Interview with a driver Subaru STI S209

[Music] my name is case jumper and i am the owner of a white s209 i have been a longtime subaru head basically since i was a kid i used to watch the wrc uh at like 2 a.m and watch peter solberg and the guys race subaru's around the track and it just i was totally into it and it was also part of the time in my life when the fast and furious came out and i just was totally into cars so i got on a subaru website and i found a 2001 impreza rs in dallas texas and i flew down sight unseen picked up the car and drove it back and i've owned subaru's ever since and to me this is the mecca of subarus that you can own so i definitely had it in my sight my plans for this car really to you know make basically it be a weekend twisty run car and also a track car so i'm not trying to hit crazy horsepower i really appreciate it for what it is so i'm just kind of trying to go for what i would call like a an oem plus and so probably like a turbo back exhaust with a little bit bigger of injector a tune and then a lot of stuff for like reliability um things like a killer bee oil pan pickup and the baffle for the oil pan and like an air oil separator and like a cooling mod on cylinder four things to really increase the longevity of it the uh the instagram handle for the car is spectre underscore s209 if you want to follow along you know uh hopefully we'll be doing some track days and stuff in the future and we can get you you know the camera out there to maybe videotape some of that as well so thank you guys for checking it out
