Great suggestion. I don't see it here much, but the whole http://www.exmormonfoundation.org/ site is great, with lots of talks. The great Bob McCue and the fantastic Richard Packham deliver several wonderful talks, along with Grant, the Mattsons, John Larsen and others like Lyndon Lamborn and Ken Clark (both hilarious). Tal Bachman's is also fantastic.
