hello everybody Welcome to the impressive Channel hi Bailey released her new single in your hands and I have been anticipating this song ever since she teased it some months back and I love it I love the lyrics I think Hal Bailey is a great Lyricist and the song is beautiful it is a ballad it does have an alternative kind of rock sound to it and I do like this sound from hie I do I think she does well with this sound and I'm really actually excited to see newer black artists make an imprint on alternative and rock music artist like Rachel chinuri has been making a lot of noise lately and even Willow Willow has opened up the door I think for the new generation of black female artists to kind of explore rock music today in my personal opinion I know black artists have always had a presence in rock but but I like how Willow has broken down that barrier for the new generation I love her recent song symptom of life if you haven't heard it please check it out the song is incredible The Melodies the musical structure from the different breaks to the different rhythms and the lyricism I mean it's just top tier I love love love this song like Willow's musical ear is super sharp she has been consistently giv good music so if you're into the alternative rock sound I would say check out Willow song too but as far as H Bailey song in your hands is concerned I love it I do wish it was longer I do wish there was a bridge where it built up to like a climax a vocal climax I would have also loved to hear the production be a little bit more dramatic on the second half of the song I just wanted it to have a very powerful buildup but I do think the chorus alone is pretty powerful and I really do like the song I hope it does as well unfortunately I don't think hi's audience is going to gravitate too much to this sound because it's hard to Market a song like this to an R&B audience so she might have to go outside of that box and kind of appeal to new listeners who could appreciate songs like in your hands and even her song Angel I still feel like people slept on Angel and I can guarantee you this if Taylor Swift Olivia Rodrigo or Billy Island were to sing a song like Angel or in your hands it would be a Smash If Adele sang songs like these it would be out of here people would be raving about it there shouldn't be any reason why H's song shouldn't blow up honestly but I understand that her audience may not warm up to it right away simply because it's not something that they're used to hearing and it might be boring to them because you know people like generic catchy music they like all the Ratchet stuff but they won't won't listen to a song or a ballot that has substance that's just a sad reality of how things are today but I do hope the song does well for her I really do now I do want to move on and talk about Kanye West over here talking about wanting to smash Nicki Manaj can you believe this now Kanye and Tai doign did an interview with big boy and he revealed that he asked Nicki Minaj's boyfriend at the time Safari if he could do a three-way with him Nikki and his then girlfriend Amber Rose now Nikki did say in her monster verse that she's like I and that is a huge feat for a female rapper actually a rapper period This is why an artist has to have a fan base that puts their money where their mouth is getting love online is cool but online hype doesn't equal sales it doesn't equal ticket sales it doesn't equal streams an online hate doesn't mean an artist is cancelled either I mean look at Kanye West and Nikki regardless of how much controversy surrounds them they still have a fan base that is going to support them not everybody can have that though it takes a lot of years and work and you have to consistently give the people what they want now moving on swii and the rapper YG still seem to be going strong even after the breakup rumors sedi and Y have been dating on the low for a while but a couple of months back it was announced by the shade room that they did break up and they said they broke up because they had some conf conflicts with their scheduling and they both were busy with their careers I don't know if that was the exact reason but somehow someway y managed to weave his way back into sui's life and recently they were on stage together at rolling loud and he confessed his love to sui and her reaction didn't last and I don't see him and sedi Lasting either and I could be wrong but I would be surprised if they actually did it's honestly going to be another on and off situation now last but not least I want to get into this topic and I kind of feel a little ridiculous entertaining it but here we are now black China's Mama Tokyo Tony claims that Tyler and Ice spice are industry plants and they are a part of the Illuminati is that what ice spice was trying to do at the Super Bowl it's not a try she did she did and you know what and I don't care what nobody say cuz I'm always right at the end of the day when it comes to this stuff every time she's an industry plant it's common you came from nowhere your little short no girl no no no uhuh she does seem as when they you just came from anywhere never got one hey how's that possible now what do y'all think about this Tokyo Tony is an interesting character and a lot of times I don't pay her any mind because a lot of the things that come out of her mouth is ridiculous but does she have a point here is ice spice and Tyla nothing more than industry plants is that true or no now personally I do think I spice is a bit of an industry plant and this is no hate towards her for real but her rise was definitely quick and suspect and the same can be said for Tyler even though Tyler has kind of been around in the South African music scene for a few years her rise to success has been pretty fast and it is interesting that she won a Grammy before releasing an official album that is interesting that is worth noting but you know it's no hate towards Tyler and nice spice I do understand that the industry has their choices and their favorites they pick girls with a certain look because they know that they're more marketable to the masses but who knows what types of things or rituals they have to do to get that push who knows I'm not saying that they're doing anything crazy but I'm not saying that they aren't either I think a lot of these artists are dibbling and dabbling into some stuff to get ahead especially the popular ones but I hope Tokyo Tony is wrong about Tyler I hope she doesn't get turned out by the industry like that but unfortunately the industry doesn't care about protecting these artists they only care about using them for their agendas and making money off of them and then they toss them aside when they're of no use anymore and a lot of times the artists end up suffering they become depressed they become hooked on drugs they get into all types of freaky stuff I mean there's a lot that happens and the
