Hey guys! Welcome to Kimono mom’s Kitchen. I'm Moe. Today I’m going to show you how to make KARAAGE. Karaage is Japanese fried chicken. It’s very simple recipe. So please try it at your home. All right. Let’s get started! Here is ingredients. Chicken legs, garlic, cabbage, lemon, Today I couldn’t get ginger. So I use onion instead. If you have ginger, use it. At first, grate ginger. Peel the garlic and grate it. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
