I’m in Morgantown, West Virginia, home of WVU, and you have to love this song eternally or you will be asked to leave. This is the best version since Mark Strong sang it in “Kingsmen: The Golden Circle.” Thank you for posting it, as I have shared it to all my peeps.

Love the vocals! Very nice and thanks for sharing. The juxtaposition of the video clips with the song was odd to me. I know they weren't doing a West Virginia montage or anything, but the commercial b-roll footage mixed with victorious looking shots of the singer mixed with COVID19 shots felt kind of off, no? (Maybe it's just me! Going to watch it again now to consider that and enjoy the singing.)

It is a really beautiful version, and for anyone who didn't see Jonathan Antoine get his start on Britain's Got Talent, you should check out his audition to see what a thoroughly decent, upstanding fellow he is. The judges of that audition suggested he kick his partner to the curb cuz his voice was better than hers. He wouldn't do it.
Initially I was suspicious those Italians weren't actually singing Country Roads from their balconies, but then I remembered discovering this song was hugely popular in Germany, Israel, Kenya—everywhere I've been, they know it. They actually know a lot of the words. It's amazing, but I guess it's feasible in Italy, too.
