Johnny Depp & Amber Heard Abuse Claims: Anatomy of a Lie!

hey everyone it's me again been a while huh yeah things have been uh pretty busy over the last few months information evidence and developments in this johnny depp versus amber heard case have been coming at a pretty quick pace as such i kind of migrated more to twitter to analyze and get information out at an equal pace because well videos take a long time for me to produce if you're interested below i do apologize in advance if the sound quality is subpar i record these sometimes in their entirety sometimes in sections just whenever i can i don't have noise reducing equipment or anything like that it's 100 degrees the ac is running full speed and we have two new playful pubs so yeah i'll do my best to get clean sound but no promises so let's get to what this video is about as you may or may not know johnny depp is currently suing ex-wife amber hurt for defamation for her op-ed she pinned in the washington post stating that she is a and i quote public figure representing domestic abuse this of course referencing her previous allegations of abuse at the hands of johnny depp allegations that were unsubstantiated and ultimately dropped with prejudice meaning she cannot refile since the beginning of the defamation suit johnny has amassed 87 surveillance videos 31 witnesses and counting and an ever-growing list of evidence all of which not only proving he was never abusive to amber but that she was the actual abuser in the relationship amber always publicly stating that she will not be silenced especially when seeking justice filed a motion to dismiss the case a motion which failed make of that what you will it should also be noted that along with amber's motion to dismiss she submitted no new witness testimony her only witness as of the time of me recording this is amber herself now she did resubmit her two previous witness declarations from 2016 those two being her close friends i'll tell it right and raquel pennington i use the word witness very loosely because neither have testified to have seen johnny be abusive at any time also if you're interested my first videos i made debunk the claims made in each of their purgeris declarations so if you want to check those out i'll link them below but let's get back to the task at hand publicly only a few of the 87 surveillance videos have been seen so far thanks to certain media outlets who were willing to cover them and to all the people on twitter and other social medias who are willing to share and discuss them some of these surveillance videos like many of the currently available witness testimonies deserve their own video breakdowns and analysis of these testimonies there are witnesses who testified to amber being without injury following any of her allegations of abuse johnny not being abusive in any way amber confessing to them the abuse she committed against johnny and some even witnessing firsthand amber physically verbally and emotionally abusing johnny depp even documenting his injuries as i said so many of these deserve their own complete breakdown some of which i have plans to do in the future especially amber testifying and admitting under oath to multiple violent and abusive assaults against johnny yes you heard me correctly that actually happened my goal here is to work our way from the events of may 21 2016 to may 27th and beyond if necessary and to use these testimonies various surveillance video clips hard evidence and a little common sense to help demonstrate what i believe to be the more likely scenario and situation that occurred that week in this video i'll show you security surveillance footage from the eastern columbia building in los angeles where amber and johnny resided at the time of the allegations made by amber in may of 2016. i'll be breaking down the footage identifying who and what can be seen what cannot be seen comparing it to other video surveillance footage from the same week citing witness testimony relating to the footage and also use other pieces of evidence to show how i make sense of it and hopefully help you better understand it as well i will keep all observations and speculation as always rooted in facts so here we go i suppose the best place to start is at the beginning then bounce around as necessary amber heard alleged that on saturday may 21st 2016 johnny depp threw a phone at close range as hard as he could which struck her in the face then proceeded to pull her hair and grab and strike her face violently and repeatedly causing injuries described by amber and raquel as red bruised swollen and getting progressively worse as time went on leading to these alleged injury photos claimed to be taken on that night and throughout the week until this very public courthouse outing on may 27th just one day before the alleged injury along with her somber demeanor disappeared altogether i could spend an entire video comparing each of the photos to the next and pointing out how none of these alleged injuries are consistent with each other and in time i might do just that as i was saying amber's first public appearance that week did not come until may 27th but it wasn't the only time she was photographed that week on sunday may 22nd less than 24 hours after amber alleged she was abused leaving her with a bruised and swollen face this picture was taken and posted to instagram by amber's friend amanda day cadeney on that day amber was attending amanda's birthday party as you can see some of amber's hair is covering a portion of her face that portion being on the right side the side in which the alleged injuries would later be displayed i know what you're probably thinking was this coincidence or purposely done well we can circle back to that in a bit but i do want to point out that this picture post was deleted on may 27th shortly before amber's public court outing i'll let you think on that as we continue so i want to figure out or at least make sense of how we got from here to here in the days following the incident