committee okay so it will check all the concerns raised by the students okay so what they have mentioned that few R petitions were filed by the candidates right before the honorable high court for the loss of exam time so accordingly a grance redressal committee was formed which considered the Grievances representations based on the factual reports of functionary and CCTV footage from the concerned Exam Center to compensate that loss of time next how were the compensatory marks calculated so that is how they are going to answer please pay attention guys please pay attention the loss of examination time was ascertained and such candidates were compensated with the marks based on their answering efficiency and time lost so basically they are mentioning that they have seen right they have checked your answering efficiency how how because in remaining time the number of question you have attempted on the basis of that they have applied some formula right they have applied some formula and on the basis of that they have given the marks so they are saying as per the mechanism of formula established by honorable Apex Court why it judgment dated this so we know that again they admitted it that they have given the grace marks to 1563 students only they have admitted it right that they have given Grace marks to 1563 students only right right that's it did the 44 perfect scores right who benefited from the physics question with two correct answers also receive compensatory or Grace marks they are saying no they are mentioning it they are saying those who got the Perfect Score 720 out of 720 if you have read the N official uh n press release before now then you guys are aware right that they have mentioned that after that physics question 44 students right 44 students they got that compensatory marks right not the grace marks but obviously uh because that question they would have marked that question right now they have considered it correct that one or three options are correct so on the basis of that they have they were scoring that 44 students they were scoring 715 marks but they got right 720 720 so they are saying that that 44 students they didn't get the grace marks they didn't get the grace Mark so this is what we need to focus okay this is what we need to focus as per NTA now next question is why the answer key was changed from one correct option to multiple correct option for physics so for that NTA saying to evaluate candidates understanding of nuclear composition and related changes guys please Focus please Focus so they are talking about that physics question they are saying to evaluate candidates understanding of nuclear composition and related changes a specific question was designed right using the ncer physics textbook for class 12th part two so question included this statement they have even mentioned the question atoms of most of the elements are stable and emit their characteristic Spectrum right making option statement one correct statement two incorrect the initially correct answer they have mentioned it so upon receiving 27,000 20 answer key challenges including 13373 for this question means whosoever has challenged the question right basically 13,000 plus students they challenged this particular question right they have challenged this particular question and as per that experts reviewed the ambiguity due to the differences in old and new addition of ncrt right this is what they are admitting okay so based on expert opinion the answer key was updated so they are mentioning it because if you remember one student has challenged it in the court that if right as per NTA there will be only one correct answer for a question so accordingly I have marked the answer so how can so so that is why I didn't attempt that question so how how can they how can they uh how can they accept uh how can they mention that correct answer uh basically two statements are correct answer right so one one of the student students right he one of the students challenged it in the court right so this is what they are explaining because they got 13,000 plus responses for that physics question only and because of the ambiguity because of that difference in that old and new ncrt they were like that we need to correct we need to consider both the statements as correct so this was done as a policy means that student has challenged that why are you doing it why are you doing it so they they have also given the clarification for it but that as this was also done as a policy mentioned in the information bulletin for NE ug 2024 that if more than one option is found to be correct then four marks will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options so basically basically they are giving the answers of all the allegations okay of all the allegations okay right so so obviously even we have seen this point in the information bulletin I hope you guys have seen this in the information bulletin now are CCTV cameras installed in every examination room and what is their purpose so yes every room has a CCTV camera installed they are used for monitoring throughout the test as well as post examination video evaluation to look for the M practice and cheating okay but if this is the case then why why they are not talking about the re-examination conducted in that madhopur uh Center in Rajasthan right okay let's discuss it later then what measure were taken by NTA to prevent M practice during the exam to prevent cheating CCT TV cameras were installed in all the examination Halls biometric verification was done for candidates conducted Thor of risking at entry points this is what they have done and they have even used the latest Jammers to block electronic communication device okay fine next what action n is taking on unfair mean cases so this is what they have mentioned that committee was constituted uh consisting of three eminent experts in the field are 63 so on the recommendation of committee total 12 candidates were Deed from the N ug 2024 for 3 years and nine candidates for 2 years one candidate for one year and 32 candidates were given the percentile in biology first then they will check it for chemistry then they will check it for physics and they will check with less proportion of number of attempted incorrect answer and correct attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in chemistry and then in physics and if still they are not able to break the tie then they will