• Hmmm... why is ice so special for the Pickled Pork Surprise? Is the refrigeration not a suitable substitute? And why add the ice in the boiling pot, only to let it melt? Weird...
• This video makes me miss the burong hipon. I like it despite its smell. Too bad my parents don't feel the same way with burong hipon;

She could also wait for the fermenting mixture to cool down instead of using ice. Cleary has no idea about temperature.