again i'll be asking common sense questions some of them i can even provide the answer to with evidence witness testimony and video footage i'll start here wednesday may 25th 2016 two days before making her first public appearance since the may 21st incident i'll pause this video along the way to explain who people are in their relationship a role as it relates to amber and to point out what i feel are important notes i'll just wait for everyone to board the elevator and go ahead and pause it right here starting right here this is whitney heard amber heard's younger sister by two years i find her involvement in this very interesting and i'm very curious as to what she would say if she were able to tell the whole truth i say this because from this video footage and more that you'll see whitney was around amber often and in the days following the incident also in amber's most recent filing in her motion to dismiss she names whitney as being present during a march 2015 argument she was having with johnny in which she says whitney stepped between them before amber admitted to punching johnny in the face to prevent any attacks she feared johnny might attempt against her and i quote baby sister amber included a snippet of her 2016 deposition which she admits to this and yes these are actual faces she made while telling the story interesting though that in amber's recent filing she lies by saying this protection of her baby sister was the only time she ever hit johnny she seems to have left out the parts of her deposition in which she admits under oath to multiple attacks against johnny and refusing to answer under oath if she was ever abusive to her baby sister whitney but that's okay if she doesn't want to go over it i will in the near future so i can't help but find it intriguing that her baby 30 year old sister wasn't on her witness list in 2016 and has yet to give any testimony moving on this is raquel pennington one of amber's best friends and a neighbor at the time of the incident she was living in one of johnny's five penthouses rent free with her then fiance now ex-husband josh drew you may recall raquel's 2016 declaration being a primary talking point of my two-part video the questions you should be asking okay so here we have someone i've previously mentioned in this video amanda descadene yep the same friend whose birthday party amber attended less than 24 hours after the alleged may 21st incident another name not on amber's 2016 witness list nor to my knowledge has she given any sort of testimony next we have a disheveled looking amber herd still the only one standing outside of the elevator and finally we have melanie in glacis i hope i'm pronouncing that correctly this is another good friend of ambers but her friendship with amber isn't what i find to be the most interesting fact about her what i do find interesting is that she is a professional makeup artist she was also named by amber in her recent filing most prominently when describing the december 2015 incident in which amber alleged she received the worst beating of the relationship one which caused her to fear for her life if you recall amber claimed that johnny punched her hard repeatedly pulled clumps of hair from her scalp tried to suffocate her and using his entire body weight headbutted her in the face nearly breaking her nose causing it to bleed on impact busting her lip open and blacking both eyes melanie was amber's makeup artist for her appearance on the late late show with james corden the next afternoon again less than 24 hours later she even took to instagram to post about it to this day i've seen no testimony from melanie but it should be noted that several people have testified that amber had no such injuries the next day in december and the days that followed including estate manager kevin murphy and amber's own stylist samantha mcmillan who both testified to having seen amber close up and without makeup with absolutely no sign of injury the day after the alleged brutal assault security member travis mcgivern who escorted the family to the airport for their christmas getaway to johnny's island testified to have seen no sign of the devastating injuries or sign of any injury on amber the island manager tara roberts testified the same side note and for a future video both travis and tara have also testified to witnessing first-hand amber physically and verbally abuse johnny both of whom during each respective incident had to interfere just to help temporarily stop the abuse but let's get back to may 25th there are so many points i want to make pertaining to this video and the people and actions in it because i genuinely feel like this was following a very big turning point in the week and i'll get to that turning point later on in the video first let's rewind a few seconds i want you to pay attention primarily to the actions of amber who seems in my personal opinion disheveled and seeming a bit what's the best way to put this mentally out of sorts disconnected confused or even potentially under the influence as we go over this focus on her actions her body language and posture then to those of her friends around her i might have to rewind it and pause it at times or even sidestep to other moments to better prove a point and link it all together because there's actually quite a bit to discuss even if it doesn't look like it so to start we have everyone boarding the elevator while amber stands outside carrying some items in her hand and a shoulder bag look closely at amber as whitney boards she puts something some object in her mouth to hold it while she fumbles through her bag as the others continue to hold the door for her and wait once amber has found what she's looking for apparently something to eat she attempts to take a bite but as she raises the food to her mouth in her seemingly confused state she actually forgets that there's something already in there that she's biting down on holding with her teeth preventing her from taking the bite something she had just placed in