know Ser service for people and we work with our other C Service you know uh supplier like Bender and he has a over I think 40 countries you know Center in different places and we try to work with them and they can help us to take care of the you know after SE service but I want to say from the design part we definitely design the mest one which can be assembled in a easier way and like you know Justin when you receive the units you don't need to do a lot of setup you know to get this you know mow out of box to use it quickly I think what design is easier than the robotic Bower which means it don't have that much of repair issues you know yeah and I like um yeah like you said it was definitely easy to set up pretty much pulled out of the box I think I had to put the back wheels on and assemble the bagger onto the unit and I believe and the mulch the the flap for the bagger and that was pretty much it I mean everything else was ready to go it was a plug and play um turn the remote on and then the battery charge up the battery and you're good to go right out of the gate um with it so it was a very easy setup at least in my experience um and I'm excited for everybody to get their hands on them that has have backed the kickstarter um for sure I think it's been a great uh you know process for me and I look forward to continue using it throughout the season um one more question here before we wrap things up if you're still in the production stage how is delivery in May possible I assume you'll ship to local Warehouse so yeah if you want to talk to a little bit about John's s question here um in relation to delivery um yes I want to say know like what I have sh in our last live we already know from last week you know last week know you know because the whole production actually divided into sever stage you know we got to have the material to be reped well and you got to check and test those material then you have several parts to produce in SE know different stage like your remote controller will produce you know independently and your battle will be produced independently and want to say in recent weeks we're already you know finish the production of those you know parts and currently we get into the samply you know stage for the sample stage you know we can do like around you know a 20 know to 30 MS every day in our Factory so so it's not about you know you produce from the very beginning to the end even like what I showed in the last live for the frame you know for the Met frame for the deck it's already be produced you know so even I want to say for this speci parts we have already produced you know from last month no so we got the enough units to be ready to do the assembly process so by the end of April you know and at the beginning of may we can finish you know the assembly process and do the shipping and from our you know exp estimation for the sea and it take around like 20 you know 20 days to 30 days you know to arrive in our California warehouse like if I use us as example then it take a I think around one way you know from the East you know the West to the east coast you know by the local shipping so definitely we we can you know try to deliver as soon as possible you know and and I think that's my you know feedback to this question yeah that's great um I I think things are um it's very exciting um you guys have had a successful Kickstarter and that's not always the case for everybody so congrats on that and I look forward to everyone else getting to experience the mo Raider um I've been pleased with it it's been great um for me and it's been fun to to help test this product and continue to test it and provide feedback going forward um and I appreciate you joining in here on the live um it's it's been fun and this will for anybody else that sees this we'll go ahead and leave this up so you can reference back to this for any questions you may have or if you want to double check in information it will be on my YouTube channel under the live playlist and in the mo Raider playist so check back um I will be posting as soon as I get it edited more content on moater um as I continue to use it throughout the season um and if you guys want to see specific content just drop a message or a comment on YouTube or my Facebook or Instagram pages and if I can do something specific that you want to see video wise we'll definitely get that taken care of um to anything that could be helpful for you guys so Anna thanks for joining in um we'll go ahead and wrap it up and I really appreciate you joining us tonight yeah thank you so much just you know to hold the you know the live and it's my first experience and I look forward you know to your more feedback and and when we got more you know experience and we can you know arrange another discuss absolutely absolutely well thanks so much have a good day over there it's nighttime here so I'm getting ready to go to bed and you're just starting your day so thanks for taking your time out of your schedule and uh hopefully we'll continue to have success with Mo Raider and I can't wait to see where you guys go in the future have a good have a good night thanks by bye-bye
