steel drum fan and it's a lot of people who they think of them as just the holiday Lounge act in Freeport but this man knows how to play them and from Trinidad my good friend Mr Robert Greenwich on the steel drum thank you this is a song that uh it has its origins in the Caribbean and its realities in Texas I used to live in Key West and commute All Over Texas to play colleges because I couldn't get a job in Florida in those days so this song is a representative of that time so I thought it's apropos to start out with it's called I got a Caribbean soul I can barely control at some Texas
