this is legit, was released as a japanese exclusive in 2006
This was mixed by DJ A-Trak, who was his tour DJ at the time, and was also the source for him not actually producing Down and Out for Cam’ron, but it actually being an All Day beat.
Years after it first released in 2010 A-Trak shared a link to it on his website with the following caption:
“This is a mixtape that Kanye’s team had me do for a Japanese label in 2006, hosted by Mr. West himself. It’s a collection of songs that he sampled, flipped my way of course.”
Before this, the mixtape was rare I guess, but was included with a torrent of Kanye’s full discography since at least 2007 which was actually pretty popular, and was on mixtape sites. That’s how I first discovered it.

His commentary throughout the beats and what he likes about them is fuckin classic.
So many more, but this is always a good listen on road trips.. It just flows.
