you what's behind us because this has just been finished we're in brenwood we are we've done something else in Brentwood in the past yep The brenwood Oasis 1047 Bundy shattered a record third most expensive sale in the history of Brentwood the Legends Court millions and millions and millions of people have seen it on Instagram that was built by Ray that was the last thing he did in Brentwood great so I mean talk about fun especially the kids are hanging out your friends are hanging out your family you got the fire pck you look straight through uh into the pool it's part of the fun of this once and if you do it right once is enough I love that right for all the younger generation out there watching this and at just watching this to dream a little bit right cuz that's why people tune in and then it gets off fill the seams get all filled in um so you got five different kinds of moss that goes on the wall and one more thing I want to tell you about this is it just works off just natural air moisture right doesn't need maintenance at all you don't have to have any any water or anything else with that at all and actually didn't you get the idea for from your grandmother yeah yeah yeah so you know told you the story before um this Moss bow was sitting on uh on Grandma's table right years ago and then mom had the same exact Bowl so you know I asked my mom years ago I go hey this thing just last and she goes yeah right they've had it for many many many years so that's where the idea came from I love that story there you go so we're still on the first level here you have light fixtures makes a huge difference at all it just has to flow so the wood paneling when you're going up just the wood paneling to me there got to be a wow factor in every single angle right so when you're walking in every single different room every single different angle you got to have a wild factor and then looking down you can see outside you have the pond complet privacy from the street and on top of that you really have no idea how big this lot is or what's going on in the backyard so it's it's nice as far as privacy you know goes when you're looking at you know buying your