her mouth mere seconds ago which leads me to my first side step trinity esparza whose testimony deserves its own in-depth video works at the front desk in the building and testified to having a few unusual interactions with amber throughout her time there one such interaction came around thanksgiving 2016 she testified to amber being very out of it upset and kind of a mess and that she was dropping things and swaying back and forth during this interaction amber came downstairs to ask trinity if she could fob amber up to the mezzanine level which is where the parking garage can be accessed even though as a resident amber has her own fob trinity also testified that she feared amber might drive in her seemingly inebriated state this was also around the time that she testified to witnessing on the elevator security camera amber with her friend cara delevingne and future ex-boyfriend elon musk who had been witness coming to visit amber late nights during her marriage and while johnny was out of the country the trio were riding the elevator up and down and then seemingly confusingly unable to operate it properly to get back to the penthouse level gave up and finally took the stairs back to this may 25th video after amber figures out she already has something in her mouth she removes it to take a bite of her food as everyone else continues to wait melanie steps forward to attempt to help amber pick through the parts of it she doesn't seem to like not meaning this as an insult but almost like a mother tending to a picky toddler who doesn't like their meal as she carefully helps amber pick through her food amber takes a piece of it and just throws it over her shoulder onto the floor the rest of it she begins to pile up on what looks like a tissue so melanie can wrap it up and dispose of it for her again like a mother to a toddler second sidestep if you've watched my other videos or followed this case you're aware that a month earlier than this footage amber angry that johnny was late to her birthday party punched him in the face threw his phone and wallet off the balcony and after he escaped her she left poop on his side of the bed a mess which the maid found the next day while amber her sister and friends raquel melanie and amber's assistant savannah mcmillan went to coachella amber now claims the poop was from her dog but the estate manager kevin murphy who was informed by the maid and went to see it in person testify to it being human poop not from her four-pound teacup yorkie he also testified to amber confessing to him that it was a harmless prank either way amber clearly isn't a stranger to leaving messes for others to clean up back to the video amber leaves her mess on the floor and finally boards meandering with slump posture to the back of the elevator and propping herself against it as the video plays and the elevator makes its way down from the penthouse level we have discussion among some of the adults who seem to be tending to her they are making their way to the mezzanine level which allows access to the private parking garage attached to the building [Music] [Music] when the doors open on the mezzanine level amanda de cadene peeks out and looks both ways as if to see if the coast is clear she stands in the hallway while others hold the door open as more discussion is had amber attempts to step forward looking confused as to whether she is getting off at this point amanda gets back on the elevator as they've decided now to go down to the first floor which houses the main lobby it looks like along the way as everyone turns toward amber more careful discussion and perhaps instructions are being given directly to her there are a few chuckles and smiles as they go and upon arrival amanda departs amber again seeming confused attempts to leave the elevator but is held up and staggers back as melanie reenters the elevator amber again attempts to leave it only to be stopped for a third time from here raquel uses the fob to operate the elevator melanie and whitney have a good laugh and the group finally departs on the mezzanine level amber would appear in public two days later outside of an la county court still looking just as confused and even more solemn sporting a now very visible dark mark on her right cheek which was meant to be a bruise from her alleged injuries days earlier which leads me to my next point and a bit of a biology lesson this is a chart and description by medicalnewstoday.com showing the common life cycle of a bruise so before i even get to the testimony and video evidence i just want to point out that we are being led to believe that a phone being thrown as hard as it can be at amber's face and then being repeatedly violently struck in the face caused not only these distinctly different variations of marks but went from red and swollen to blue black or purple to green to brown to gone in just under one week okay with that out of the way let's get to the video on testimony assuming that this was the day before the mark completely disappeared from her face it's safe to say that any time during the days before this the mark would have been larger darker and much more discolored and certainly more noticeable so has anyone come forward yet to testify that they saw injuries to amber's face during the week leading up to this no no they have not quite the opposite actually several people have testified to seeing and interacting with amber up close and in good light the night of in the days following the incident including the domestic violence trained officers melissa sainz and tyler hadden who were called to the scene the night of testifying that amber had no injuries nor was there any property damage amber and raquel claimed was done to the penthouses then there is neighbor isaac baruch i really hope i'm pronouncing that correctly as well who saw amber the day after on may 22nd and more days that week also testifying that amber appearing to be completely makeup free had absolutely no marks swelling or injury of any kind during his face-to-face