Keystone or Grand Design RVs? | Reflection 337RLS vs. Cougar 315RLS Head-to-Head Comparison

[Music] [Music] okay so outside grand design those things the small things they even put LED lights up underneath the slide-out so at night if you need to get into your wet Bay area or your passive storage you have some actual light to be able to do that you can do everything from winterizing turning your water pump on releasing your gray and black valves from right here in the pass-through compartment you also have a leveling system inside here as well to auto level the coach also just real quick look at how clean there is no piping that comes through here occasionally certain floor plans will have dumps and stuff come through and mess up this actual storage area guys this is a keystone cougar modeled 315 RLS we're gonna start out in our wet Bay over there it has all of what you would expect of course enclosed and heated dump outs winterization you've got your city water connection your tank flush battery disconnect but what's really unique to Keystone is this qtv Keystone three wires every unit the key TV for satellite and for cable when you get to the campground it'll automatically switch over but the benefit is there's no splitters so you're gonna get the same reception in your bedroom as you do in your living room and it's all free wired with nothing else that you have to pay for in addition to that cougar is the first to market with the off-the-grid pre-wired solar and inverter package every cougar is pre-wired to be able to add an inverter or solar you can also have it done at the factory if they do it at the factory you get one hundred and seventy watt solar panel and a 1200 watt inverter that allows you to be able to run three of your electrical outlets on the interior off the batteries you want to do it after the fact you can add up to four solar panels ok now we're on the inside of the reflection 337 time to talk about in here but I'm just going to hit on points they've actually combined the booth dinette with the table and chair set up so you have the two chairs here but then you have the booth set up with an ottoman that this has storage underneath but you can also shift it out as you walk through obviously you have Windows throughout the the coach one thing that you have on the reflection lines are these dark out shades instead of either faux mini blinds or the accordion styling and I'm in all the windows in here in the main living area except for one actually they all do they open so cross ventilation throughout this years a roll over sofa system here for a bed entertainment center directly across from your theater seats which also you have a fireplace that takes out five thousand BTUs or furnace you have a pantry on all of their four planets at some type of a pantry to be able to fold food in three burner stove great oven inside residential microwave but it's also a convection microwave and there as well they use the stainless steel single pole sink here I said the divider seems that some of the other manufacturers use with countertop covers before the sink 12 cubic foot refrigerator let's both offer Pelkey and propane they also and this is a big thing guys the doors are actually solid and they use hidden hinges in them guys on the interior the Cougar there's some really nice things to talk about first we have a dimmer switch in our slide-out for all of our nice lighting here but more than anything these windows look at the size of these windows they are 30% larger than any other trailer in the industry windows are huge when you have an RV we want to let that light in look at the back how big these windows are and what they also do with the Cougar if they give you a 4k TV that's actually 50 inches instead of 42 inches like most other competitors and this TV comes out to offer additional storage back behind of course we've got our 5000 BTU fireplace nice and toasty here right now we've had it running for quite some time residential appliances in your kitchen nice fury on three burger oven and look at how big this microwave is it is residential size did I forget to tell you that Cooper's all have 81 gallons of fresh water capacity competitors only at 60 21 gallons of fresh water is something you can use okay now we're in the restroom in the 337 I just want to point out there's ample movability inside the shower they have a seat inside it the footrest this is a one-piece shower enclosure here so you shouldn't have any leakage situations throughout it you have a porcelain foot flush toilet storage stainless steel sinks and a medicine cabinet here we are in the shower again one thing I really want to talk about with you guys is obviously this nice big skylight you can get somebody pretty large in here but Keystone Cougars give you a two-piece shower a lot of people like to say a one-piece shower is better but in my opinion a two-piece shower can be replaced if it's ever broken a one-piece shower if it breaks cracks going down the road you've got to patch it and try to deal with that we can easily take a panel off of this and replace it with no problem okay now we're in the bedroom on the 337 reflection this one we equipped with the residential 60 by 80 queen bed you can also do a king then you have storage underneath here to put sleeping bags anything that you need to store in there them across from it you have a seven drawer dresser then you have additional storage up top for it then you have your actual wardrobe sort it's so big and deep in here that I can actually fit the other thing that I want to point out in this is that it has a capability of a washer and dryer set up so you can put a washer over on this side and you can put a dryer over here on this side look at how big this bedroom is you've got a nice full slide out it's a king sized bed every cougar is available with a king or a queen if you prefer a little bit more walk-around space this is your closet here washer and dryer hookups standard on every 315 RLS cougar we've also got this nice big open area up here for additional storage as well as a dresser well guys it's your choice who's the winner of this battle is it the Keystone Cougar with over a hundred and