go for the ascending order means still they are considering it right still they are considering it you people can see that now the same criteria were followed for neet ug 2023 examination this is what they are mentioning so we really need to check this ascending order thing right in the information bulletin of NE 2023 now why has there been variation in cut offs right in neat exam over the years so this is what they have mentioned that cut offs it is the same information that they have given earlier that in 2020 average marks or out of 720 qualified candidates they were 29718 so minimum score in under reserved category that is your 147 and in 2024 that average marks from 297 they reached to 323 and this is what the minimum score is okay this is what the minimum score is now next thing so reduce syllabus right moderate difficulty level increased the number of aspirants and the fact that NE ug allows multiple effect could be some of the reasons for higher scores right now why did a greater number of candidates get full marks so for that they have given this clarification guys that number of candidates who appeared in 2023 they were 20 lakhs and in 2024 we know that number of aspirants they have increased so NTA received the challenges related to that physics question and again they are mentioning the same thing that because of that physics question 44 students they got the full score or you can say that the perfect score and six are on account of compensatory marks for the loss of time so see please pay attention please pay attention out of 67 students who got 720 out of 720 marks 44 right they got that uh marks for the revised answer key and six they got the compensatory marks for loss of time so this is what they are explaining this is what they have explained okay B so this revision led to increased marks for many candidates contributing to the high number of perfect score right so full so this led to getting the full marks for 44 candidates in neat UGI this adjustment aimed to address inconsistency in ncer textbooks so finally they are considering their inconsistencies in ncrt textbooks ensuring candidates were not disadvantaged by factual discrepancies so it is per uh pertinent to mention that the Toppers are from across the country right so this is what they are mentioning now next Point can you provide details about the distribution of top 100 candidates in terms of their Exam Center so see they are mentioning that top 100 candidates are distributed across 89 different centers located in 55 cities so out of these top candidates 73 belong to cbsc board right 27 are from various state boards okay how does NT ensure the authenticity of such high scores the NTA took several measures to maintain the Integrity of the the exam which includes biometric so basically they have repeated the things they have repeated the things so is it true that there has been a paper leak in Bihar or godra it is to be noted that none of the reports are backed with evidences means they are denying it right they are clearly denying it that they don't have the evidences right while the outcome of Investigation is a foreset cases is awaited so n has categorically denied any case of paper leak so they are not accepting it as of now right they are not accepting it as of now they are saying that still investigation is going on right but and they will wait for that but they are not accepting any paper leak in biar okay next NTA has its own security protocols and standard operating procedures so it is uh it has been found that all the question paper which have been printed have been accounted for are there is no question of paper leak right and they have recently received communication from Patna police regarding the requirement of documents concerning certain candidates so all relevant information and documents have been proactively provided to them so NTI means committed to finally fully supporting and assisting all investigations okay so they are saying what happened at the center at the savai madhopur again they have explained it that at one examination center girls higher secondary model School Mand uh menown saai madhopur Rajasthan there was an incident of incorrect distribution of question paper so again they are accepting it for this Center only guys again I will raise my concern right the same thing right the distribution of incorrect question paper it was also there in meala and Manipur and even in Telangana so students you have to report right you have to file the complaint then only they will consider because they are only considering one Center which is incorrect again so students you have to come forward you have to file the complaint right even we are also helping you but if you will do it at your level then obviously it will support us as well so it was found that Center suent had mistakenly distributed question paper the same thing the same thing and they have also mentioned so this led to the agitation by some candidates who left the examination center with question papers despite efforts by the center staff to prevent them from doing the same so it was also find that copies of these question papers were circulated on social media at 425 which created an impression that paper was leaked okay but so there is no way any external person or agency could access the center once the examination started so all centers were under CCTV surveillance so again they are not accepting it at all but we have seen the video of a girl who's claiming who's mentioning that what happened in their examination center and as for her that they reconducted the examination center if you will listen to that video now the next thing here is students you guys can see have there been instances of paper solver gangs who have impersonated the examinees in return for some lack of rupees so NTA is actively engaged with all relevant stakeholders to gather detailed information and evidence related to it so any individual or entity found involved in it uh in such activities will be subjected to strict disciplinary action as per law right so n has registered cases against impersonators and some cases have been registered by State Police so NT has been extending support wherever required so basically they are saying that yes there are some cases they will provide the support but as of now they have clearly denied that as of now they don't have any update uh they don't accept that paper has been leaked in