interactions with her also testifying to seeing amber up close with no sign of injury was cornelius harrell who works as a concierge at the building's front desk and then there's of course trinity esparza who testified to seeing amber in person up close and in good light and also on surveillance cameras on may 23rd 24th and 25th every interaction testifying to seeing amber without any injuries or marks before seeing amber on the day she made her public appearance outside the la court on may 27th and we'll go into that in much more detail with some footage that coincides with their testimony shortly but finally we have one more witness who has recently been thrown into the mix james franco yes that james franco and here's why as you can see this footage was captured on may 22nd 2016 around 11 pm the night following the incident here we have amber late at night barefoot in a nightgown and overcoat taking the elevator down make note of how she seems to be deliberately attempting to hide her face with her hair and turning her back to the camera she seems very aware of where it is on the elevator [Music] she exits on the mezzanine level remember the level that attaches to the parking garage she is off the elevator for about 35 seconds before returning with who we now know to be james franco notice how he keeps his head down and walks straight to the camera in the corner before turning away from it while amber backs up to him as to not be seen by the camera either [Music] [Music] they snuggle on the way up before leaving the elevator on the penthouse level where amber and johnny lived and johnny owned all five penthouses in the hall on this level something i want to point out i went back and paused it here because as amber is turning to enter the elevator she must have momentarily forgotten that her face can be seen her smiling face showing no signs of marks bruises or injuries she claims to have suffered the night before adding a high profile witness does make things a bit more interesting however i'm not holding my breath that franco will do the right thing and tell the truth about a then married woman he was seemingly having a secret affair with and who probably has more dirt on him than we know after all this is the same james franco who has been repeatedly accused for years by multiple women and girls of sexual predation assault and misconduct oddly enough this is the only time amber attempted to hide her face from the camera she clearly knows is there not because of her alleged injuries or lack thereof but because she was sneaking another man into the penthouse while we're on the topic of amber's late night penthouse visitors i want to add a little post-edit addendum because i feel like this is extremely relevant and will become increasingly so as this moves forward as you know several building staff members had face-to-face interactions with amber the week following the may 21st incident all of them testifying to seeing her clear-faced and injury-free in the days leading up to her may 27th public appearance i think it's very important to note that trinity did in fact testify to seeing noticeable marks and bruises on amber and i know what you're thinking well that's huge that's very important possibly damning evidence and to that i say you're absolutely right these injuries included bruises on her neck which look like hand and finger marks and a visible mark on her cheek however that mark was now on the left side of her face not the right side that she had previously put on display so when did trinity see these genuine injuries according to her testimony about two weeks after the may 21st incident placing the date of witnessing these new injuries in early june this time frame matches up with the testimony given by the building's general manager brandon patterson on june 9th amber now with a visible cut bruise and injury around her cheek and i met with trinity and brandon to attempt to get them to give a statement to none other than her friend and source at people magazine to retract any reports or statements about the building staff seeing absolutely no injuries or marks on amber in the week following the may 21st incident basically trying to get them to live to the media for her you know the media where she continues to claim she doesn't want any of this to take place in trinity and brandon both declined so why is it so important that both trinity and brandon saw these new injuries around this time well this was more than a week after amber had already displayed her alleged bruise on her right cheek not the left on may 27th and then her incredible healing abilities on may 28th and we know that johnny after attending the may 23rd alice premier in la took off to tour in europe with his band the hollywood vampires and wouldn't return to the us until july ruling out any interaction he could have potentially had with her so where did these new injuries come from well that's a great question i'm glad you asked there was someone who amber was having many overnight interactions with during the time she received the new injuries none other than her future ex-boyfriend elon musk you see elon's late night visits to amber date back as early as march of 2015 according to the testimony of alex romero who worked a night shift in the building elon was coming to the penthouses while johnny was out of the country filming the latest pirates movie these secret visits happening late at night usually around 11 or midnight alex shift would end at 1am at which time elon would still be in the penthouse with amber so how often did elon make a habit of coming to see amber while johnny wasn't home well according to alex's testimony a few times a week this testimony mirrors trinity's when she was asked if she could recall other times elon would visit amber her answer was simply there are many times so did any of these visits happen to fall around the time that these left cheek injuries and neck bruises appeared yes according to trinity's testimony she personally fobbed elon