the 23 acre Mangrove conservation that is on board the estate as well do we have uh do we expect some apartment maybe comeing in future around here no apartment so we are we strictly having residential Villas only on this whole property residential vas strictly so according to our building guidelines on the quarter Acres you can only have ground plus one and on our half acre section you can have ground first and second that is the maximum you can go W so no apartments no hotels no bars no clubs nothing in this estate will'll be strictly residential uh but we'll have a Recreation Area yes so attached to the estate we have a 3 Acre entertainment area where you have mini golf a restaurant an open workspace a a barber shop wait bro you just talked about mini golf yes mini golf so we have mini golf to be there then exactly we'll be going that so this is the main entrance of this Villa yes this is the main entrance of this Villa if you noticed we're using African lumumba wood on move and then the rest you can go into a monthly plan or a quarterly plan depending on what we come what we agree on but the payment plan is a year if you want the house to be done faster we just need to reduce the payment yes and we give it to you as fast as you want ah nice so you said how much is it starting from so the Villas are starting from 55 million Kenya Shillings 55 you know I told my
