iPhone: How To Fix Template Not Showing in CapCut!

hey there Workshop now while using capcat App if you face this issue that the templates are not showing properly on your iPhone then stay with us because in this video we're going to show you how to fix this problem before anything else check your internet connection and make sure it's working properly then from settings on your phone go to General scroll down and then tap on language and region then tap on region now from this list select your correct geographic location and change the location now first create this section and open cap cut app again see now if you can see the templates or not if that's still not working next go to settings from here search for capcat app tap on it and then tap on photos and here select full access and then again allow full access if that's still not working what you're going to do clear this app's caching cookies straight from settings and to General from there to iPhone storage keep scrolling down till you find cap cut tap on it then tap on offload app and finally offload app then again reinstall app after reinstalling the app hopefully now your cap cut template not showing problem is solved you're welcome here to share the experience with us really appreciate it thank you for watching
