Yeah we lost a national treasure that day. Only celebrity I was honestly upset about hearing about their death - until Robin Williams of course.

There was something truly fucked about Steve Irwin dying. His conservation efforts were incredible and it's hugely damaging that it's been halted. The state and federal governments aren't doing fuck-all to help any that's for sure.
Pity everyone had to be a dickhead about being on the giant screen. They try to get a few captures of people sad and reflective and in every shot there's some fuckwit going "hey... hey... poke... look, youre on that big tv!". Just leave it alone, fuck.
