see first and follow us on instagram presolo underscore official my name is julia and welcome to another presolo open house tour so from the facade and again this is an ayala alabang village where you don't necessarily need the gate but there is a gate for this property on this side however there is none because this is the everyday gate or car slot or open garage whatever it is that you want to call it technically this is your guest parking area this is just for your guests and you can fit two vehicles comfortably depends on which vehicle you have you can probably even fit more from here we have a small gate that leads to the side of your house i'll get to that later on so for now let's go through here where you can see your actual or your official gate for your vehicle so not just for the guests all right so let's go up these steps do the small gate again and here you will see access down to your garage and then up to your main door so you have this really really nice accent wall right now this is nara all of this even the eaves is made out of nara and the door is made out of 500 kilos of nada that is 10 of me so upon entering by the way it's very light so considering again this is like 10 of me i can push it with one hand so the hinge is amazing okay all right so from here you can see your 360 view or panoramic view elevator and your main staircase that wraps around your elevator but of course we're gonna traverse that later on so on your ground floor we have 4.2 meters is that right don we have 4.2 meters yeah of high ceiling and spoiler alert it's even higher on the second floor so the first door that we will see here is the den so you already have this built-in um entertainment shelf in here you also have your air conditioning unit over there again high ceiling then you have windows so this was shot obviously during the night time so we can't see the sun filling the room but just imagine these are huge windows okay so it's about it's about 0.90 from the ground and then all the way to the top of this 4.2 meter ceiling so that is a huge window it also has a matching huge door that leads to the ensuite toilet and bath so all of the bathrooms have a similar mirror to this just differently shaped you have your sink your water closet and your enclosed shower space so there is actually a door it just doesn't have the handle yet so this house is above i'd say 97 98 done there are just some finishes that need to be done but you'll basically see the the gist of the house or the most of it so i love that this bathroom has a corner window although right now it's clear so it might be a little bit of a of an experience taking a shower in this in this really really tall window that's clear so comment down below if you would have it frosted or if you would rather just have a window treatment then right next to the den again all the doors have these really really high jabs and door doors themselves is the guest powder room i love this sink this this sink is just it's not your typical right so you have this square oh that's interesting hold on what is this okay i'm not sure what this is it's working but i don't there's a touch sensitive control here it is here that's amazing i've obviously this is my first time seeing a faucet like okay so you have a really nice sink with a really nice advanced faucet that i have never seen before and even speaking of handles check this out i love their choice of door handles i'm not sure if you can see it but the corners are so interesting it's both smooth and rounded and angled at the same time and then right next to that you have the formal kitchen and dining area so where to begin there's a lot of things in this kitchen okay so first off we have this shelf so you can display your paintings here there's already some glass shelves it's up to you what you want to display in there right next to it we have a pantry and then the rest of your built-ins so lots of storage space i love how there are no handles on the storage uh cubbies it's just all finger holds beneath so it comes okay oh it's bloom by the way the hinges are blue so that's soft close and then in between we have this really nice copper sheet just to add that touch of elegance not as if the place wasn't already elegant in itself you have these marble countertops and then this island counter which check this out has these ports so they are touch sensitive so when i do this it lifts up to reveal outlets not gonna lie those are some solid style points comment down below if you agree also if you're anyone your sink here with a black faucet lots of vertical storage the same goes on this side so you have your provision for your refrigerator your water dispenser maybe because it's a little bit more narrow more storage you have these story uh glass storage as well so it's it's transparent as well as the ones on top perfect for storing china or glassware that you don't necessarily use on a daily basis but still want to display and if you're wondering how on earth is anyone supposed to get up there well they made this for you to step on so far and then this area is your formal dining my goodness just check out these doors and windows so you have floor to ceiling glass sliding panels this one leads out into the patio we'll go there later and then this one opens up directly to your swimming pool which i don't know if you can tell from here changes color led color and this area would be perfect to hang your art piece a huge uh painting or even a huge tv if you wanted one in front of your dining area then from here we're not gonna go through this area because okay i take it back earlier i said it was about 98 done i'm gonna go with the 95 done because the railing hasn't been installed yet so for my and john's safety we're not gonna go through this area but it leads down to the garage and your service area so let me close this these doors are solidly amazing and they're so tall it dwarfs all of us okay so back out into the great hall where again you can see your living area and your main your beautifully lit main stairs on this side though again we have sliding doors technically you have sliding doors on all sides okay so those open to the