in Japan we have the beautiful Four Seasons and also they have Auto brain as in any day the space beneath aloof is not dark because of the afflictions the space is getting very rich and also at the same time the smell of laying is very very beautiful as I like the smell of rain very much and then rainy day is not bad day the tree center in Asakusa it is just next to the or the temple but only in the temple as a we can find a beautiful with a cities of Louvre as a my idea is we should go back to the Louvre but in the practical way the stockings of that roof as we're stacking the seven loose invisible one building is a good thing for the roof is the shadow and there's enormous box building there is no shadow and no shadow means lost spirit in traditional Japanese space the most important space is the void we call that kind of void space space ma in the void we can also feel the change of light the change of time is a change of smell change of temperatures because this is void and void is a sensor the void and the human body are working together to feel something in my active short design I always think as about where is Emma where is a void in my building and if I can create a void for our project the project is successful some libation is itself is not big project but so we want to create smaller space is a bigger as a museum there's a small space you can give the special is experience the contrast of the smallness as a bigger space as it can create something I believe and the answer for me the smallest it is very very important and I grew up is a traditional Japanese house built in 1920s as a covered by the roof tiles of it in flames and they're like paper screens and replies as a square but so I still remembers the special experiences from that space the smell of musk in it and smell of Tata me so beautifully combined and I was so happy and me and my sister were playing in the mesquite net so we really enjoy the beginning of summer we have two spaces in the lawyer Crimea so as I I try to create the two kind of void and also the to void has it has a two different smell the first port is a smell of Hinoki Japanese hecklers and the second boys smell is a Japanese tatami tell me much if I got that smell I can sleep very well I don't know the smell what kind of effect this those above so for myself so tatami mat smell and my sleep is deeply related VFP select the wrong scale so that that long scale can kill the materiality can kill the senses we always make real size mock-up and buys a little material I don't believe as a 3d rendering I don't believe normal models because those are the tools is a kind of abstraction of the space but if we make the Leal's has mocked up with a real material so we can as a check the relationship is a materiality and a scale through the installation projects I can study the relationship between the human body and the space so multiply that experience into the bigger spaces and the dance always in size is very necessary for us without installations we cannot design a bigger building you
