[Music] hello my beautiful friends and welcome back to english life so today we will continue our lesson about plural form of the nouns so in the previous lesson you remember that to make a plural form of the noun we have to add s to the actual noun right like a book and we have plural books or two books for example a box and plural will be boxes three boxes yes you remember the rules right so if you forget you can watch that video one more time box x if we uh have the noun ending with these letters we add yes and the other rules that you can watch from that video but these are regular nouns today we will talk about irregular nouns irregular plural nouns it means that you have to memorize these forms you don't have to add s you just have to remember the whole form of that noun so it's very easy i will write and you just try to remember that all right so let's start with the first noun the noun is man so man plural not man's not means plural will be men men so this is irregular so we have to memorize it right just memorize the form man man next one woman woman plural form will be women pay attention to the pronunciation not women or something else like women women women women next one child child is the singular form and plural form for this word will be children children if you are not sure about the translation you can translate this word anytime right child children the next one policeman policeman we already know the word man so you just repeat this form and we will have policemen policemen right pronunciation policeman policemen next one tooth tooth one tooth and many teeth so you change these double o with double e letters tooth teeth next one foot foot right foot and one foot and feet plural fee next let's talk about some animals mouse everybody knows mickey mouse mouse and do you know the plural form for mouse it will be mice oh there are two mice in the room not mices or mouses mouse two or three mice all right next one will be goose goose so let me write it here goose right and plural will be the same rule like double o double e geez we have a lot of ghees non gooses goose geese next one ox ox and plural oxen yeah you can translate it into your language next one ship very interesting uh yeah usually we know the word sheep right the transportation ship this is short ship but this sheep sheep it's an animal right so and pluto will be the same form copy paste the same form ship ship ship ship we have to ship right there are a lot of ship in the field you want to say probably ships but it's different when we talk about animals it's shape plural form five sheep right next one fish so fish and plural will be also the same form copy paste fish but be careful sometimes you can see the uh the word like fishes if you see this kind of four fishes it means different kinds of fish in one place i go to the market and i saw different types of fishes but generally we say fish in pluto and one more animal deer do you know the cartoon bomby so it's deer and plural form will be the same copy paste the same word deer dear to dear right so what can we see here we see that we have double o changing with double e here here right we see the same form that doesn't change right also we see uh the word man changing with man right we see some extra ending at the end also man man and we see completely different form like mouse and mice so try to memorize these words for this level i think it's enough for you to remember these basic plural nouns and everything will be all right so super easy irregular plural nouns you can make some sentences practicing your uh like plural forms like i told you there are five sheep in the field or for example i have five children right there are a lot of women in the room right so basic sentences just to practice it so it stays in your mouth all right so thank you very much that is all for today short information about irregular plural nouns and i hope to see in our next lesson take care and bye