to the mezzanine level where his car was parked the morning after he had spent the night with amber i say this because according to their testimony per amber's instructions alex romero opened the garage gate for elon the night before while on his 4 pm to 1 am shift and trinity let him out the following morning during her shift trinity even described his physical appearance as looking tired with messy hair like he had just woken up so when was this specific visit well trinity testified that this visit occurred sometime during the week of may 21st or during the following week of may 28th in trying to recall she said she thinks there were several times elon did this during this span of time which makes sense considering that he visited a few times a week whenever johnny was away and with johnny being in europe with his band he was definitely away by using sworn testimony we've discovered several of these late night overnight visits by elon to the penthouse even placing him there the week starting may 28th a week ending in early june roughly two weeks after the alleged incident the same time that amber would be seen with her new injuries a very visible mark on her left cheek this time and bruises resembling hand and finger marks on her neck so throughout their relationship after interactions with johnny nobody saw marks or bruises of any kind on amber but after interactions with regular visitor elon noticeable marks and bruising and before you say okay but do you have more proof i'm getting to that as you may know amber and elon would later become an on-again off-again item for the next couple of years but were clearly hanging out publicly during the summer of her abuse allegations in july of 2016 they were staying at the same hotel in miami with amber and her sister whitney even using elon's room for privacy of course or so they say the future couple would then be seen leaving the same club in london on august 3rd 2016 and next we have a shot of amber arriving back in l.a on august 12th a day before she finally showed up for her deposition and just a little more than a week after being spotted with elon note these marks that to me look like some kind of a friction burn and finally a fading bruise on the neck about the size of a finger so who created the real marks on amber's face and neck in june we know it wasn't johnny who had left la weeks earlier on tour what we do know for certain is how these injuries got there is just one more question amber heard and elon musk will have to answer when their depositions are finally taken in johnny's defamation case and now back to amber sneaking james franco into the building on may 22nd just earlier that day less than 24 hours after the alleged incident cornelius harrell had interacted with amber face to face and up close he testified to have interacted with amber around 1pm on may 22nd and that if she was wearing any makeup it was very minimal even going as far as to say she looked refreshed and radiant he also testified that she did not appear to be injured or have any signs of injuries and that nothing about her face was out of the ordinary as a matter of fact i'm going to play a series of never before seen surveillance videos showing their interaction on that day here we have amber entering the elevator alone on may 22nd around 1pm again less than 24 hours after the incident note that she is making no attempt to cover her face as she enters nor is she placing her back to the camera in order to hide it just casually writing it down as she uses her phone before exiting on the first floor where the front desk is located [Music] and here she is approaching cornelius who is sitting behind the front desk you can see that the lighting is very good and that he was telling the truth when he testified that he saw her and observed her in good light and up close with no marks or injuries by the way if this outfit looks familiar it should this is the same outfit she was wearing in amanda day catney's instagram post from that day and notice how amber doesn't seem too concerned with placing her hair in front of her face even exposing that entire side of her face to cornelius showing her radiant and refreshed complexion [Music] [Music] do [Music] according to his testimony she was there to pick up a package and here they are entering the package room cornelius testified that she had a number of packages waiting on her but was only there to pick up a specific one wine and as you can see here even when leaning into the tiny room with him she makes no attempt to hide her face nor are there any signs of the injuries she alleged to have received and during this entire interaction amber seems to be alert talkative and in good spirits from here she gets back on the elevator and takes it up to the mezzanine level [Music] [Music] once there she heads out the doors to the parking garage presumably on her way to amanda's birthday party where this photo would be taken and later deleted moments before her public courthouse appearance so why did she have her hair in front of part of her face here but made no effort to do so anywhere else during the day is it just the way the hair failed before the photo or was it purposely done i'll give my thoughts during my final rundown of how i believe this week actually went next we have this footage from a couple of days later tuesday may 24th just three days after the incident and also three days before her public outing and when one might expect her alleged injuries or bruises to be at peak visibility this footage was originally reported on by the blast.com here we see amber whitney and raquel taking the elevator down to the first floor a little after 9pm as you can see not only does amber not try to hide her face she actually has her hair pulled back exposing what looks to be a makeup free right side of her face with zero signs of injury again with everyone seeming to be in a good mood and here they are returning a couple of hours later sometime after 11 pm amber's hair still behind her ear exposing