JTS M12AK-T1 AK47 Shotgun at Atlantic Firearms

everybody's interested in home defense protecting the family going out and harvesting a deer or a boar so that you can feed the family through these troubling times here in Atlantic we heard you we're trying to expand our offerings of home defense and sporting shotguns today we're taking a look at this this is the jts shotgun it is Dave k47 action and pattern shotgun with the Kalashnikov actions got a lot of cool features on it we're going to go over a few of them for you today so you have a better idea of what this shotgun dozen does not offer does have the standard ak-47 style buttstock that you see there does have a rubber butt pad on the back obviously that's nice because shotguns tend to kick so if you want to avoid a short standard ak-47 controls with the safety I had dust cover it's got this a molot style Russian pepper grip that you see there it does have a rather large magazine release which is really nice for popping that mag out don't have to fumble around with a smaller mag it does have a flared magwell a lot of the second weapons originally did not have that they then started to upgrade them obviously by adding those that allows you to install the magazine quicker especially with less fumbling so a really nice standard a.k charging handle it does have the ak-47 style sights that you see there does have an ak-47 front sight does have a generous metal optic rail area that you see here now this is an optional optic that we added on there just so you can see one mounted on it does not come with the gun but you can mount optics if you'd like or use the traditional ak-47 style sights a very solid non cheesy non plastic front em lock rail so if you want to mount all kinds of digits gadgets or other goodies on there you can lasers vertical front pistol grips you know whatever else you the kitchen sink or the blender maybe it I know if you can see this here but it does have a four position adjustable gas system so that's fairly important with this style gun and a lot of the Sager tsegga pattern guns depending on the type of loads that you're using in the weapon you may need to adjust that system it's gonna help the gun cycle better it's also going to reduce your recoil so it's important that you do read the owners information and adjust the system to reflect the shotshells that you're currently cycling through the gun it does have a REM choke end on the gun so if you wanted to add different chokes to the weapon or potentially a muzzle brake you could but it is not threaded like the standard second pattern guns overall you know a solid gun and a reasonable price offers a lot of features and a lot of real estate and obviously would do well for survival needs home defense sporting and otherwise with the magazines you can preload magazines in advance and then obviously it's a quick mag change one of the things that we will often get asked is what about additional magazines or higher capacity magazines we do offer the JT s specific ten round magazine that you see here that is the only magazine that we recommend with the gun and that we've tested with the gun so far who maybe other magazines out there that with some modification may work with the gun but we have not tested other magazines nor can we recommend them we're not aware of any drums that work with a gun at this time again I'm sure that there might be some modifications to other drums on the market but right now we've not tested it and nor can we say that any of them would run overall you know solid gun at a reasonable price with a lot of features if you'd like to check out this shotgun or other survival shotguns visit our website at Atlantic firearms calm and thanks for stopping by and stay safe
