Learning Moodle 3 5 - Installing Moodle on your Windows

hi my name is German and today you're going to learn how to download and install Moodle for Windows in your computer first you go to Google and then you're going to type model for Windows automatically is going to give you the first option to go to model downloads and you're going to click on model 3.5 tab which is the last version of Moodle and then you're going to download this this zip zip file on your desk that's tough for example and then you're going to unzip it we have to unzip the file within a folder that has to be located on your C Drive if you don't have that folder you can create this folder you click on new folder and then you type model 3.5 then you click OK to unzip all the files from from the document that you just download it then you're gonna go to that folder remember that you put it on your C Drive then open your C Drive and click on Moodle 3.5 and start Moodle that will start Moodle using yours your zamp what you gonna do now is that after you started you're going to close it remember to allow access for Windows security alert you go to the folder once you have started it and then you're going to stop it ok yes you're going to stop Moodle the first time that you start it and then once it's stopped you're going to go back again and start model again so now we stopped in Windows you're gonna click on any key then you start model again now you're ready to go install model in your computer or you gonna do is that you're going to go to your browser and then you're going to type 127.0.0.1 and then that will start the whole installation now everything that follows is just click next installation then you're gonna click Next again that will just asking you for the folders that you're installing modeling your computer then you're gonna click Next then it's going to ask you to if you have read everything about these installation now is going to start all the installation it's gonna check if your computer has all the requirements you gonna click Next and then it will install Moodle once it's done which is gonna take a couple of minutes you're going to create your username you just I just put admin for example and one two three four but that didn't work because I needed to put some you know another pass for a stronger password so that's what I did and then that just created the installation you're gonna put your full your full site name and then a short name for your site for example this one is gonna be called learning Moodle 3.5 and then surname could be L Moodle 3.5 for example and and that'll do the job then you're gonna click saves Save Changes and and you will be good to go now this installation of Moodle is totally free you can do whatever you want in your computer if you go to Moodle cloud you can definitely go do a couple of things as a teacher but not as an administrator