her uninjured face everyone seeming to have a good time raquel carrying a very large bottle of wine that has already been on court i'm assuming because they had already been drinking from it [Music] they take the elevator up to the penthouse level and after a brief stop to take a phone call exit [Music] i do want to back this video up really quick to these couple of playful looking screenshots trinity esparza when recounting what she saw in surveillance footage that night testified to having witnessed this take place and also something from the mezzanine hallway camera as the women came back and just before the elevator door opened she testified to seeing whitney pretend to punch amber in the face and then they all laughed about it unfortunately i don't have that footage right now but i wanted to give you some context as to what was happening just before these doors opened and why they were all laughing the next bit of footage actually happens on the same day as this footage that i showed you previously in the video just earlier in the day on may 25th again two days before her public may 27th brews showcase outing here we see amber raquel and someone else we haven't got to talk about yet first i want to point out how amber again appears to be makeup free with no sign of injury she seems to be very alert talkative and interacting with others a far cry from the disheveled slump shouldered and lugubrious look and body language she would have just a few hours later [Music] once amber exits and her friends wait by the elevator she approaches the front desk where trinity esparza is sitting amber is giving the penthouse key to trinity so she can give it to the housekeeper for her so here we see trinity esparza witnessing amber up close and injury-free on may 25th trinity also testified to having seen amber on may 23rd and 24th injury-free as well although it's worth noting that trinity finally did see amber with what seemed to be injuries on may 27th the day amber went to the la court to seek her dvro however the injury trinity described was not this round brown looking bruise on her cheek but rather a red and pink mark and cut around the eye a much closer resemblance to this alleged injury i'll let this footage play out it shows a clear-faced amber getting back on the elevator with her friends before exiting on the mezzanine level with her box of items [Music] [Music] now i want to talk about this friend of ambers her name is laura divaneer she is a good friend of ambers and she was the interior designer for the former couple's penthouses from july 2014 to sometime in 2016. she has recently given her testimony she testified that she was with amber frequently on the days following the may 21st abuse allegations including at least may 23rd 24th and 25th she also testified to seeing amber on those days with absolutely no signs of abuse in fact she testified to having never seen amber at any point in time have any signs of abuse or injury and even though she also knows raquel io and amber's sister whitney that none of them have ever mentioned anything about abuse i cannot stress enough that this is a friend of ambers who still considers her friend to this day i want to point out that in all this footage we see no signs of injuries on amber and before you say well what about this dark shadowy looking spot well that's exactly what it is a shadow that grows and shrinks disappears and reappears in concert with the light around it and her movements just look at this one for example you still think it's a bruise well you shouldn't because that's whitney not amber the same can be said about everyone don't mistake shadows for bruises even amber's left side cast the same shadow and it wasn't even the alleged injured side and this is amber in a clear photograph with the same shadow being cast beneath her cheek so how did we get from here to here and back again well allow me to explain how i see it using evidence testimony footage and a little common sense i know this has been long but bear with me i'll make this as quick as i can but i gotta do it right keep in mind this is what i believe happened based on all the facts available and there are a lot of facts out there at this point saturday may 21st 2016 after amber and her friends poorly executed hulk's attempt failed they all sat down while speaking with amber's lawyer samantha spector and with her guidance came up with an alternate version of what happened that night basically since johnny left telling amber that he wanted a divorce more on that in a second amber her friends and her lawyer had to act fast so she threatened johnny and his highly valued privacy with lies about public allegations of abuse unless of course he gave in to her demands you see on monday may 23rd amber knowing johnny intended to divorce her and most likely with the advice of her lawyer beat him to it she filed citing irreconcilable differences while sending this well let's just call it what it looks like an extortion letter to johnny's team she demanded three of the multi-million dollar penthouses with all expenses and utilities paid for including the one raquel and josh drew had been living in rent free she also demanded the range rover and fifty thousand dollars a month with such monthly expenses like ten thousand a month for gifts vacations and entertainment and two divorce proceedings where more money and a more complete divorce settlement could be discussed so here's how i see it plan a threaten her victim with public humiliation and hopes he will give her everything she wants by giving a ridiculously fast deadline in the meantime she lived her life going to parties drinking dinner hanging with friends and secret lovers you know just everyday stuff walking around seemingly confident that this would work making sure to cover her face and photos just in case the hoax ever had to be taken that far but not really banking on it also not banking on what surveillance videos neighbors building staff and friends would testify to seeing or not