Is Meditation and Visualization good Christian Practices

hello my name is Regina agreement making fake moves and I help new believers to be the best version of themselves in God live by faith and confidently embrace and pursue your god-given call the call that's on your life so that you can live a victorious life are you a Christian that's searching outside of yourself for the success searching outside of yourself for the answers and you can't seem to find it I know I help people I help people like you new believers who are searching everywhere to go within and learn to live from the inside out and today I'm talking about meditation and visualization is visualizations for believers is it right for believers to visualize and to meditate and so I wanted to share a scripture with you in reference to what it is that I believe God is saying and it is isaiah 43:18 and 19 and it says do not remember the former things nor consider the things of God old behold nor consider the things of old behold I will do a new thing now it will spring forth shall you not know it I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert and I'm gonna read it one more time it says do not remember the former things nor consider the things of old behold I will do a new thing now it shall spring forth shall you not know it I will make even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert God is asking you don't you see the new thing that he's doing don't you see it and if you read it in the message Bible it says don't you see it forget about those old things that are behind you forget about those things that happened yesterday the things that happened in your past look ahead I know for myself when during Hurricane Emma I lost we flooded our home flooded and we lost a lot of things in our home and we had to totally redo our new home and God spoke to me and said don't you see it I'm doing a new thing in your life and so for you what new thing is God doing that you don't see are you seeing all the bad for me when my home is destroyed by water I could have easily chosen to say everything is destroyed I have to start all over again this is frustrating God is not with me but I chose to begin to see the new things that God has for me I began to recognize the newness that God had for my life I saw the new thing and that gave me the peace and the joy that I needed to continue to move forward and so for you is it your relationship is it your career is it your finances whatever it is begin to see the new thing that God has for you God has amazing things in store for you you just have to begin to see it and so forth visualization God is asking you to see it to visualize it and that's the purpose of meditating yes believers are to meditate meditate on the word day and night so that you can begin to see yourself the way that God does see your situation the way that God does so don't give up keep moving forward keep back keep the faith and keep reading scripture keep meditating on it so that you can move forward and all that God is calling you to move forward in for you as a new believer do you really see your situation as a negative or do you see the amazingness that God has for you I want you to begin to meditate on this scripture isaiah 43:18 and 19 and allow God to help you see who you really are see the newness in your situation see that relationship mended see the wheel that he built the will that he has for your life his will for your life His perfect will for your life it does not have to be a bad in me it can be a amazing ending because God has a plan for you he has a plan for your life he has a plan for your gifts he has a plan for your talents okay so visualize meditate begin to see yourself see the new things that God has for you yes you too can be successful you too can
