Lake Trout Fishing with Downriggers on Lake Huron

switching it up today on fish itis I'm excited I'm on the big water I'm gonna go for lake trout salmon steelhead ever I can get I'm gonna troll for the big fish I got out a little later and I wanted to so it might be all lake trout Wednesday I know they'll hit later in the day when they get our rod set up or down Raider 450 divers out and we're gonna get going get some pump here we go all right the fish that's right right we got them guys I'm gonna mark that spot probably with a leg drop there hit the bloody nose all right probably a Laker but hey I am NOT I don't feel what I catch that is just so cool to catch one now let's see if I can land on a field huge [Music] towards the lake trout it's them way out there twisting around oh you threw the hook to the surface just a little guys a little bit of goodies ear against your liking lake trout gonna kept him sorry we could see him out there hey I'm confident now what he knows that's a fish I got off darn my form today is that a fish you're my hitting bottom on that as a fish if I was hitting bottom on that that turn and about 62 check that or not I think it's a fish guy I thought that thing is bouncing I thought it was bouncing Barney you little guy on the turn there they got a wall out of something oh I could swing you know and you can swing a lake trout they're not real big I knew that thing was bouncing size and I better I better go check it I'm gonna release this guy he's too small I mean I could keep him there 15 inches is the limit but you know who let him grow up a little bit [Music] there's fish all right let's not lose this one huh bloody nose two feet down not a big one this point I don't care place now now he's gonna fight oh that is funny I got one a little one but hey I said to so many times before on a fish itis I'm not gonna complain this one yes perfect look at that huh that's a bigger one here you know the camera went off and played a few weeks on this one but the better one there a better one here I can do that with a bigger one here good one though much better than the one I just got down there boy Olli can turn just like that huh yeah yeah that's great oh yeah whoo that's exciting double lake trout one good eater one bigger one flopping all around on the bottom with the boot that came out perfect I don't like you to pick them up too much but I'm gonna pick them up that's the bigger one right there well taking myself this is a spoon that caught the bigger one stingray not sure to Michigan stingray what what color cuz there's 50,000 colors and with all kinds of odd names I'll have to look it up that's what the bigger one hit and the smaller guy is still hooked hit the bloody nose get him out little guy get the bloody nose now that's a good eater right there [Music] I'm back out same trip there was rather same day that I got the Lakers I said well this evening I'm gonna troll for walleye so here I am I'm out for a few hours an evening see if I can get a couple eyes and go with those late father [Music] Oh where's the fish haha right a fish on and he's up at the surface so it's probably a bass probably that one I marked on there if he jumps oh I might it doesn't feel like a bass oh yeah he's jumping stuff it's a big bass a big old bass I think time all I usually don't come up to the surface like that but it's probably a bass come up that quick to the surface yeah that'd be a smallmouth I think ya gotta be right yeah not a bad smallmouth either oh my goodness hey old bass wow that's funny now that's funny guys that is hilarious holy moly Wow I got to show you guys this one oh my gosh look at that smallmouth I go I for smallmouth bass I catch walleyes I fish for walleyes I get smallmouth bass that is definitely a walleye lure right there you can see the colors on it but that big old smallmouth could not resist that's that is funny guys so Wow I'll get that bad man oh I gotta measure this fish there's his head there's a tail right on 21 inches 5 pounds exactly market Dewey 5 pound smallmouth [Music]