side of your house but then this one opens to your patio so from here you have a view of your swimming pool so what's interesting is as you can see the stairs is built on just one side just enough for you to be able to get in and out and then this area is uh basically seating and then you can lap you can swim in laps in this pool so perfect for exercising or just taking a dip which is basically what you want to pull in your house for and then this area is not complete this is just stock for the rest of the garden that they have yet to finish okay let's go back in again 4.2 meters of ceiling height like wow it feels so massive i feel so tiny for now let's go down the basement first i love how the wood planks are so wide so it translates in the steps themselves and in the individual planks that you see and of course it's also under lit so that gives this really aesthetic effect while lighting the way for you can you imagine if you actually turned off the lights in here to say don't alone okay so your elevator ends here for the basement and take note on all floors your elevator is framed by real marble so this isn't just some tile but it's real marble in front of your elevator is a room with an ensuite hotend bath so ideally meant for a gym but you will see later other rooms that you might prefer as a gym or as an office so really it's up to you but i will show you the ensuite it even has storage under the stairs okay then right next to the main stairs you have doors that lead out to your eight vehicle car port actually it can fit six comfortably and then maybe around eight along the driveway and remember you have two car slots in front so technically you have about 10 parking slots okay so this door is your daily kitchen you already have your built-in um cabinetry you have your sink you have provision for your stove and your range so daily kitchen and then that's adorable the vent and then this is the female staff quarters so you have ample space you have a window and an ensuite toilet then on the left there's actually stuff inside so this is the storage construction materials but it's also where the breakers are for different maintenance and storage and this is the toilet the mail staff quarter toilet bath but it's accessible to anyone here on the carport so if in case you need to make a last minute visit to the throne it's right there and this is the male staff quarters with a nice little niche for your wardrobe well it's up to you really what you want to put in there and then i love love love this arch this is the laundry area so it's nice and covered it's enclosed but not stuffy so your washing machines go here your built-in sink is right here and this is provision for your generator yes generator how nice then your water tank of course so this area is open from here if you looked up you could see well at least in that area you could see the uh outdoor units of your air conditioning so good for sorry from there my back so you can access the outdoor unit with ease so this is the stair area that we were talking about earlier nova lapa so had we gone down there this is where we would have ended up and then and from here and then the driveway slopes up and out their gate okay that is it for the basement and the ground floor it's now time to head up the floor it's a really really nice wooden finish or wood fish okay so upon reaching the second floor landing we have here sliding doors that open up to a balcony however again the glass has not yet been installed so john will be the only one going out for our safety because i just want to show you how the outside has also has the real marble accent okay so it it shows from the facade you can see it from the ground but yeah for hours taking the name well not that we're scared of heights or anything it's just you know [Laughter] nightmare okay so again we have the stairs framed by the real marble so it's the same marble as when you saw outside the ones on the ground floor very consistent what did i say stairs oh elevator my bad my bud elevator then we have bedroom number one wait are we gonna find the guest bedroom let's stick with number one for now okay so bedroom number one you have a lot of space you have this corner window so these are uh picture windows you can't really open them these sides though this and that side you can open to let the air in and then you have an ensuite so you have your vanity your wardrobe space with the really really sleek handle bars by the way and then your counter with a sink enclosed shower space and then water closet which by the way is toto i love saying that toto and then back out into the hall spoiler i'll go here to bedroom number two so again you have a lot of space so in here you do have a somewhat high ceiling actually you know it's quite standard maybe 2.8 maybe but then it feels more like 2.7 because of the dropped ceiling where the pin lights are and it also has this cold lighting at the edges then here you have your ensuite so wardrobe space it looks the same as the one from earlier but it is a different finish has the same kind of handle though then you have your sink you want a closet and your enclosed shower space wiz a nice little depression there or a nook or a niche i love how the jams aren't just your typical gems because usually it's just about like this and that's it it just frames the door very utilitarian but this adds an aesthetic element to it okay so upon going out you will see that you still have a bit of space over here so ideally this would be a little library or a mini mini mini mini office and ideally you would also want to click subscribe if you haven't already if you've been anti room and it has 5.4 meters of ceiling height 5.4 meters ceiling height and it's just the anterior room okay so where's the master bedroom glad you asked so you have these grand sliding doors that open up to your master bedroom here the echo it's enormous it's a huge room with a huge provision for your projector cause not gonna lie guys if you try and put a television here that's maybe what 60 inches it's gonna look tiny next to all of this so really the only answer to have a good looking cinematic experience here in front of