Bihar now now why was the NTA neat ug 2024 result declared on 4th June because in information bulletin it was mentioned on 14th June so they are like as a policy of n the result of all NTA examination including neat is declared after the answer key challenge period so as for our established practice the timing of result declaration aligns with our commitment to providing timely result as recommended by nmc right but so it is important to note that NTA consistently declares examination result within a month V now how does NTA address the issue of candidates forging their neat ug scorecards and omr sheets and claiming that NTA has released incorrect results so see here what are they mentioning just have a look guys so NTA has been aware of instances where candidates are forging right they are neat ug scorecards and omr claiming that NTA has released incorrect results so NTA wants to clarify that any manipulation or tempering with the omr at any stage is strictly prohibited as stated in neat ug information bulletin tempering with the omr sheet will result in the candidate being deart debart from the Examination for 3 years right and additionally making fake claims by manipulating the responses in omr sheet or tempering with it any way whatsoever either before or after is a serious offense right so actions will be taken against them okay B now next what is the n's response to a viral video right they have considered all the issues guys so you please pay attention viral video alleging discrepancies in NE ug scoring and the receipt of a taor omr answerers sheet so regarding the viral video featuring a candidate of n ug claiming discrepancies in N ug 2024 scoring and receiving of ta omr answer sheet NTA clarified that no T omr answer sheet was sent bya official NTA ID and omr answer sheet is intact and scores are accurate as per the official records right B next is it true that another committee has been you really need to focus here has been formed to look into the cases of compensatory marks right for the loss of time yes it is true a high powered committee has been formed to revisit the cases of those candidates so they are considering 1563 candidate students so again it's a request it's a request the students of megalia Manipur Telangana wherever students are claiming in our uh you know uh comment section they are even sending me the mail personally they are even contacting me on telegram please you have to file the complaint you have to file the complaint related to it okay otherwise they will only consider these 1563 students okay right because they have given compensatory marks to them so they have formed one more committee which will check it and this is what they have also accepted or uh in their uh press conference basically so next is how can I stay updated on official information regarding it so they have mentioned the side that's it that's all so uh request students to file the case but right B especially the students of again I'm repeating I'm repeating this thing again and again because no one is taking it right B so please the students of migala Manipur Telangana whosoever contacting us please you also file the complaint against it right B so other than that right about the 720 out of 720 score so they are like 44 candidates they just got the right Grace marks for that physics question and six candidates they got that uh marks for compensatory marks for time loss that is why the number of aspirant who are scoring 720 out of 720 they are more and two students only they got 718 and 19 marks so they have given the clarification for it that again they got the compensatory marks for the lots of time so this is what they are trying to say so whatever they have mentioned in their official press conference they are admin to it they are stick to it right but they are stick to it okay fine they are are and yes one more thing that they have accepted that yes 63 students they are involved in that mall practices right 63 students are involved in that mall practices and for that they have taken the action and as of now they are not accepting any paper leak in bear so all I want to say is that from all that things we can conclude that uh uh you know they are going to present same things in the court as well so we don't know what's going to happen but as of now right uh few I think two days back I posted a shot and many students were like they just want the money right they just want the F they just want to launch their FastTech courses this is what they are doing right that is why they are asking us to study again because there are chances of Ren guys always remember one thing right we have to prepare for worst right you believe it or not you will understand it after few years we have to prepare for worst right so if you are thinking that we don't want re that's fine because it is very difficult to conduct examination at that mass level right it is going to take a lot of money as well right a lot of resources will be involved there and again again but that will be very chaotic for the students one thing so I am not saying I want renad I'm not saying I want reevaluation I want the fair things to come out right I want the Justice to be served why because many students are giving this exam and as I have mentioned it already that this is not any any exam where you know uh it what if they'll go to this field right let's say let's say even in Bihar we know that right in that uh uh many papers were leaked in short in simple right they canceled it basically but my point is it is not in any exam by which you know someone will go somewhere they will get a job or something n n they'll go to the medical colleges please try to understand this concern they will go to the medical colleges they'll clear their mbbs right they'll be the doctors they are going to serve our nation in that way right but and we really need good doctors we really we don't need fraud doctors but we need good doctors we need good doctors that is why I always mention that here in this particular exam we really want discrepancies we really need discrepancies otherwise it will be a problem not for today but for tomorrow for sure okay B so again I'm saying we have to prepare for worst if you are scoring good if there are chances that you will get seed in Medical College very good wait for the counseling okay other wise even if you are scoring less and you have decided you want to go for the neat only again
