Is the Biaggi Zipsack Boost the best underseat carryon of 2023?

hi everyone my name is Anita and this is five minute travel so hi everyone and welcome back to my channel I'm glad that you're all here today so today I'm going to be doing a very simple video this is a video about a bag now I am not sponsored by this company I only show you guys things on my Channel that I use myself so today I'm going to be showing you a bag and then a couple of other things that I put in my bag that I've used for the last year and a half or so and I thought they would be nice just to show you guys a little bit about how I travel so the bag I'm going to show you today is called the Biagi zip sack expandable under seat bag and the reason that I love this bag is because of two things it solves a couple of problems for me and the first problem it solves for me is storage space I don't know about you but I have a shelf in my garage that is full of many many suitcases duffel bags roller bags carry-ons different kinds of bags that I have bought for different lengths and types of trips now this bag is nice because when you get it in the mail it looks like this now when they first sent this to me I thought truly that they had made a mistake I thought they had sent me a packing Cube instead of the actual bag but no this is the actual bag itself so you can see immediately how this would solve the problem of storage these can stack and they can stack multiples in a pretty small space so that's the first problem that this bag solves that I really really really like now the other problem that this bag solves is for me personally sometimes I leave on vacation with just the stuff I need but when I come home I've purchased things out of the country and I don't often have enough room to take them home either I am sitting on my bag trying to zip it shut and it's bursting or I end up having to buy another bag when I'm overseas to bring stuff home that I've purchased so this bag solves this problem and I'm going to show you why right now when the bag first arrives it looks like this it looks like a packing Cube It's amazing how small this thing is but you have to put it together but it is so easy you just simply unzip around the edge and when you open it up you can see the bag itself and the wheels here now all you do to kind of get it to put together is you flip it over like this and the first thing you need to do is bring the rim of the zipper around the sides of the corners like this and that will make it so that you can zip it all together and put the bag in a position so that it will be packable for you now once you've done this now one of the things that I thought about this bag too is you now have this interesting little compartment at the bottom I was thinking this would be a great place to put copies of your passports your credit cards anything like that that you don't need to access but you want to have it in a secure spot so that you can access in case you lose any of those things just a thought on my part so once you you have this pulled up all you do is you pull around the side like this and you flip it over and you go ahead and you zip it together and honestly this is such an easy process to do um so once you have it all zipped around like that then the actual bag reveals itself so you grab the handles and you pull it up and you have a very nice compact bag now what I'm going to do is I'm going to put the things into it that I take along when I go but before I do that I want to show you some of the features of this bag there's a nice zippered compartment here inside the main compartment from the top there are two small zippered bags on the side so that if you have small things that you don't want to get lost in the bottom of your bag they're right there there are two small compartments in the front that have lots of space and these are places maybe you could put a small iPad or if you have a really small laptop those could fit in there for your documents and anything else that you need but the one thing that I love about this bag is the way that you can pack it so that you can see everything all at once if you open it up from this area right here you can see the entire inside of the bag like this so you can have it standing up on its side and have everything in here stacked now when I pack a regular suitcase I stand it up on its side and I pack it this way but this bag is designed in exactly the same way so what I'm going to do right now is I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to pack this bag in the way that I like to pack it one of the things that's nice is you can access the main compartment either with the zipper across the top or this zipper that unzips around the perimeter of the front edge and I love it because you can just open it up and you've got your interior space right here now Biagi sells a packing Cube that fits with this bag now I know that this one comes for free with this bag but if you want more you can buy more I just need one because in this Biagi packing bag packing Cube I can fit right now I in here I have two pairs of pants two skirts two dresses I have six tops and I also have a lightweight jacket it fits a lot and I'm going to a warm climate this year so I'm not going to need a lot in the way of warm clothing so everything I need for a full week is right in here in this packing Cube and it is designed to fit right here in the bottom of this bag as well as all the other bags they sell so I can go ahead and get that in there first now there's some other things I'm going to take obviously this is another packing Cube set that I use these are from Eagle Creek I love their packing cubes I've had this one for about five years now and it still is like new I wash it occasionally and it still looks really good it's held together super useful I've gotten my money's worth so this one has my underwear my socks a couple bras it's you know just got those little things that you want to be able to take along to but keep separate from your main clothing I also have two different kinds of makeup carriers that I use and I'm going to show these to you as well I've used both of these for a couple of years now this one is my personal favorite it is a little makeup bag that looks like this when it's opened up it has all of my makeup in here it has my powders my tweezers my Q-tips and everything there's little compartments around the side and when you're ready to pack it away and it's not sitting on a counter somewhere you simply pull it up like this and the whole thing just sits like this in your case so this one's perfect because it can fit right here in the side of my bag next to my carry-on next to my um small packing Cube and just sitting on top of my large packing Cube now another makeup bag I'll show you too is this one this is one that I use sometimes if I'm hosteling or going places that are a little more casual or maybe you're just like a throw it in and go girl and you just don't need to have everything all perfectly in little compartments this one is great you throw everything in here and then you go like that and it all just comes together and it is in this so these are a couple makeup cases that I really like that I've both used both of them this one I've used for about two years this one I've used for a little over a year and I like them both they're just good in different circumstances so this one will not be going with me this summer just because this one fits so much better in this particular bag that I'm going to use now the last thing I'm going to to pack in here are some shoes so I've got just my little walk around everyday shoes here that I like to wear when I'm walking around in Europe they've got a nice cushion on the bottom and they fit me really well now I also want to fit in a pair of sandals but to do that more easily I'm going to close up this front flap here and I'm going to open the top compartment because now I can just take these shoes and I can just slip them right up here in the top it's a little easier than trying to wedge them in above the other things that are in there already now what I've just put in here for me is perfect for a week or two I am a washing girl I will also do hand laundry and I will make it so that I can make this bag last me for weeks if I need to but if I want to bring another packing Cube or if you're like me and you want to bring things home from Europe this would be tight if I were to buy any more clothing or souvenirs I don't think I would be able to fit them in here but this is reason number two that I love this bag because it is expandable and it is expandable in a way that most suitcases are not expandable this second zipper here around the bottom unzips like this all the way around now you can picture in your mind I've got the big packing Cube the little packing Cube my makeup case and two pairs of shoes and they fit right up to the top but what you can do with this case is really kind of cool you you take hold of the handles at the top you unzip that zipper and you shake it and it expands and gives you about six to eight more inches now feeling here my stuff now ends right about here and I have this entire section on top I could get another packing Cube and pack double the amount of clothes that I have in the one at the bottom I could buy things where I'm traveling and fit them in at the top of this case it's pretty brilliant so you see here why I love this bag because I can take it with me I can pack more if I want or less than I want but I still have room for souvenirs at the end if that's how I want to plan this now now before I go today I just wanted to say one thing when I read the reviews about this bag one of the complaints was that it would fall over as people were rolling it along through airports so the first time I took this bag out I decided to give it the fling test I grabbed it by the handles and I flung it across the airport floor on its Wheels to see if it would stay upright or whether it would fall over and you can see here when I did that it was fine it didn't fall over you know I was I was careful to pack it from the bottom up not side to side and I think that makes a difference but you know just overall I think this bag is a really great deal the retail price is 89.99 for this bag including that packing Cube which I find absolutely completely fair for a bag of this quality other bags go on up from there depending on the size but honestly if this bag continues to perform the way it's been performing then I have no problem with this bag and I will continue to use this product for quite a long time so I hope this video was useful to you today and I will see you next time
