Welcome to Panlasang Pinoy, I'm Vanjo Merano Today we'll be cooking Jollibee inspired Burger Steak together with mushroom gravy and here are the ingredients we need for this recipe here are the ingredients we need for the burger patty here on the other hand is what we need for our mushroom gravy for the burger patty we need gound pork and ground beef, we'll have two mixed together we also need bread crumbs, this is made from tasty bread, crushed using a food processor fresh milk worcestershire sauce onion powder garlic powder ground black pepper and salt for our mushroom gravy we need butter or "mantikilya" beef broth made from microwaved water and beef cube all purpuse flour button mushroom and this egg is an ingredient for our burger patty just so happen I placed it here and here is the complete list of the ingredients with their measurement If you're using you're mobile phones, just get a screen shot so may refer to this when going to the market If you're ready, let's start Let's start mix ground pork and ground beef I use both so our patty would be tasty after mixing, we may now add other ingredients add worcestershire sauce if this is not available, soysauce will do here goes the grounf black pepper or "pamintang durog" here goes the onion powder also the garlic powder and then salt mix all the ingredients well I will also add fresh milk I add this so that the taste of our patty is balanced mix once mixed, we may now add our binder, we have 2 binders here goes our bread crumbs again, this is wheat bread crushed using a food processor that's why this looks like breadcrumbs from the market but store bought bread crumbs would also do but it's better to have just tasty bread, it's would be cheaper, you just have to crush it make sure that this is mixed well our second binder is the egg a piece of egg will do, have it cracked then add this on our mixture continue mixing a binder holds a mixture together without this, our patty will have a tendency to scatter so the breadcrumbs and the egg helps a lot this is now ready, we may start molding our patty use an icre cream scoop for uniformity so that our patty would be similar in size just roll the patty into a ball then press to make a patty I placed a parchment paper here so we could have our patties arranged do this procedure in all of our mixture until everything is consumed now that this is ready, we may start cooking this prepare our pan for frying that's so simple preheat frying pan put cooking oil we'll use just a little bit preheat then fry burger patties cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes for those who prefer this well done, cook for more than 4 minutes but cookinf it longer will make the inside too dry we may now flip this over, then cook it for same period of time, 3-4 minutes prepare a clean plate then transfer afterwards at this point, this is now ready, we may now transfer this ti a clean plate but we're not done yet we still need to cook our mushroom gravy that's what we call to that sauce we put into our burger steak set the burger patties aside now, preheat a saucepan then put some butter melt butter because we still need to saute our button mushroom let the butter melt then put the mushroom right away I'm using bottled button mushroom but canned button mushroom will do you just have to drain this first prior cooking saute for 30 seconds then season with salt mix transfer to a bowl then set aside afterwards you may also season this with ground black pepper if you like let us now cook the gravy put remaining butter melt butter once ready, add the all purpose flour put only half of the flour we have then mix you may notice that this becomes thick also, this turns to brown we wanted this to coaguate somehow so we'll add a little more flour continue this process until the mixture coagulates just like this we may now add our beef broth this broth is a combination of microwaved water and beef cube mix well while doing so, this will start to thicken but the mushroom back when desired consistency is achieved mix and continue cooking for 30 seconds to a minute and then prepare our plate, put some rice and we may start arranging our burger steak we may now top our mushroom gravy here it is our Jollibee inspired Burger Steak with mushroom Gravy let's have a taste let us now give this a try see this, how this looks is really appetizing let us now give this a try so we know how this taste let's eat!