your bed is to have a projector or if you can find a really really really big tv sure why not right next to that you have your walk-in closet so you have an island storage under the stairs yes you have stairs inside your walk-in closet so this is where you can display your accessories your watches your bracelets rings etc and then all around this wardrobe space i'd like to show you this one because it's nice and clean your finger holds are nice and flat but instead of it just being a regular rectangle they decided to go through this design it's very subtle but it's a very nice detail nonetheless so these are shelves etc so wardrobe space all right so that area is wood this area is tiled because this is where you have your double sinks your hiss and her sinks again with a similar mirror which also has one on the other side except this one is round because this is your vanity then you have as you have seen your bathtub in the middle now this is also real marble and right behind this one is your hiss in hers water closet and your shower space it's in her shower and then this is where your shampoos and other products will go on your massive marble half wall technically under normal circumstances this would have been a regular mall a wall but since your ceiling is again 5.4 meters this looks like a half wall okay so you're wondering what is this well again i'm glad you asked you asked me so many questions i like it so yeah this is the second floor of your walk-in closet so you have more wardrobe space i'm not even gonna say this is a hiss and hers because it's so clean you don't really have a clear division of which is his and hers and then you have all this shelf space so maybe for shoes for bags for more shoes okay yeah maybe it's a hits in her so hiss hers bags bags shoes shoes or if you want just maybe if you have a collection of watches you can also display it there but that's a again it depends on your lifestyle comment down below what you would put in those shelves coming down the stairs you can appreciate your marble or real marble countertops as well my goodness wood marble steel all in a very very sleek package and the grand one mind you i really can't think wow how big is this theater slash master bedroom right for those people who want that theater experience in their bedroom this is the room for them also check out the panels it's leather i mean leather like it's not actual leather but it's leather like okay enough gushing about the master bedroom let's go back into the master auntie room and then back into the second floor hallway because we still have one more floor to go oh again it isn't completely finished so there are parts in here like this area that hasn't been completed yet you know it looks really nice and dramatic because it's the night time and you can basically see john and josh in the mirrors but during the daytime like wow the light coming in that's going to save you energy because you wouldn't need to turn on your uh your lights during the day and you would have also been able to appreciate the view of eastwood and all the other marikina mountains in the distance but again it's night time so we can't really see it but letting you know that that's what this view is okay so you also have a sliding door over here similar to the one in the second floor however again there is no railing yet so it's essentially the same but you are higher so again you have a better view speaking of better view we have here another room and this is more of a flexi room or flexible area so this is the other room that i was talking about that you could turn into a gym because just imagine you have this corner window again in the video all you can see is me times three maybe but during the day that has a vista of metro manila how nice would it be to work out in this room without view right so this could be your gym or the one in the basement comment down below which you prefer and again the top floor is the elevator and the elevator and these days framed by the real marble and then the final bedroom over here so you have all the space you have some drop ceiling in the ceiling and then a panoramic window again with the view of the city but at night a view of me and john and josh and then you have an ensuite toilet and bath so your sink your water closet your enclosed shower space and then wardrobe space right over here okay gotta admire the wood planks right they each have their own character they're a little they're colored a little differently their knots are different most especially you can appreciate them because again they're wide okay i believe it is time for a recap oh hold on excited now i'm agriculture completely forgot about this one in front of the final bedroom is a storage room so it's nice that it's here so for items that you don't really need to access the whole year round like your christmas decor or any kind of decor really or maybe your huge boxes for your tv etc you can store it up there out of you not anyone can access it and until they go up here the top floor so it's just nice that you have so much room for storage and you have a lot of rooms for whoever it is that you want to place in those rooms okay for reals recap you have 1 100 square meters of floor area on a 570 square meter lot area you have six bedrooms seven toilet and baths and an eight vehicle car port so most of them are in your garage and then some of them can act as a guest parking lot like area and then we have massive massive rooms most of them are high ceiling all the rooms on the ground floor is high ceiling the ones on the second floor most of them are pretty standard except for that master bedroom which is even higher than the one on the ground floor and again i mean who can forget that theater-like experience of the master bedroom right and then options for your guest bedroom it's up to you where you want to put that all it's up to you where you want to put your gym or your office what have you and on your basement you have another room and then your service area which has a separate female staff quarters male staff quarters the female one has a non-sweetheart and vast the male one has a more common access to it and
