Into The Okavango Delta - A Botswana Safari Adventure I Wildlife Photography

I don't know about you guys but I'm really ready for another African adventure. Always sounds like   a great idea. What you had in mind? Definitely something without so much dust this time. Somewhere   there's water. Well, we've got the Chobe river  right here which is water all year round and   animals all year round. Well, that's true but let's try something different. We're here all the time.   How about we go and explore the Okavango Delta. Yeah that's awesome! Yeah! Great idea. It's a beautiful   place and there's beautiful wildlife and i believe  it's one of the biggest inland deltas of the world.   Well, that should provide us then with enough water to play with given that we're in a landlocked country in a desert.. Then it is the Delta. How about we're not going to get stuck this time around What? You didn't enjoy the previous one? That's the reason why we come with two cars Astonishing sighting. A lot of interaction. Just unbelievable photography Any fish in the car? So how special was today? I mean come on guys.  Yeah, beautiful. All we need to see now is leopard.   Yeah. Would be a bonus. That'd be really nice. I'm  a good leopard spotter i'll show you one tomorrow!   Yeah, i have to say i'll be very happy. I mean  our previous trip we didn't see one we were   not lucky enough and it's been a while so  you know i think it will be cool if we can. OK she got him in the nose! Yeah that must have  hurt well if it wasn't for the dogs we never had   the leopard. They flushed her out nicely. Absolutely  nothing beats interaction and to have that crazy  b. intense interaction it's just amazing. In  one shot yeah such an incredible sighting.   How was your angle? So the side that  we were you could see the action from the   side of it? I think you guys were more fortunate  there's a stage for a really really good angle.   Let's see. So i'm very chuffed with this shot. She was lying beautifully on the tree.   Once in a lifetime sighting. Won't see that again easily. So  she was having a cub and you initially thought the   dogs might have caught the cub. I'm really glad  that it was only her breakfast. We knew about a   female and we knew about a cub. We heard about  it that would have been very sad but now we still   have a chance to see the cub this afternoon. So drink up your coffee and let's go!! Yeah! Cool! Cheers! Last night we had quite a few lions during the  night. We got up a long time before sunrise and we   found some really nice fresh lion tracks down  here you can see quite a few ones it's quite   a big pride around so... even cubs as well. So let's see if we can track it. Let's go and have a look. What a point in the end following those lions back Got some really cool shots. What are you seeing? Right by our coffee stop. Lost them now. I think they were chasing impala. Let's go and look for them with the cars. At least he's finally giving us a  bit of space. It's cooperative on the last day.   This is what you call a zebra crossing! We've tried. We've really tried to cross the okavango delta. It's very very wet this year.   Big floods and we simply couldn't. Just too  much water so we decided to come to one of   the last fingers of the Delta. The Boteti  River. Looking for the zebra migration   and boy have we found some zebras and we  found a river that usually is not in flood.   Came to this viewpoint now just to have a look  at this amazing river just gorgeous scenery.   How big is that lion? No no-no. Start over. Yeah, our expectations are not high at all! Just dogs and leopards. That can't be that  difficult! what was our plan this morning? To leave before dark. We got a nasty surprise waking up with a broken back tire. It's supposed to be extremely good ribs but apparently  we didn't have enough marinade so Guts thought   a little bit dip in the sand would just give that extra nice grind on the teeth!   so uh we're gonna give it a go. What's your job? Taking this stuff out. Mmm nice! Lekker loop nou!
