Jasmine Guy talks about a different world Kadeem and I have great chemistry because I think we were good friends and we had we had a common goal in making that relationship work it was a survival of our characters it was a a a selfish goal as well as a a goal for the show they wanted those characters to get together after the first season and even know for me I thought why you know I was trying to figure out based on how we were we were creating Whitley why she would be with Dwayne Wayne or why she would like him but now I understand that watching the Journey of those two come together was interesting deep Primo deep if I could kind of duplicate a Dwayne Wayne in my real life I probably would have been married to a Dwayne Wayne Kadeem says that Dwayne Wayne was created by a bunch of women because there were many times he'd be like nah no I'm not I wouldn't have done that or I wouldn't have gone after her I wouldn't have said those words you know but because of that we were able to kind of find a mutual uh ground where we could fall in where these characters Could Fall In Love because if you look at just the facts there's no reason why Dwayne would really like Whitley or why Whitley would like wine you know based on the facts so the rest of it was on us was the blood we added the blood how we going to get from point A to point B you know but I love Kadeem and working with him was always a joy because I could say anything I'd be like I don't believe that who you looking at why why aren't you looking at Whitley you supposed to be looking at Whitley at this party aren't you oh yeah okay you know and usually actors don't like to hear from other actors like that but we were on a mission a mission accomplished a different world week nights 76 Central only on bouns TV ourway
