Lawn Mower Racing - SLMRA's Mowdified Feature

[Music] the work look outside real tight under what a deal they're bad for you on the right side right for another one on the right you got one thing that's man that baby every lap is gonna be a green [Music] it is more than just a race it's an event you can still smell the campfire the track the longest the speed the fact is the drivers the best Darrell Waltrip is joined Larry McReynolds and Mike joy Mike get ready for another great village it's a great sense of anticipation and wonder I wonder if we'll see PAC racing I wonder what will happen on pit stops there's a lot of unknowns Jarrell could even be a Willmar or two in there will my car make it will my car run will my car handle you don't have time to let things settle down you've got to go and you've got to go to her this is about sprint races this is getting the job done getting it done in a hurry you don't give anything and you take all you can because that's what this race is all about hey and all you can you have very impressive first week you picked up your first victory in the modified Series last week you saw how strong Mike Collins can be have you done anything this week to kind of compensate for his performance and try to you know get yourself in solid footing in first place with the point standings yeah I made a few chassis changes try to get a little more grip out of it got to catch up to him with something he's got a big motor so make up for weekend and hope he makes a mistake and I'll be there to capitalize sitting here with Matt Cain the winner of the second heat race for the modified series and Matt you've had a tough start to your season you were fighting for the lead in the last few laps of week one you ended up crashing unfortunately and then week two you had some belt issues is today's heat when a sign of good things to come yeah it's it helps cuz the given points away for heat wins this year so any anyone in the heat benefit you in the end of the year so it's a positive sign and it's a good starting spot for the feature do you think you have anything left for the future race today oh yeah I got plenty left I don't know if I can hold off my call and he's the big dog but it's warm today so it's real grippy real soft which helps the grep but tears up the ice a little bit more -
