good morning or afternoon or evening or night I don't know where you guys are it's morning here in Texas when I'm recording this and I just want to say how excited I am to actually dive into more tutorials and learnings and teaching yeah full-on builds of what's possible in flutter flow and then also teach you how to actually do it so this is the channel no code you why we started this channel because we found that so many people get about 70% of the potential of what's possible in flutter flow and we want to teach that last 30% but we also want to teach the 70% where people dive in they don't know what to do or how to do it um and we want to help help you right help you launch a product help you launch products for clients help you design better help you produce better applications right that that are effective um we've been doing this for over 10 years we've been designing applications for over 10 years 250 projects um we've worked with you know flutter flow I'm the ex head of design for flutter flow um I've been with the product since day Zero I joined uh Abel and Alex reached out to me via upwork yeah yeah and we yeah we sort of I sort of designed the very first user interface and we iterated on it let's be honest it was pretty terrible looking back but we iterated on it and we we launched and we and we worked on user feed back and actually got it and it has turned out to be such an amazing platform it was such a pleasure to work with the team so many talented individuals and Engineers um on that team and then now I want to just help people now that the platform is sort of plateauing on on the changes that will be required right they'll be adding features but the main UI is basically there I would like to help others learn how to utilize the platform so that we have a billion you know maybe a million maybe a th000 2,000 20,000 let's say 20,000 we already have 20,000 apps launch actually let's say 100,000 apps on the App Store built in flutter flow all right that's the goal 100,000 apps built in flutter flow so in order to do that we need talented individuals building applications I can't do it alone you can't do it alone I don't mind if you take my coures material and you compete with Koo on projects I don't care I want you to be able to do that okay I want to be able to when I turn down a project I want to be able to hand it off to another talented individual that will do it for less money than what we will do it for period I want to empower everybody I think there's so much opportunity in this space because the product development cycle is broken it has been broken for a while and we've just realized oh with these visual development platforms coming on with AI coming on we need to work faster be a little more agile uh and and quicker to launch right no longer can we spend 2 years developing a product you can do it in 3 months okay but it takes talented individuals it takes people that have the knowledge in order to implement the things necessary in order to launch those products and for them to be successful and to perform well and to be intuitive to the user there's all these things that need to be accomplished and we want to help you implement all those things to learn those skills it takes practice okay this is not a getrich scheme period if you want to just go make a bunch of money maybe go listen to somebody teaching you how to buy crypto okay what I'm going to teach you are the principles that we've implemented at Cleo over the last 10 years and hopefully it won't take you 10 years to get to where Cleo is okay that's the goal we've we've implemented a lot of standard operating procedures and when we take on a new project these are the things we do okay and I want to help you learn those things specifically in regards to flutter flow but also some design principles we'll talk about that as well and then we'll talk about what it's like to be a freelancer an agency or consultant yeah it'll be great so I'm looking forward to sort of going over this stuff on the channel and I hope that you'll join with us subscribe and uh we'd love to produce a lot of free content I mean I I don't know about YouTube's monetization schemes but uh Chris do did it so maybe we can too maybe we can just do a bunch of free content we are building a learning platform so so it'll be a lot of fun but we're going to hopefully use YouTube videos on that platform as well to sort of increase the views and and help us sort of in that regard to get to a place where we can just monetize on YouTube rather than having people pay you know $50 a month or $250 a course or something but that's the plan and I hope that it works with y'all uh thank you for joining for all those that have joined and that continue to join the live streams that we do every Thursday at 9:00 A.M I just want to say thank you I appreciate it and I look forward to the future of no code UI uh the learning platform and also the brand