seeing plan b try to win johnny back or at least sweet talk him and blame others for the extortion letter in hopes that he'll sign it in time i say this was plan b because that's what amber attempted just hours after this late night footage you saw amber text johnny early in the morning on may 25th in these texts amber attempts to play the good guy by throwing her lawyers under the bus blaming them for the threats of domestic abuse and the letter with the quick deadline stating that she wasn't aware of it and he could take as long as he wants she even preys on his privacy again by saying that she filed and it is private and would most likely stay that way unless he filed as well which the way i see it is attempting to take away any ability for him to do anything except take her back or sign her privacy demands she says things like they can do or undo this as they see fit and that they love each other that she thought he filed and that he said he was going to before saying goodbye essentially blaming him for her filing but also admitting that it was johnny who decided the marriage was over not her and that he didn't leave while screaming and breaking everything he could while she cowered under raquel's protection as they had lied about in their declarations she ends by saying she is sorry if she hurt him and she has nothing but love for him weird not fear not disdain not bitterness instead nothing but love so the story that she resolved to leave him not true at all she was actually attempting to get him back while also painting herself as an unwilling unknowing participant in this abuse and extortion hoax in hopes if he did end up leaving her he would see her as a loving caring wife and still hopefully give her everything she demanded because well she had already filed and the letter had been sent so her hands were tied right well she was right about one thing if johnny filed anything privacy was out the window so that's exactly what he did he confirmed he wanted a divorce by filing his response and request for the dissolution of the marriage amber wasn't getting what she demanded nor was she getting her victim back so she and her friends lavish lifestyles were about to change even though she and her friends had laid the groundwork for the abuse hoax i don't think they ever imagined they would need to take it that far or make full use of it sometime between this may 25th footage of a talkative alert and confident looking amber and this footage of a slump shouldered quiet and somber amber came the news that it was indeed over and johnny was not caving to her demands and she no longer had control of him this meant the only option she had left was to go forward with the abuse hoax enter photographer friend amanda day catenae and makeup artist friend melanie glacis to help sneak out a seemingly out of it amber heard so that the media who were undoubtedly piling up outside the building wouldn't get any photos of her uninjured face until they figured out the next step in the plan and i know some are already thinking well maybe melanie was there to help cover the bruises with makeup so amber's alleged injuries wouldn't show and to that i have a couple of points if they really wanted to help amber hide her face even in addition to makeup why is her hair still pulled up because we know what it looks like when amber doesn't want her face to be seen just ask james franco plus this is whitney melanie and amanda arriving shortly before they all left together notice how they have nothing in hand aside from cell phones keys or a small wallet now don't you think melanie wouldn't take for granted that amber would just happen to have all the makeup she would possibly need to completely cover an injury if that is actually what she was called over there to do or would melanie bring her own kit like a professional makeup artist so that she know she has everything needed right then and there pictures of alleged inconsistent injuries would have to be produced none of which time stamped or with metadata any postings of amber happy and lively from days earlier had to be deleted she would have to make sure the people who would eventually testify to not seeing her with injury saw some form of injury the same day she would be paraded out the front door of the la county court by her lawyer for a wave of media to see bruise check jewelry removed and hair straightened with a long black funeral dress for added sympathy check sad confused and tired-eyed expression check best friend ducking down so the media can get a good shot of you crying well for a little bit anyway check almost immediately new articles ran with her allegations social media platforms were calling for a boycott of johnny's new alice in wonderland film both celebrities names were trending amber's for support and johnny's for those calling to cancel him and just like that overnight things changed the very next day after meeting with her lawyer her alleged injury was completely gone her somber demeanor vanished and she cackled clutching raquel closely as they laughed maniacally down the sidewalk the hoax had worked when she couldn't just quietly privately control him to get into her demands when she couldn't win him back when it was obvious he had had enough and was done she shifted gears played the part of the victim wrongfully painted him as the abuser for nearly three years and by stepping on the backs of real victims in the wake of the time's up and me too movements attempted to ruin him johnny denied then and continues to deny amber's allegations of abuse he has opened up about the damage this has done personally professionally and emotionally and has been mocked for it mocked by the self-appointed seekers of righteousness and truth mocked by those who would rather kick a man while he's down for a good laugh and social media likes than listen to what he has to say but i can see the conversation shifting a conversation that includes all victims and it's encouraging with that i'm gonna wrap this video up thanks so much
